How To: Create A Ponytail With Extensions

Hey guys, my channel um, I'm here to do a hair tutorial. Actually, in the last video that I put said get to marry Chad, a lot of you express things like my hair and we're wondering how I mean edges get less, especially if I have my toe hair um, so I'm gon na show you guys how I did That in this with you, so basically what you would need is a scrunchie, a hairband, if necessary, a wide tooth comb, a toothbrush, a wetland actually, and you would need that gel and, if applicable, to, would need an edge, tamer edge control, whatever you call it, but Yeah and find underneath of a star of the show, wouldn't eat your food until this one. So I'm gon na show you how I did mine. Okay, as you can see my hair. I did like a twist out last night and until we're hair is curly, but we want stretched out hair, and this is perfect, as I can kind of show you guys how much stretch out right here when it's indistinct just use the white tooth comb to comb Out the hair, the curls rather and then I just keep that twisted sort of this shrink so like so so. Basically, this is what you hear she kind of look like, so I'm going to go ahead and kill the rest of it, and now that you look like Medusa, what you need to do is take down the tweets. There are religions there, it's not just to prevent the hair from writing back to its, not trusting so now that it's like this, if you can take it down and your hair should be stretched out to reason, obviously we're going to keep it to better but yeah. I'M going to take it down, we could kind of see how like, then, I still like to comb through it. So, a little bit, if you have natural hair, you wan na stretch your hair, because you will be putting your hair up in a bun and we want to have that. You want your hair to be slowly and wanted to be free. Turnes just try to stretch that and it's also really good to wash your hair first. So you know it's bouncy and like flowy, it's easy to do it. If someone yes swish here, okay, so this is pretty much where or to take up your hair um, but pretty much so our top. Rather so, why not push you in here? I like this. I just kind of hold it right. There make sure that everything is cat box when I'm packing. My hair up like this at least make sure that, like it's tight, like super super tight to where I get ahead, um beauties page yeah and I like to pack my up here like every off my head, just cuz. I feel like it looks better. But if you feel comfortable, you know if you feel comfortable doing it generally around like Center. Your hair, zuly, Oh booth, but yeah we're gon na use is bad. I'M gon na phone, it she likes, he's a bad as possible country because I don't know. I just feel it's easier to deal with and I can wrap it around my head so much as I can so we will just take this round the bun three times you just pull it. So it's tighter. So this top right here, they're gon na split that and shoot okay and braid each sides down. Does that make sense? So I'm going to take this side. I know a lot of people like before I did my ponytail. I also want you to believe how the hell do I get ponytail with window till nice here, a lot of people, or so you can use G home. You know it's chill in your hair like everywhere and like not about so much product over here, like I'm gon na just look scared to lose, so I just I have to figure out a way. So no, I'm just gon na take this here. It'S crunchy these guys, that's in the back, take your spreadsheet press, the singing together and then just put it security scratch. So this is what your hair should look like, so you guys can kind of see. I don't have that much like. I have bald spots of my edges. I don't have the best edges of the world, so what I do is show my down so basically because my hair is natural, just an edge tamer or just a gel, we do it from me. I used to use. Oh, I think it's the olive oil, it's not the crime, the green, the green edge control thingy, I'm showing you guys. I think everyone was abusive, but I used to use that brand and it's just five seconds later. My hair will come back on. So I start using it now is the eco styler gel and the urban edge tumor and extra mega fold, basically a body for $ 8.99. It was until it's usually, I know the sheiks paper as well, as also would be the good I'm not sharing how that works, but natural hair, because I've never even used it. But this one works wonders for me and I always always always always gel as like a base kind of hold it down so yeah. So what I do is take the gel put my brush through it and get some gel, and then I start to carve out my edges. So basically, however, I'm not mad just to look. That'S how I do it because I don't have care of the side of my head, so I can round here and like here. I just kind of prove their meaning, like be here, says, left there and just take that curve curved up all the way up like that, and then I come down here and you can say anything, and I just take this one straight out - how's that girls. So I just kind of pull them up like so see, I'm going to show you guys to the side. Take it so, like I said, um that gel just isn't going to do it for me, so I go ahead and use the child. The edge steamer and use my brush take some product and then do the same thing just basically on the earth did so I'm seeing like patterning stuff like that and it's okay. If your edge looks away, it's fighting my usually gathers makeup and stuff. It'S always a no makeup, one, its coolest, oh, this should hold just put your hands over your fingers over. It'S kind of just take me down just a little bit more gon na do the side. Now I forgot to mention in the beginning. Thank you would also need a scarf and don't usually use this copy every time, because I like to do my hair after my makeup, so that legs there's not that line like that. Do brocation kind of thing where it's like you have week ago and thank you just. I think we don't have makeup so I'd like to do my hair after I do my my makeup but yeah. Basically, you just want to take a scarf mine's a ratchet as hell, but just take your scarf put it over. I like to really bring it up here, because the sides usually always puffy, but it's it's good and then it just tight over and I like to go like extra and like mickey tight as hell, it can be meet a it, a tie it twice and the Back so I'll show you what it looks like at the back, but I like to take it too tight at the back so that it's not the back of my head. It'S like it's not the best, but it's fine little tail over here bonito. So they kind of cover it, but doesn't matter at all. What I recommend is wait, 5-10 minutes or even fish independent of Hamelin cannot average with our is that she wait that long so yeah. Basically, that's what I do and we're just gon na wait. 5-10 minutes and and okay, so I took my mate makeer from the scarf game, just because I feel like it's not allowing this car tight to me yeah completely, so I took it out. This is how I swing my edges. When I see, I don't think I like this front spirit-being, so we're gon na put it back so much better, okay, so the ponytail I'm gon na try to go back to the store and take a picture of the of the pack. So you guess we kind of know what what it looks like when you go into stores, buy it. But again the is what it is. I think it was 22 inches or something like that, I'm not sure I was is either 20 or 22 inches a minute. Sure, somewhere in this video but yeah like I said I got it from my local beauty - supply store just go there and ask them for ponytails. They shouldn't have it. I mean come on so yeah like I'm saying basically one of what they care the the firsts like the top bad thing, and you can can tell the front from the back appreciate the problem back, because there's this little kind of thing, that's right here. It'S gon na tell you, but it's basically on the back, but anyways, take the the comb and then put it here. Okay, I'm here on the actual hair, not underneath the band push it in. Take the comb from the back and push it in here as well. When you do that, it should be loose and that's why so you take the drawstring and then just adjust it. So it's time left, basically that when you thin your hair, this come have a look. Then you take that extra string, which is this guy right here, and I like to do this for extra security. I just take it and it's just will get around here that little blonde thing that we create it. So I mean it it even more than just tuck it at the back. Sometimes I like to really just work, the top. So that's cuz, you know your hair is like bulging in there and so you kind of like we need to leave it as much as you can. So it looks presentable and, like I said it's synthetic hair, it's gon na shed. It'S gon na tackle is gon na matter. It'S gon na. Do everything that you don't want it to do. It'S not that bad trust me, but late way you want to do shake the hair and use your whites with comb. This is going to minimize same lashing. I don't need to tear much for the shedding and stuff like that, but I still want to hear every my house it's so bit of shine if you use this, but it shed less Jesus as opposed to a regular hair brush. So when I take the hair in the end of you, guys goes like that when I take your hair and you can't hold it the way you comb, your natural hair, so the front leg and it's all the way out to do it. So it's gon na meet my that shedding and tangling, and just all the extra stuff also you wanted to be like that touch. The back of the hair would just be really nasty looking, so you want to make sure that you calm that back area make sure that it's flat, it's kind of like a good way to start the day you know. Is I so guys that's pretty much how I create this ponytail thing going on? It'S really not that hard. It'S actually made simple, especially if it's it's not complicated, like it's already done for you, so all you got ta do is insert a pin and just draw out the string. Okay. So, okay, if your hair is combed, you don't need to do. Have the steps that I take? For instance, you need to stretch your hair. Obviously, I think, that's pretty obvious sorry be like straight just go straight right into it and just yeah and you don't need to go through the two-step procedure of like gel and then edge tamer. Everyone just get away with just jail or just edge control. Don'T ever want to see what else you also, I think that's pretty much it and obviously, if you have edges the better for you, that's better think of it. Everyone'S have this bad habit where just sit and pick up my hair, so I don't have inches anymore
