How To Do A High Ponytail With Hair Extensions

Hi everybody so today, I'm gon na be showing you how to create a high ponytail using your lush hair extensions. So first you want to take the first whiff you're gon na put in so I usually take a two clip weft just because it fits on the lower part of your head better. So all you want to do is just brush that out. So it's nice and smooth, I'm gon na place the hair extension in backwards on itself, so it kind of flicks up but you'll see what I do in a minute. So first you want to create your first section. You just want to clip the top part up. I, let's just take my comb and gently kind of push against the roots, just to give the hair extensions something to grip onto so once I've done that. I then just take my two clip hair extension. I flip it over like that and then clip it in place, and that is your first section done, and you just want to repeat that all the way up your head so again, I'm just gon na make another section. The next extension I'm taking is another two clip. So this time I'm taking a slightly bigger weft - and this is a three clip left. I'M just gon na take the other three clip again and then I'm also just gon na take one one clip and put that kind of just directly above you can apply as many west as you like, but obviously the more you apply, the heavier it is, and I tend to find that these hair extensions are really really thick, so you don't need to apply that many hair extensions anyway. So the next thing you want to do is just take your comb again, and you just want to create kind of a parting at the back here. You just want to gently push against the root. This will just help disguise your hair extensions, more and also kind of make it a little bit more seamless, okay. So now your hair should look a little bit crazy, like mine, does at the moment, so now it's time to tie the ponytail up. So all I do for this is just kind of push through the back comb with my fingers very gently, and then I like to just kind of scrape up like you, would a normal parry tail. So once you're happy with the kind of position you've got it in, you just want to tie it with your hair tie like that, and then I just like to grab these two front pieces and just pull them up a little bit, and it also like to Pull two pieces at the back, because that just tightens up the bottom of the Perito. So now it's in the right position. I just like to brush out my ponytail a bit and then I also like to pull out two pieces just around the sides of my face and then also just to add a little bit of something extra to it. You can just grab a strand of hair from the back, and I just like to break this and then, once I finish braiding, I just like to wrap it around.
