Hey y'all, thank you so much for clicking on today's video. My name is taylor. If you're new and if you're returning then welcome back to another video today, i'm going to be installing some clip-ins in a few different styles um. I got this idea because i was wearing them out, like recently, i've been wearing my hair out because i was giving my scalp a break from all the glue and the sew and all that extra stuff and a lot of people have been asking me like. You change your hair every day. Well, how do you do it? First of all, and second of all, like it's fast like how you know - and i get a lot of compliments when i wear them. So i thought i'd make a video and i'm excited to make this video, because my hair is actually in the perfect state to install clip-ins from what i can remember. I think i've had these particular clippings for about maybe two three. I had these pre-covered so like three years they're, like my go-to style, when i don't have time to get my hair done when i don't want to pay to get my hair done. If i'm an event that night, i just wash my hair clippings, they match my color right now perfectly because i still have the two different colors going on. I don't know if you can tell black roots brown hair because remember i thought i was gon na. Be a blonde baddie and that didn't happen, but yeah so that they'll work out, i'm sure i've been wearing them like. I said the past few weeks with no issues, so i have like four different hairstyles. I want to try with these i've done the hairstyles before so i guess i'm not really trying it, but you know let's get into the video. If you have any questions comments or if you have any ideas, leave it down below in the comment section, we can chat it up. We talk about it and i'll post it. Let'S go. Oh disclaimer, back to me saying my hair is in the perfect state for these clippings. You don't want to do this hairstyle when your hair is fully like silky pressed out. I usually press my hair out wait a few days for, like the roots, to kind of kink up just a little bit so that the clippings have something to grip to, because my hair is super thin, like along my edge line super thin. So you want to do this style like when it has some like grit to it. You know what i mean, otherwise, it's not going to have anything to hold onto it's, not going to stay and i'm going to brush it without becoming loose. Is the one do that but they're very versatile, and i like them, and if you see me looking this way, it's because i'm sitting at the vanity and it's this way, but i'm not ignoring y'all and i'm going to show you all the angles that i can Get so the first thing i'm going to do is just a normal one, i'm wearing all my hair down and what you want to do is when you install your first clipping, because i'm not going to talk through this whole video, i might do a voiceover. You want to make sure you part it with enough hair left out to cover out, like your leave out quote-unquote if you're going to be doing it like up or down, and when you party, it does not have to be perfect at all like it can be. As crooked, or as straight as you want it, and you want to do semi-small parts because you want it to look full so like it's best practice like my hair, is about okay, it sits on my shoulder blade, so i probably wouldn't go no further with the Clipping and then the 16 or 18 inch, because any longer than that and it's not gon na look believable like it's, not gon na be practical, but yeah y'all i'll, probably do a voiceover later, because i'm about to rush through this to be honest, and if you Have any questions go ahead? Leave them down below, like i said, and do not forget to subscribe, we're on a road to a thousand, and i'm super excited to get there um so um. So here i'm just showing y'all. Okay, wait! Apologies for my voice in advance! I'M getting over a kovich but anyways here, i'm just showing y'all when you put the tracks in you, don't want to put them directly on your edges or, like super close to your hairline one. It makes the style super uncomfortable, because this is a clip and once you clip it on your edges, it's going to be pulling and tugging like when your hair moves. So i don't do that. Then the next step, i'm going to show you in this clip when you put the tracks where you start to curve your hair around like the bang area, you want to curve that track, just like how i just placed it so that it kind of frames your Face if you notice these clippings are cut in their different lengths like you're, about to notice in this next clip. That'S because i've had these for a while, like i said so, these are like i've cut these. You know what i'm saying so they're adjusted to fit. My hair length and texture in the way i like my hair to look it just makes it look more believable because the front of my hair is shorter because, obviously that's my leave out area. So that's number two. The last thing i wanted to just mention here in this clip is that when you start putting your tracks in around your parting area, so essentially your leave out just make sure you leave enough hair out to cover the track. It'S not a big lump or anything like that, as you can see, it's very seamless and it flows very naturally, as long as you have a similar texture and color, but you still want to leave out enough hair for that leave out. So just keep that in mind, so so that's the first style, it looks very natural. I love the messy hair look kind of, like you know, rolled out a bit messy, no heat, no, nothing! I just wrapped my hair at night and, like i said my hair was in a kind of fluffy state, but yeah it looks so good and these are um. If you're wondering yaki clippings, i think like light yaki or semi yaki. However, they call it, but they look so good, so good and depending on how you install them yeah, they look really good. Moving on to the next style, though, because this is not all i have, i love my clippings. Let me tell you they'd, be: are you giving, i think um i want to do. I want to do a half a pack down? Let'S do that do so. I took them all out the front and i think i need to add a piece in the background. Won'T be full that would suck yeah, i got ta add a piece in the back or it's not gon na be full. I'M sure y'all can see not me. So that's what we're working with so far and we're just gon na add a piece in the bag. So that it's not so thin because it looks a little scarce right now. I might add some to the ponytail too, because you can do that blue clippings. It looks dark. I don't like that. We need light yeah. Okay, so i think i'm gon na add a piece one, two, three one, two one, two one two yeah so we're just gon na add a piece in the back. What is this, this piece is in the wrong spot. That'S what it is. It'S like throwing me off all right, so we got our back track. No, i got two tracks back here yeah. I do okay, all right, crazy. Let me see now i don't want to try it, so i got that piece there, but what we want to do is get all that out the way all right, so i've sectioned my hair, half up half down i'm just gon na add some to the back. Editing taylor here i realize, as i'm editing this video now, that the audio for this part really sucks so just keep in mind here that i'm explaining that when you're putting clip-ins in for a half a half down hairstyle, you really want to cram those in. Like you want the one on top of the other, because you don't have a lot of space to work with, but you also don't want to put them too close to your edge line or they will be visible. So just keep that in mind and in a moment i'm sure i'm going to turn around so that you guys can see. So you just part where you want to put the clip on it's hard to do it without looking like it's hard for me to do it without looking at myself, because i'm so used to watching me install it. Okay, the part doesn't have to be perfect. You don't want to put it too close to the edge of your hair, so i'm going to be able to see it which would defeat the purpose but because i'm so low, i'm gon na have all of this to cover all that. I'M not really worried. I'M gon na add one more because i want to leave like amicable leave out. So what you see me doing here is just potting out my edges. Again, the audio is trash, so i'm just going to do a voiceover and again forgive me i'm getting over kovacho. I'M sorry um, so what i'm? Basically, explaining is i'm going to stagger my tracks so when you're doing the ponytail portion, you want to put the tracks going back like in the direction you're going to pull your hair in, but stagger them and make sure you use the smaller clip-in pieces. And when i say smaller clip-in pieces, i mean like the clips that come with one clip the clips that come with two clips. Maybe a three-piece clip, but i don't know if it'll fit on your head. I mean, depending on the size of your head, to be honest but anyways when i say stagger, you see how i did that there, like on one end of my two-piece clipping, and i put a one-piece clip in you - do not have a lot of room to Work with in the front well, at least i don't my edges are thin. I'Ve said this before when my hair is pressed out, it's even thinner, my roots have some grit to it, so i have something to like the clipping can stick to, but at any rate you still want to be careful when you put these in because when you Pull your hair up they're going to move, so you want those clippings to be very secure, but not tight, so not close to your edges, because it'll hurt and when you pull it and if you're somebody like me who likes to design your edges as i call It or you know like do little swoops and all that you don't want to put those clippings too close, because you're going to be able to see the tracks and it's not going to be cute. So just keep that in mind, as i keep saying and make sure you stagger the tracks like you want it full, but you don't have room to make a part. Put a clip in make a part. Put a clip in you. Don'T have room for that. You need to use every inch of the middle of your head that you can and then normally i would want curly, but i don't have to and look how cute it is. It looks so natural, like you, can't tell me this ain't, my hair, it really is adorable. I love this style. It always makes me look like i'm 10 years younger than my young 25 years, and i would normally you know, do my edges real cute swoop out some baby hairs, just real, quick and it'd be cute. I love this style. I don't even want to take it down and show you how the next one hey this is cute, oh and you could even do a bun. Let me see: i've done this style before too, with just like my hair out in the back and used all my small clippings on top and i had the fullest black ever and it was so cute you just twist it because my stock buns are always messy. I don't know about y'all, i love a messy bun and you keep twisting make it tight. If you have a rubber band, you can secure to get my bobby pins here and then i'll pull pieces out. It'D be cute. Oh my gosh. How adorable like what? How cute with some waves, oh and some edges, how cute my hair is two different colors wow, but how cute is this? We love to see it okay, so my last style is self-explanatory. Obviously, because now i've done this style, you're, just gon na take the back clip ins, flip them in the opposite direction and you can wear a ponytail and that's the sauce y'all, that's the sauce. That is all i have for today. Thank you. So much for clicking on this video do not forget to subscribe. Like comment share, please give me a thousand please please please, like do you know how nerve-racking it is to sit in the mid-900s for two weeks come on now, wait share. My video, like the video, share, the video please no, but for real yeah. Thank you so much for watching i'm moving real slow in these clips because i know i'm gon na have to screenshot it for a thumbnail. If you wonder what i'm doing, that's that's what i'm doing and until next time, y'all that's the four styles, so you can wear it all down. You can do half up half down, you could do ponytail by yourself. You do a bun by yourself. You can do a bun at the top. In the background you do punches at the top. In the background, you can do so much for clicking it's not even funny. Let me know which one y'all decide to try leave it in the comments. Thank you, and until next time y'all you
