Quick & Easy Hairstyle - Deep Side Part Low Ponytail W/ Baby Hairs | Ali Grace Hair

Hey guys, so I'm back with another ponytail tutorial, but this time it's gon na be a bit easier than the last one, because we're using no so no clips just bobby pins for the ponytail portion - and this is what my hair looks like when it has been Air-Dried I put some leave-in conditioner and a lot of Jamaican black castor oil on my hair. So that's why it's looking a bit stiff right now, but yeah I'd. Rather my hair beet oily then dry, so yeah right now, I'm just going to go ahead and curve out. My C shaped part kind of a C shaped part that I'm gon na. Do I haven't done a deep side part. I'M only gon na side part in a really long time for this tutorial. I don't really need to straighten my entire head of hair because all of it is going to be in the ponytail, so I'm just going to straighten the parts that are visible and this is going to help the hair lay flat and blend in with the weave. Better, I want to leave out two side pieces about my sideburns, so I'm going to straighten those as well and also getting the nape area, because it's not going to be a super low ponytail. Some of my nape area will be seen, so I'm gon na go ahead and straighten that so that lays flat as well. Now I just want to comb the hair in place and make sure you got everything where you want it to be. I'M just gon na carve out those side pieces that I mentioned I'm gon na leave out. I think it's just cute, it's totally optional, but I think it's just cute. Now, I'm using bee mimosa hair honey by Carol's Daughter. I had the little one because they didn't have the big one in stock when I got this, but when I went out of this I'll definitely get the big one. I'Ve been using this for a while. I love this as a hair pomade. It'S super moisturizing and the shine that this gives lasts a long time, so I love using this for ponytails Thanksgiving 1995. Just so just smoothing that all over my hair, where it's gon na be seen, I'm also getting underneath now, I'm using my trusty Hicks edge control gel, but you can use your edge control gel that you normally use whatever works best for you ever since I've relaxed My hair, the Hix, is just the perfect amount of strength for me and it softens up after the first day, but my edges will last in the position that they're put for like three or four days with this job, without it being hard crunchy and super shiny. Like I said, I was the first day it really does soften up and the shine goes away a little bit so now I'm using a hard bristle brush to sweep my hair down. Now I did missile area back there on my nape. You know you guys can see that I definitely should have smooth that out more, but it's okay. So now I'm getting a toothbrush and with a little bit of Hick's edge control on the toothbrush, we're gon na go ahead and start smoothing my edges and sweeping them. I want my baby hairs to be pretty noticeable for this look after that is done. I want my side pieces to lay down a little bit more flat than they are, so I'm putting a little bit of edge control just at the top. Now I'm using the ally, grace hair, I have two bundles from them of their loose waves. One is the 20 inch and one is a 22 inch, I'm using 22 inch today and I have it folded in half. One bundle is all that I need for this and I'm just using these mini bobby pins that I got some Target they're, so cute and they're just long enough to get the job done and not too long so that they're poking your head and it's making it Uncomfortable in the ponytail, so I like using me many bobby pins for this, but if you have regular bobby pins, that will work too. So now this part is pretty self-explanatory, I'm starting kind of in the bottom on the side and going around one time before I add another bobby pin and the tracks are doubled so make sure that you go through both tracks when you are pushing the bobby pin And then I'm going to repeat this process until I run out of hair just going around one time bobby, pending one time Bobby, pinning I'm trying to bobby pin in different places so that the bobby pins do not run into one another. And now that's done to cover the tracks and taking a little bit of hair right where the track ended. This way to hold everything together when you do it like that going around until I'm almost to the end, taking a bobby, pin and pushing it through and then it'll have a little bit left. This is just to make sure that things don't slip out when you do it twice like this, so that little bit, I'm gon na go at the very end and bobby pin it again. I really like the loose wave. Look it just kind of gets like a soft glam look, but I do not like the end straightening. The ends made a huge difference and it makes it look neater more put together, and this is the final look, absolutely love. This look, and I hope you guys do too super easy super fast and pretty much.
