Flat Twist Updo Hairstyle For Natural Hair | 4B/4C

It is danielle here if you want to see how i achieved this simple, look continue watching if you're new come on in join the family and let's get started so guys, i'm going to begin by parting, my hair, in a diagonal, as you see here, i just Had this particular style in mind, so i just said: why not just do it right so at that part, my hair, i'm going to comb it out with the denim brush, i'm going to apply a foaming mousse and i'm just going to begin flat twisting now for Flat twisting i'm using my index and my middle finger and i'm basically just twisting the hair down to the scalp, i'm trying to keep my hands and my fingers as close to the as close to my scalp as possible. To get a neater look. That'S all i'm doing, and then i'm twisting the ends all the way through and i'm going to go ahead and clip that with the yellow clip that you see in my hair, this is a great and easy protective style. It is great for winter months, summer months, any type of months. It is great for very quick to do your hair is tucked away you. Can you know access your scalp easily? If you want to oil, your hair, you can even do a a really great and defined twist out the most. The most really helps with that and yeah. This is a really great style, so go ahead and try it out. You can get very creative with it and you can do a lot of designs with it and so um. If you guys want to see you know more designs, let me know, and i'll definitely try to come up with some designs and also recreate designs that i see others do you know it's a really beautiful style for any occasion, and you know definitely try it out. If you are thinking about doing it and, of course i've sprayed my mousse on there, as you guys can see once again, because the mousse really helps to allow the style to stay. You know it stays put together. It stays looking fresh, it stays looking new and it's like a coating right. It really gets it there so use the mousse. If you want your style to stay a bit longer - and you know i know some people use gel - you don't always have to use gel, but if you want to use gel, definitely go ahead and use it, but i'll recommend a water-based show. If you are going to use a gel to really get those parts and really get your hair to a more sleek, look, it's totally optional, totally up to you and your preference, okay, guys, that's basically it that's all i'm doing just twisting away after i am done, And you guys will see later on what i do with the back of my hair and yeah stay tuned, enjoy the video and i'll catch up with you guys. I know you guys may notice that my edges are thinning. You can see it as i flat twist. The edges area of my hair um - i have addressed this in a video i'm going to leave the card up over here, so you guys can click on it and watch that video. Basically, i'm in the process of repairing my edges, we really allowing them to grow back in and trying to avoid tension on my edge line or on my hairline. So that's why i tend to do the um twist that you see. Excuse me, so i tend to do that. That was a little bit looser than the others. I don't know if you guys can tell but they're a bit looser around my edges area, so i'm really trying to avoid that tension with that excess potential and yeah. I'M also on the natural hair growth challenge, i'm going to leave that video over here.
