Today, I am super excited to show you the curl sizes, for the one inch barrel and the one and a quarter. This was actually requested, video, so pretty much on one side of my head. I'M gon na do the 1 inch and on the other side, I'm going to do one in the quarter. Do you want to see what these curls size looks like on short hair, I'm prepping, my hair with to thermal products? Here'S the Chi argan oil and the Chi 44 iron guard pump the oil into the palm of your hands. Rub your palms together and apply it from this point down to the ends of the hair strand. I don't like applying this product to the crown area of my head, because I don't like it looking greasy in this area spray. The Chi all over then run your fingers through your hair to distribute the product evenly. You can use a brush if you like. That'S the way up to you this side of my head, I'm curling it with the one and quarter inch curling iron. So I'm clipping it to make sure I don't curl this section on this side of my head, I'm sectioning my hair, getting it ready to curl when I curl my hair. I normally this section uncurled, because the top layers will cover this part, and I don't want to damage more of my hair, I'm going to demonstrate how not to curl your hair. You don't want to leave the curling iron on one area of your hair strand for an extensive amount of time. This will cause more damage to that one part of your hair strand to curl your hair correctly. You want to place the curling iron around four to five inches down the hair strand, rotate the curling iron up, the hair strand hold it for a few seconds and click the handle. As you work your way down, the hair strand then hold for a few seconds at the end, with the one-inch curling iron, I hold it in the curling iron for two to three seconds and the heat setting is cranked all the way up but adjust according to Your hair and, of course, a curling iron as well, because some curling irons, the temperature varies. I grab approximately an inch section while I curl my hair and I curl away from my face, I'm going to finish curling this side of my head with the one-inch curling iron. It takes me approximately 10 minutes ish to curl my hair all right. This is what the 1 inch looks like without separating it I'm going to let it cool down. While I curled the other side of my head. This is the Marcel curling iron, which is the professional version. I recommend getting the curling iron with the handle, like the 1 inch instead of the Marcel, because it's easier to use with the Marcel, I have the curling iron cranked all the way up now I am finally done. This is what it looks like without separating it. Here'S what it looks like from behind I'm going to start separating the right side. First, since it's cooled down next, I'm going to separate my left side. I seriously cannot decide which side I like better. The 1 inch is fun and bouncy, and the one in the quarter is soft and settle. So it's totally up to you which side you like better or which type of curl I've been inch off with a bio silks, and I run it from my mid shaft to the end. Next, I use the cheese spray wax to define the curls. I just spray. It onto the ends, then I applied dry, shampoo and big sexy powder plate for volume, and I apply the dry shampoo to help control the oil as well that my hair naturally produce. I don't apply it directly onto my scalp, because I don't want the build-up from the hair products on my scalp. If you haven't watched my how to move build up from your ask up tutorial, the link will pop up now. If you want to watch that this is what the curls look like, after applying all my hair products, alright guys, that is it for this video.
