Hey y'all: what's up, it's Alicia welcome back to my channel, so NSAIDs video, I'm going to be doing a highly anticipated video. I have been getting like so many requests from you guys asking me to show you guys how I style my short hair. Those face. Video is going to be all about how I style my short hair. I just popped out the shower. You know my hair is freshly washed and soaking wet, and these are my curls straight out of the shower. So now we're gon na do is spray. Some more water, I'm using my handy dandy spray bottle from Sally's, now relief. This and everything else is in today's video down below. Let us go ahead and spray this all over, like realtalk y'all doing a wash one at TWA is just so much easier when your hair is soaking, wet so much easier. So I'm just getting my hair all the way. It'S soaked with water and kind of work that water in my hair, you guys can see my hair is literally soaking wet, like dripping wet, but that's what have you want for it to be? Now we are going to just jump straight into applying the product. Now I have changed my products I just recently, as in, like a week ago, just started to try the Miche lavish leave-in conditioner. This is my first time trying this brand just in general and y'all. It has changed the game for me for one its most amazing. Okay, it smells so good, but whenever you apply the leave-in conditioner, it makes your hair. So so, what's so soft and so manageable like I was shook the first time I apply it. So I just do a couple of pumps. In my hand, like you guys see here and then I'm going to scrub it in my hands and just run it throughout my hair, so this part doesn't have to be neat or anything at all. It'S really just running the product through my hair, because my hair is so short every minute Coenen, just by me doing this, so I don't have to be like super strategic or just really detail-oriented with this process, because my fingers are catching every strand of hair literally And for the top, because my hair is a little bit longer up here, I will take a diamond brush, like you guys, see here and just write the dimming brush at the top of my hair, just to make sure that every strand of hair is coated and Leave-In conditioner, but for the back and for the side, since my hair is so short, i legit can just with my fingers through my hair and i get every strand of hair. So this is how my curls are looking now. Here is the back of my ear and you guys can see my curls are already starting to form, but are you starting to be defined and my hair is just super duper moisturized like y'all see those curls coming through? They are already starting to come through. So that's our leave-in conditioner. Now we are going to move on to our stylist. I personally love to use two different ones. The first one is the kinky curly curling custard. This styler here has a really good hold and it does not dry. My hair out at all so I'll apply a little bit of this, just to create some definition, some holes and so being a good base for my heavier styler, which is the good ol eco styler gel I'm using the olive oil brand. This has a max hold of ten. So again, I'll start with this first and I like to take about this much of spyler you'll see that about that much of spider. I'Ll also rub it through my hands and just work it through my hair and that's how my girls look by just me kind of rigging the product through my fingers through my hair. It looks so good already so before I go in with the eco styler gel. I'M going to create my parts with a TWA you can rock your hair, so many different rays left part right, part, no part where we prefer. I have been loving. My washi goes with apart lately, just with the like. The loop of my hair looks better to me with my with the part in my hair, so I'm going to do a right part and I'll go ahead and do that now. It'Ll just be a simple straight back right parts. Alright, so we have our party guys and now I'm going to go in with the olive oil, eco, styler gel and here what I do is I take a good amount like a good glob of the jail, and I will just again work that into my hands And rake it through my hair run it through all of my curls, I'm going to spray some more water to just to make sure that everything's set exactly how I want for it to be sick. So my here, for the most part, feels totally covered in eco styler gel, which is good now what I'm going to do to help kind of amplify. The definition of the curls is I'm going to take my divot brush and I found this technique on YouTube, but pretty much should I'll be doing, is I'll, be brushing my curls and flicking it outwards. So I'm taking my brush, do you all see that I'm taking my brush? We kind of flick. It outwards like this all over my hair and what this does is. This helps to smooth the curls define the curls, and I've also noticed that it adds a little bit of like stretch to the curl. So if you don't want your curls to be like super flat and like extremely defined to where it's shrunken, this does help then kind of stick out just a little bit to give a little bit of a length. Let'S hear a washy go so literally all I'm doing is just taking my brush and flick it out. That'S all! I'M doing you guys will see here all I'm doing all right. It'S nothing right at the top of our hair, where there here is the longest. Actually. First part a little bit more water then take a little bit more of the ecostyler. Chill run that through the curls - and I would do the exact same thing I just did by using my diamond brush and just smoothing the curls out and make sure you're brushing in the in the direction that she wants your curls to fall. So if you brush towards your forehead, your curls will fall more frontwards. If you brush it aside, your curls will fall to the side, so whatever you prefer make sure you're brushing that way. Okay, so now I'm gon na take my hands a little bit more jail and it's work. My fingers through my hair one more time, and this type helps to loosen up any areas where my hair is laying flat, because I don't want my hair to be flat. Alright, so I just got my curls all the way together. This is how they are looking. I love it. I did have to kind of individually work on a couple of curls that were up here, because my hair is a little bit wavy up top, so takes a little bit of extra TLC, but it's worth it, and here is the other side of my hair. Before I go into air drying my hair, I need to get my edges together, so what I'm going to do is take a little bit more of the eco styler gel and apply that to my edges, like you guys see here and just lay those really flat. I also do it over here as well on this side, get those bad boys, nice and laid and they'd like to take this edge. Tamer brush it's by the brand, evolve it's their number five, seventy three brush! I got this in my local beauty supply store and it has been a lifesaver for a couple of months now so I'll. Take this, and I will just do my thing with Edge's. I don't do anything fancy, but I'd like to get them right, because I feel, like the look just looks a little bit cleaner and like the way I want for it to look good with my edges, like that's just me, so get those edges right. Do the same for the other side and I'm like eating fancy, it's just it's real simple y'all, like very beginner friendly. Okay, like I thought, the liberty looks so much better with my edges later already. It just mean. That'S how I feel I should get the top two, especially right here, where you can see it there we go there, we go and I think we are good to go. You guys, I'm going to take this clip right here. It'S just one of those metal. Like long clips, and I'm going to apply it right here to hold this part of my hair down just so whenever it's air joining it setting its setting falling this way and not going this way, I have realized that does make a difference. Whenever I do this step, so I just brush this hair over like this okay and then I'll, take my clip and slide that clip in here just like that. So, whenever it's setting and air drying, everything will be falling this way, and this part of my hair will be falling this way. So I'll keep this in my hair for at least like 10 to 20 minutes and then I'll take that out and let the rest of my hair air dry throughout the day so yeah that is pretty much the washing go. Y'All, like it's real, simple, real, simple, real easy, but I get awesome results every time, so I'll go ahead and do one more like a 180 for you guys. Just so you guys can see - or I guess it's a 360, but I only turn time for you guys to see the different parts of my hair I'll see that, and here is the front or the top portion of my hair. So there we go. That is my washing yo y'all, I'm going to let my hair air dry throughout the day and then I'll come back to show you guys the finer results, but so far so good, loving the results. Alright, so let's go and let my hair air dry throughout the day - and this is the finer results. It looks pretty similar to how I do whenever it was wet. But my curls are still popping. They are so super defined and they are extremely hydrated and moisturized and of course, all the way air dries one more thing y'all. Sometimes I will go in and add an oil to my hair, usually like on day one whenever I first wash my hair and style. My hair I'll add some oil, so right now I'll be using the diva curl high shine a bowl type, and if the oil is a couple of pumps, rub it in my hands and kind of just run my hands over my hair. I don't like to rape. My fingers or anything because that will disturb the curl pattern and like create frizz, which we don't want to happen. So I'm pretty much just like brushing my hair with the oil and it just adds a little bit of extra shine a little bit more hydration. May I just do that and then once I'm done, that's it y'all. That is it for the wash and go again. I hope you guys enjoyed it saves video. You guys found it informative. If y'all did it, please go ahead and give this video a thumbs up and subscribe if you guys haven't already and as always, I love y'all have a wonderful, wonderful day a wonderful week, and I will talk to you guys in the next video bye, guys.
