What is get everybody? It is your girl re coming right back at you with another video and today it is all about, sticks, braids now, don't worry. I already know that there's so many videos out there on YouTube, lustige great, but today I'm coming at you for my sister's, with the PWA aka, teenie afros, and also for those of us like for me who just cannot Cornell in extensions for our lives. We could corner our natural hair, but when it comes to extensions, we just cannot get it. So, of course, of course, for this technique, imma be using a crochet hooks, because what am I not using a crochet hook and elastic for my videos like when so please sit back, relax and learn along with me. So here is my specially wash a little bit damp short here. I was feeling it because I yo out put in some products in it and it was feeling so soft, but although it's cute it could be a tool. It is difficult to deal with, especially when you want to do in jumbo cornrows. So here's how it looks blown out - and I tried my best to show you how short the back is but yeah it looks kind of ghetto, but forget about that. So before we started any extensions, these are the teeny little kernels my mom did for me. She didn't tire yourself or me with just my natural here, no extensions and we did five of these starting with one in the middle. Now this is the braiding here. I use I use one pack of this. Jumbo value pack comes with six and two and one other out stray hair pack. Now I didn't want to show you every little detail because, like I said, there's so many other videos, but this is how it look. What sassy, elastics and, of course it is nice to separate the hair before you start into seven pieces and it gets bigger as you go, the lower you get the bigger pieces good now here is the hairstyle with out the crochet technique. We try to do it. Just a regular way, but you're eventually you're, going to see it just did not work with my hair link, but just to start off. Like all the other videos. You start with your natural here in the first locks, then you add in a teeny piece when you get to the second box with the elastic and your just turn out as usual. If you know how to add in the extension, vegetable is not like me: we're going to see that other techniques help people like me, but it's actually really simple. So you just keep on braids in and as you go down, you just add more and more pieces. Oh and my mama said to make sure I tell you guys this is her very, very, very first time ever doing stitch, braids and ever doing feeding feed-in Braves, and I think she did amazing like she could do anything when it comes to here. But for her first time I showed her a video Mike mom. I want this and she's like okay, let's try it and yeah for her first shot. She did really good thumbs up if you think she did good and leave a comment as well. So here I'm just gon na speed it up for you, because it's like basically the same thing over and over and over again - and I want you to look at this part - coming up you're going to see she's going to braid in the tiny corner there. She did it right. There sprayed it in the tiny corner with the big of the big one, so we only stopped the small corner nose halfway through and then we join it into the bigger corner on the board whoa into this dish. Braid now here it was this is where I started to get difficult, because the back of my hair is so short. She was like yo. Let me try and put some beeswax, some gel to keep those from sticking out yeah. It worked for a few seconds, but you're gon na see that it didn't last too long. So this would look great if you're here with longer, but this is what happened it slipped right out. As you can see, my hair was teeny. Teeny short, so it can even it couldn't hook on. So that's when I was like okay mom we're going to have to use a crocheted for all of my head. We were only going to do it for one for the option, but then I realized it was necessary for short hair. So we're going to do like in my previous video, my first video ever with elastics and crochet you're, going to push it underneath the elastic hook. The hair into the crochet hook and then you're going to close the latch and then pull it underneath the elastic make a little loop. Well, I should say: I'm not and then you're just going to secure it with two little strands. You can do a normal knot like easier than how you tie issues. So don't worry if you can't tie your shoes, you could tie this knot. I believe in you, you caught this and simple like that. So you're going to do this for every elastic going down and you increase the size as you go down now, you're going to see that from my hair because it was really short in the back. My mom actually did the same method with taking the extension and adding it in. Although we already has the extensions proceeding to my hair, you do not have to do that if you do not know how to add in corners as you go, all you have to do is crochet in the hair and then corner like it's your natural hair, but For me, we wanted it to be thicker, so we decided as you're, going to see here to add in even more kronos and do the normal feeding method. But I repeat: if you do not know how to add in extensions as you cor know, you don't have to use a corn over here. Just like this. It works out to be like your natural hair. So I'm not going to show you every detail here. We'Re doing literally the same thing as before you start with the natural hair, then you're adding a tiny piece and you keep on going. But I must say one more time if you don't know how to add in extensions like when I do this, I'm not going to be able to do this until I learn in this course I'm just going to corn over here, that's crocheted and that's it. We were so happy that it works because my mom was like if we did not have this crochet method, there was no way the cornrows are going to stay in my short teeny here at the back. It worked on top, but at the back it was just sure you can see how short it was cut in the video. I posted right before this one make sure you check it out. Like comment share, you know so basically she braided it all the way to the end and then after I dipped my ends in some hot boiling water to seal them and to finish it all off, I added some holding moves to get rid of all the frizz. Just to make sure that my hair was laid, which it was thank you mama, so I love this hairstyle. You should totally try it listen. I have never gotten so many compliments from strangers. When I tell isn't the black people will loving it, the white people will love it. You know everybody was loving it and I love it. So I hope you do too. Thank you so much for watching and, as always, don't forget to Like comment share, subscribe. Much love from your girl area, I'll catch y'all later
