Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so i am back with another hair tutorial and today i'm going to show you guys how i do my nicki minaj inspired high ponytail. So if you want to see how i achieve this look right here, please continue watching so you're going to need three things to do. This you're gon na need concoli. I used um 100 concolian hair, the braiding hair that they have and in my hand, right now. I have two packs the amount of packs that you'll need is going to be based on how full you want this hair to be and um yeah so anyways. I have two packs on here and you're going to need a brush and you're going to need bobby pins and that's it so. The first thing you're going to do is you're going to again get like a ponytail holder and tie it in the middle. It honestly doesn't matter what color you use, because this is not going to be seen after we put it up here. The next step is very important, so um, you know that sometimes like she wears it going straight back and other times she wears it to the side based on. If you want it going straight back or if you want it to the side based on. That is how you're going to place your ponytail. So if you want it going straight back, you're gon na place this right in the front. Okay, and if you want the ponytail to fall this way, you're gon na place it over here. So it falls this way. Okay, so again, um today, i just wanted going straight back, so i'm just gon na put it right here. So what i have done to my hair so far, my hair is natural. So all i did was i um just washed my hair and then i put it up in a ponytail and i used some um edge control and i just kind of laid down my edges and then i tied my hair. Like i put, i wrapped my hair up for, i think 10 minutes and then i took it off and now my hair is completely flat, so if you're natural, i would advise you doing it that way. Okay, guys! So let's do the bun okay! So what you're gon na do is you're gon na hold it like so okay, and since i want it going straight back, i'm gon na put it directly here. Okay, so i'm gon na place this part directly here, because i want the hair falling straight back. Okay, so what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na hold it like so, and i'm gon na place it right here and i'm gon na take this the ponytail holder and wrap it around my hair? Okay. So this is all we're doing just gon na wrap. Make sure um you guys, can't see my face but make sure you wrap this really tightly so that, like you know, it's not gon na fall off and then you're just gon na flip. It back grab a bobby, pin and um. I am just going to secure the front, so you see how i tied it to my ponytail. I'M just gon na grab some hair and pin that down to my hair, because you want to do that because that way, once you start wrapping the hair around, this won't move. Okay, because we don't want that. Okay! So after you have this, all you're going to do is you're going to take some hair from the ponytail just that much and you're going to use that to wrap it around okay. So we're just going to begin wrapping that around like so make sure you wrap it really nicely and really tight. So once you do come to the end of that one you're going to grab more bobby pins, so right now i've only used one bobby pin. So i'm going to grab another one and i'm going to wrap the end of that hair on the bobby pin. And then i am gon na pin that bobby pin in my hair, okay, so just pin that in there - and you should have something like this right now: okay, i'm just gon na take two more bobby pins and um. I'M gon na secure the perimeter of my bun again. If you have done everything correctly, you should be able to comb through fine and not have to worry about the ponytail coming out, like it's literally, not going anywhere, okay and um. If you're interested in finding out how i achieve like the kind of like you know how, when you cut weave it's like you, get this really blunt cut hold on i'll show you guys what i mean um, you see. How like this cut, is so blunt if you want to know how i achieve that, i just literally put the hair all together and then i grab some shears. You can find this at any local beauty supply store and then i just comb through the ends. That'S why i don't have that blunt cut, that's why it looks really natural, okay, so um you could do that and also, if you don't have excess, if you don't have any access to like um some shears i'll show you a quick way to do that without Having to use anything okay, so we're gon na take this hair, let me just comb it out. Okay, you see how it has that blunt cut. Let me unwrap it and show you guys, there's another way to do it without having to use the shears, because if you do this it just it doesn't look good. You want this to look like it's your hair, okay, so all you do is you're gon na hold this end. Okay and you're gon na hold this end and you're gon na pull. Okay, so we're just going to pull, pull, pull and then come back brush brush. You see that it doesn't look as blunt anymore. It kind of looks like mine, okay, it's not perfect, it's not as perfect as doing the shears, but this is another way to achieve that. You know natural looking cut, i guess without using any scissors or any shears. Okay, this is my finish: nicki minaj bun, not bun ponytail. It looks really nice, it's so effortless, it's so pretty! It'S so quick! You could literally do this in like five minutes seriously, you could wear it from the back. Okay, i'm trying to look like nicki minaj, but i don't think it's working who was in new york. You was a yankee, i was with bass. I was pitching to frankie these so cranky hitting my hanky. My mommy um give me okay guys. So that's this is the final look, okay and um yeah. I think that's about it. Thank you so much for watching.
