J Mac: I asked my wife if she would cut hers once we were married. She agreed and wears hers with a buzzed nape. She likes it and I love it. I don’t think it should be forced, HOWEVER, their culture is different from mine and it is not my place to say that it isn’t right even if it would not be appropriate here in the US. Her hair did need a good cleaning up to be fair.
