Hi guys and welcome back to my channel, my name is Chloe Brown and I'm so happy that you're here I was wearing my hair straight the other day and people are like how do you do your hair, like that? It'S straight, I'm like oh, I would never do as like a flat iron tutorial, because everybody knows how to flat iron their hair. Well, I kind of got to realizing. It is a little bit different when you have a bob or a pixie, because you don't just straighten it. You have to like, give it a little curl to it. I thought that I'd kind of show you guys some tips and tricks that I've learned along the way and if you want like a deep part with like a little Bang swoop, because nobody likes when they have their hair done. And it's straight and your bangs always get in your eyes right here, so I do show you guys exactly how to do that without further ado. Let'S go right into the video okay, so my hair has been in my little wrap for about 20 minutes and it has been sitting like this for 10, so my hair is really frizzy. That'S just the nature of my hair, no matter what products I use. If I air dry it, it's really frizzy, but I do like air drying it because less heat less damage I like to use the damage remedy daily, hair repair - and I put about a quarter size in my my hand, makes it around. I really like to focus it on the front parts of my hair, because that is where every single one of us has the most breakage, and I mostly just put that at the ends where all the blonde is. I really want to have that protection on my hair. It does have heat protector in it too. So that's super helpful. Next up to help with humidity in the summertime Palmiter super skinny syrup. This is the tiniest bottle ever. I know this is my travel size, but my other bottle is usually what I use right when I get out of the shower. So that is in my bathroom and I just used like a pump and a half, and I spread that all around my hands and just kind of work it in especially in the back. So I avoid doing this at my route because it is a serum. It tends to make your hair a little bit oily if you get it towards the root, I use a wet brush now this is like the really fine or separated one. I like this one, the best, probably I just brush up my hair and if you can tell I'm doing brushing up the ends first and then I work my way up to the top. The blow-dryer I'm going to use today is the same one that I use. Every single time I'm just talking about it, so you guys know if you're new here. So this is the crock I see premium blow-dryer. I will put the link down below and on this one I'm gon na be turning on the heat. Let me not turn it on. First before I talk, I'm gon na turn the heat to max and then the air to max, and then I will slowly lower the heat to cool at the very end so that my hair kind of gets cooled back down. When I first blow-dry my hair, I like to concentrate at the roots once it is almost dry, then I will usually go in with a brush or a round brush to kind of help smooth everything out, but for right now I just want the roots to be Really dry and then I'll go in with my brushes everything that I do at the front part of my hair, I'm gon na lift up and put it the opposite way of where I am parting it that just creates a very big wave body thing for me. I don't know if it works for you guys, but this is just what I've been doing and it works great for me. Okay, now that I look like a frizzy lioness, oh and I'm really hot, I am going to just take a round brush in this crown section because I'm gon na be flat ironing my hair today, but I want there to be a lot of volume in the Back part of my hair, so I'm going to take this round brush. This is a 43 mm 43 millimeter. I believe I will put the link down below to this round brushes. Well, so once it is heated up and exactly how I want it, I'm gon na be putting it on the cool setting, cooling down the cuticle and kind of having that lift, still stay there and it'll be long lasting alright. So I did about three sections in the back, so that hair, just kind of will stay voluminous. Alright, my hair is completely dry now, so I'm gon na put it in two big sections, and I want to make sure that this stays over on this side so that I still keep that and volume in there. It'S an alligator clip these things hold your hair. So well, and I have a lot of hair at the bottom of my hair. That'S why I used to have a really big undercut down here, but that is all grown out now. I just have my sides that are growing out so yay, my Flatiron. If you've been here for a long time, you know you've heard me talk about it all the time. This is the one and a half inch new classic flat iron from croc pad this bad boy. For over eight years I loved it so much. It has black titanium plates, it's eight years old, but it still works and just as good as day one it's just a little dirty, but it's okay, so I'm gon na be turning on the infrared light that just helps kind of do a lower heat at a Higher frequency and I'm gon na be flat ironing my hair at 320 degrees today, if you guys, are interested in buying a new flat iron. I highly suggest this one and is worth the investment I mean most flat. Irons die out on you or break within the first year. To I mean eight years I ain't complainin, so I do have a code for 30 % off for this. I will have the link down below and that is code Chloe, 30 you're. More than welcome to go check it out on their website. Also, I did want to say: please don't use your flat iron at 450 degrees. You don't need to really you don't need to so the lowest temperature that you can use the flat iron. Your hair is the best the less damage we want on our hair right, let's flat iron, these bad boys they're, just we got a flat iron, because they're they're a little crazy, alright and then we'll just kind of ignore them for the rest of the time. I am just gon na be flat ironing everything. Now you see this flip out. That happens when you have a bob. So if you want to avoid that, you kind of just have to flat iron your hair right there every day or get an undercut or cut this a little shorter. So it doesn't flip out as much as the hair that lays on top. So I'm just going to curl it into my neck, so slight bend into the neck really lays nicely now. Some flat irons are really hard to get at the the base of your head. They kind of bulge out a little bit or they're too thick this one's really thin. So I can literally just get right up to my hairline, just really nice, when you're flat ironing your hair, this 95 degree weather outside right now and not having my air conditioning on because of sound quality. Oh it is so hot, I'm so wedding. Alright, we're almost done, though, we're getting there alright. So once we get towards the top, I am going to kind of put a bend at the top and then bring it down and do like a normal Bend, but I do want like some left here. So, can you tell that little tiny lift makes a huge difference once you do layers upon layers upon layers stay with the back, so we want that Bend. I'M gon na bring it down. It'S really important for the back to roll everything in, especially if you have cut texture back there. You want to make it look really nice and lay nice not super flat and lay down kind of like a box. You want it to be rounded and hug your neck, so you can tell on the back everything's starting to lay really nicely on top of each other. Alright, since everything is going to be kind of flipped. On that side, I'm just gon na focus on one side of flat ironing my hair. So I can keep that part. Remember before I put my flatter and really close to my scalp and rounded it out, so that it has that bend in it, and then I do something to the ends at the at the very end. Gosh, that's a lot of repeating myself. That makes the the bang area layer a lot nicer. So I'll show you guys that at the very end and then as you're noticing, when I do these top layers, I do bring that curl or that bend towards my face. That just really helps me. Get that curve in my hair so that when it lays down it lays really nicely down it's just kind of a trick or something that I've been doing for so long. I don't even notice I do it anymore, but it's something that could definitely help you guys. Okay, so right here we're gon na make that curl going this way, the very bottom. This is the trick for these bang parts. You take your flat iron II, me kind of just flip them out a little bit, see how it's like a tiny Farrah Fawcett flip. That'S what keeps your bangs out of your eyes, so I just do like my hairline just like that. Just a tiny little Farrah Fawcett flip. So it's still straight everything's straight, but you're kind of just letting your hair get out of your face for this very top layer. I don't want to add stuff to the roots because it already is pretty nice and lifted, so I'm just gon na leave them alone. That'S why I used the brush in the beginning to kind of straighten it out, make it a little nice polished, looking okay, so in the very back, I'm just gon na add a small tease, just at my crown just to help support that lift that I have. I always do this with every hairstyle. I do. I take a small little comb and I back on my hair, just don't like the first two inches of hair, just really make it tight to the root about three layers down so or three sections. Okay, just like that, my hair's gon na be crazy. On top, I do about two or three layers on the sides: nothing too extravagant on the sides. I just want it to connect and be full brush out the top. Now, I'm just gon na add some very light hairspray, so I'm going to use they hold me hairspray in the light setting and I'm gon na take. My bangs should just kind of push them back. Let the hairspray dry right there so that that lift will stay. Alright, I am done here is a 360 of the hair. I hope I kind of gave you little nuggets of information that you were new to learning, even though it's just a flatiron tutorial or straight hair tutorial uh-huh. So I hope this was helpful for you guys or maybe just shows you a few little tips and tricks in there to help you get your hair, looking more sleek and voluminous. Thank you guys so much for watching. I will see you in my next video bye.
