Washing short hair, my hair first, I turn on the water and test it with my hand. I changed the temperature to make sure the water is hot, but will not burn me when the water is just right. I get into the shower and stand under the showerhead to wet my hair. Next, I put some shampoo into one of my hands you and rub my hands together three times then I put my hands on my head, one on each side and rub the shampoo all over my head. Next, I use my fingers to rub the shampoo through the hair, on the top of my head at least four times the sides of my head at least four times and the back of my head at least four times once I have shampoo all of my hair. I need to rinse it out. I stand under the showerhead and tip my head back under the water and close my eyes to make sure the shampoo doesn't get in them. I rub my hands all over my head on the top on the sides and on the back. I do this until all the shampoo is rinsed out of my hair. I have washed my hair. You
