Sleek Ponytail On Lacefront Wig | Waterwave Ft Vanlov Hair

Hey welcome back for another video, so today I'm gon na be showing you guys how to do a slip back ponytail on a lace front, big, yes, having a lace front wig, so I just took out the ponytail that's been in my head for who knows how Long and I now I'm just spraying it with water and a bottle, no conditioner anything and I'm about to use a comb so part it right now, I'm just brushing it out. So I usually like to use a rat tail comb, but I didn't have one on me at the time so right now, I'm just parting it to my desired side. So now that I have my part, I'm gon na start brushing it to mold it down. I realized that it was a bit too much hair on the side, so I just parted it again, just to remove some hair from the side and I'm gon na go back in with my comb and just straighten out the part. So now that I have the part straightened, I'm just gon na go back in with the spray bottle. The spray bottle doesn't have anything in it, but water, no condition or anything so yeah, I'm gon na go ahead and spray it to start molding the hair to fall. How I wanted to and I'm just using a wig brush. I don't know what you guys call it. I call it a wig brush to start brushing it down and I'm just tucking it behind my ear and I'm pulling out the sideburns. So they don't get stuck in the ponytail. But you'll see that I take out the ponytail like two more times right now. This isn't the final ponytail. This is just to put it up, so I can start putting mousse on it, so it can be flat and stay put without flyaways. Now I have the hot comb and I'm just using it to take out some of the curls in the front, since it is a water wave wig, I'm just making it flat to achieve that. Sleek slick. Look instead of a curly slicked-back ponytail look also. This part is totally optional. You do not have to do this part at all, but this is just an option if you would like to do that so right now, I'm just plugging the part. I took that part out because you couldn't see me the way. My cameras set up so I'm going and with some la girl Pro concealer in the color fawn. I really recommend the color toffee, but I didn't have that so I'm just using this color. It works just fine as well, but I prefer the color toffee. So I took the ponytail out again and I'm just wetting the hair right now, just so it has a curly look and more defined because it's really dry looking right now so yeah. All you do is just spray. The hair very repetitive. I don't need to talk. You through how to spray your hair now, once the hair is all wet, I'm just taking it in sections and molding it down with water and mousse and the mousse that I'm using I'm not sure it really doesn't matter. It'S just the silver. Some silver can at the hair store, but really whatever product you use is up to you. I wish I would have added conditioner so that the hair looks more moisturized. It looks fine, but it just adds moisture throughout the day. So that's one product. I do recommend using like a leave-in conditioner in your water bottle that you use to spray your hair. So now I'm just looking back the ponytail and starting to really form the shape. This time, I think just I might take out the ponytail one more time. I don't think this is the final final one, but I'm going to cut that part out, because I was doing too much um but yeah. Now I'm just slipping it back and, and you see the back, it's a little poufy. So this is where the water comes. In again in the Moose so that it defines the curls, that's why I said you should use conditioner, so I just looked more moisturize. It really goes a long way with curly hair. I feel like you should treat it like your own hair and always keep it. Moisturized, it just makes a big difference in the way it looks so now I'm just twirling it and scrunching it up just to define the curls a little bit more. I cut it out so now I'm taking the hot comb and I'm just going on that kitchen back there and honey I'm straightening out with the hot comb and then I'm just gon na brush it up. So you don't see it um. One thing I wish is that my hair was a little darker like my real hair, because I have like a light color hair. But if it was dark it would look so much like better in the ponytail but can't help it it's whatever. But now I'm just adding some more mousse, I'm a perfectionist guys like every medium, so a lot of stuff I cut out - or I'm just fast-forwarding through, because I'm really repetitive until it looks how I wanted to make okay. So right here was a epic fail. For me, because I was trying to do that, little look where people you know lay down their little sides or whatever, but the side burn was too long. So now I'm going in and cutting it and I'm just doing too much like I tried to straighten it. You'Ll see that later I tried to curl it yeah. I should have just left it in its natural state, but ended up working out, but I just spent so much time trying to perfect this little side burn and the distance wasn't cooperating with me like that. Little piece and you tryna hot comb, it, oh no. I could have burned myself like drawing all that, but then I'm like okay, I don't know something mice already stirred in my head and I might let me get the flat iron, but here's the gag, the guy wasn't working either you'll see that too. But right now I'm going back in but somewhere I can steal there. I don't know why but uh, maybe I just need it. I don't know, but yeah I'm going back in with that and now I'm planning it now. Look at this fail, I'm not about to save so much just watch and you see I'm still trying like baby there I'll give it up. It'S not working, let it go so anyway. In the end, I just like kind of bumped the peace and then it just ended up being cute. The curl was not working out baby at all. I let it go so this is the end result. It turned out really cute.
