Luvme Hair Afro Kinky Ponytail.. This Ain’T Ya Average Drawstring!

Nothing like a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Hey you guys. Welcome back to my channel. It'S your girl, jim rodriguez, and today i am giving you another love me hair review, so we're fading the rhythm. Yes, i swear. I love my hair reviews are not the only thing i do up in here. Okay, so i'll be sure to introduce more things, but they keep sending me stuff to try and show you guys. So i'm not going to complain about it today, i'm showing you this beautiful afro, kinky 22 inch ponytail! Yes, this is so beautiful. I wore it yesterday for the first time recorded an unboxing. It didn't really work out, so i'm here to you know, do it again, but i will put in a video clip right here or somewhere on the screen. So you can see exactly what it looked like coming out of the box. So real quick, just kind of going through the beautiful things that i love about this ponytail. First of all, it has a really nice comb to help secure it into your bun or ponytail that you have as a velcro top. So this is not your normal drawstring ponytail, okay! This is a little bit more advanced, all right, um, and then it has like a really just nice lace on the inside. So it's super comfortable to wear. I actually slept in it last night and it did not move so i was like yes, yes, yes, yes, all the rave, okay, all right! So let's go ahead and put it in. I will say that yesterday, when i put it in with my bun, it didn't lay as right, so i personally recommend putting it in with a ponytail. Since i have a little bit of time before i leave because i have some hair - that's going to be out and potentially showing through the ponytail, i'm actually gon na braid this into two like braids. When i wore it yesterday, i did not see where my hair was poking through at all, but i like the textures to match just in case, so i'm just going to braid this up once i get ready to leave i'll, go in and unbraid it, and that Should give me a little bit more of a kinky texture to match, so that's just what i'm doing if you feel like you, don't want your hair to really be out or show through or anything like that, i'm sure you could probably just kind of braid it Down again, and maybe just um bobby pin it once everything is on, whatever makes you feel comfortable if that's what you do, but i'm just showing you what i did today all right. So i'm going to put my comb in right here, so you guys can see. I'M going to try to back up the top of this velcro right where my ponytail holder is i'm going to take the section that has the tab left out of the velcro. That'S what's going to lay on top of this other section, so i'm going to wrap this section. First, it's almost like the shorter section and then i'm just going to make sure that i really wrap that tab. Velcro section. I hope i'm making sense but really wrap that tight around my ponytail holder boom done baby and then, of course, i'm gon na take a little bit of hair, maybe about yay much i'm just gon na wrap it. I'M gon na wrap it around see. If i can lean in, i have a habit of leaning back, so i have that wrapped around got my bobby pin and i personally like to always always when i have my ponytails. If i'm wrapping hair around, i always do two bobby pins already looking good. Looking good alright, so i am going to just get my baby hairs down a little bit, so i got my got to be gel. Oh yes, this baby's on his last leg. So i need to go ahead and hurry up on this bad boy, but i'm just going to take her just on the sides about having an afro curly ponytail is that the top part doesn't have to be perfect, i mean obviously it needs to be. It look needs to look good but um. If you have textured hair a little bit of that texture can show through. So i typically leave my top part a little bit wet like if i just took a shower, or even if it's the second day i'll, just grab some water and just kind of re-wet it and then lay it back down with some gel. If there's any hairs that need to be laid back down and then that's pretty much it, i don't have to worry about, you know, making it look, super sleek or making it totally match a different texture. That'S not mine, it can just be what it is and it doesn't have to be perfect. So that's what i love about that a little gel on the top. This is just a little water with a little leave-in conditioner. So i don't want my hair to get like too crazy, too crazy hard or anything like that, so i'm just spraying a little bit of water again, because this is second day. So that's pretty much the ponytail. The last thing i'm going to do is do a little bit more teasing. So, as you can see in the before video, like the video from the unboxing, it's really like perfect kinkly curly. I like mine, to look a little bit more afro leaf. I'M going to have some texture to do that. I just take a nice fine, tube comb like this and then i'm just going to just kind of mess the texture up a little bit so i'll actually take some bigger sections start at the bottom kind of work. My way up and then separate the hair, i'm not trying to ruin the ponytail by any means. So i would just do this very gently and carefully. I do want to kind of ruffle up some feathers, because i don't want it to look absolutely perfect for me. I just want it to look like a little bit bigger and a little bit messier, so i don't have to worry about anything. I have my spray bottle if i want to re-wet anything to make it match better or whatever have you no rhyme or reason just want it to make sense, voila all right and voila, you guys, i'm gon na go ahead and get dressed. We'Re gon na see what this looks like with a little different of a outfit all right, you guys. I am absolutely loving this.
