Oh, this is a brat. He went to the vet. We just got back from the bed. So here's the deal i'm going to give you guys products we're going to talk products. Are you guys excited to talk products? You guys i've been in the sand, so i'm like all tanned and, like my eyes, are like whatever, because honey i've been in this. Did i say: stay in our sun: i've been in the sun and i've been the girls been clocking miles miles? Okay, so there you go baby there. You go baby. So here's the deal. Today'S outfit is brought to you by the fu beauty brand boutique. I'M gon na give you guys products how many guys want to know about short hair products. Let me see in the comments say yes, even on the replay. Let me see, let me see, let me see, let me see, let me see stylish chick says she ready to just go in. Are you really ready those stylish chicks? What'S your name, so i could know, i can remember you. Stylish chicks, have signed up for the official right all right, but this is stuff. You know i can never assume you know these things, so i got ta like make sure you know the basics, which is why i'm giving it away for free, because everybody should know it, and everybody should be on to this knowledge that i'm about to drop now. We'Re gon na talk over the next two days: um products and inside the membership area. Uh. What the official members are getting is organized um pdfs of this stuff, so you guys can get a lot of this stuff for free so that you can always go back to it. The link is in the bio instagram youtube. The link is in the description, all right, so, let's get into it today we're going to talk products tomorrow, we're going to talk tools, maybe we'll talk it tonight. Who knows my life is what it is, and here we are so first, let's start off with shampoos. We also know we always know that cleansing. The hair is what we do. We cleanse the hair. Okay, we clean it. Now we clean it with multiple types of shampoo. Now um, yes, rinse, sparkle! Yes, yes! Yes! So when it comes to your shampoos, here's what you need to understand there are certain shampoos that are made for certain textures of hair. Honestly, i should preface this with a class with a white board, and maybe i'll do that for on another day, where i just draw the hair cuticle and you understand the hair as a follicle and what it is made up of and what makes sense you need To understand the cuticles and how products relate to that right, um, you need to understand when hair is porous, what products go with, what textures that's a class for another day. Shampoos are important because if you have fine hair you're not going to shampoo fine hair with what you would use on someone who has super coarse, hair or super dry hair or super thick hair right, there's a difference in your shampoos. So my core shampoos that always work you guys i've been doing here since i was 13 for a long time. People there's a lot of different products that you can use, but i just i'm gon na bring out a few just to show you why i love them. Okay, now for your basic client, typically people lack moisture. I really do really do really do. None of these products are paying me to say this. I love a moisturizing, shampoo and um, a shampoo that is targeted for we're on this channel, we're speaking about african-american women short hair. Okay. So when you look at a lot of these products, um noah shampoo is not made for a race for those who need to be so politically correct. But there are shampoos that are not made for the kind of hair that grow out of black folks head. Okay and it strips the hair of moisture and your hair can be strip strip strip, and then it breaks, so you have to be careful. Shampoos are important, shampoos are not just shampoos all right now. I love the avalon moisture line. This very much reminds me of you, guys all know classic care care. This reminds me of classic hair care. I, when i moved to la um, i couldn't find influence reps. I couldn't find reps that were actually going to do their job at all so um. I ended up using this because this is what i could get my hands on. I like quality products. I do not like to have products that everybody mama got um and it's not about being exclusive like that, but it's like i don't i'm not using dark and lovely now. If all you can get is dark and lovely making it do what it do boo because does dark lovely? Will it work yeah, honestly when i go home and my family and it makes me, do their hair, maybe we'll be at the regular beauty supply using regular products and because i understand how the products work and what the products are missing. I can mix up things and make it work. Okay, that's a whole other class, but of the day, that's understanding, hair as a follicle and texture. Now we have your nourishing shampoo all right and we have the nourishing conditioner conditioner. This reminds me of carrot care all right if you guys know the classic care care in a tan bottle. It'S like you can't go wrong with carrot, hair like it's, just it just works now. I also have this honey almond shampoo. I really like this because it's moisturizing, but it's still really light so for someone that has fine hair, but they need moisture. If you put too much moisture in somebody that has fine hair, you overwhelm the follicle that makes the hair limp. Don'T anybody want no limp? Nothing yeah, i'm saying so here we go honey, almond, shampoo, okay, we have the honey almond conditioner. My fragrant prop my food. My favorite product line is definitely influenced, so i'm going to be buying because i just love them they're, just a really good line. They have a lot of different products that just work um, but this i definitely used when i did natural hair. I definitely did this on use this a lot on my natural hair, even on my personal natural hair, and it's really nice because, like i said you could use this on relaxed hair as well, but it's moisturizing, but it's not heavy. A shampoo can make hair heavy. How many guys knew that? Let me know in the chat, if you knew that already. What are you choking on? I need you to stop choking on things, stop eating things that you shouldn't be eating and stop choking on things, because we got time to keep going to doctors. My dog go to the doctor more than anybody else. Okay. So now i'm just going to show you guys some of the this is the normalizing shampoo. I love this stuff after you put the relaxer on the hair. Okay, when it processes - and you smooth it out and your time is up rinse the relaxer off and then from there. What you want to do is rinse it thoroughly. You don't want to see relaxer anywhere in the head put this on. This is very much like influence. Has a post chemical, it's very similar to this. It basically lowers the ph balance down back to a healthy state because relaxing goes into the cuticle and blows it up, and that can tear your hair up. If you leave it in that state, so you got to bring that ph down to a healthy level and that's what this does it? Normalizes? Okay, if you actually go into your relaxer book into your school book, it tells you that relaxer is still processing when you rinse it out so a lot of times. You take care of the sink and you shampoo relaxer out, but you begin to ball it up and scrunch this crunchy scrunch the relaxer's still actually processing you guys. It is literally it's in the textbook um. So, for me, what i like to do is once i rinse the relaxer clean out of the hair. Then i apply this. Oh, this is the shampoo, i'm sorry i'm holding the wrong one. This is what i meant to hold up this right here. This is the five and one what the heck. This is just neutralizing, shampoo um, which is important, but i was referencing. What i'm talking about is this so you're a five and one reconstructor okay, this is the bomb. If you get a relaxer from me, you're getting a treatment whether it's the post from influence, it's called post, you can google, it figure it out, um and or it's going to be this or this 501, so the hair still processing. What you want to do is rinse out all of your relaxer and then put this on, and i like to just smooth the hair out and just let this sit for a little bit and then i apply the normalizing shampoo. When i tell you, it makes the hair, so it's bomb like you guys, everybody that gets a relaxer, should be getting this outfit thanks girl, it's um this. This reminds me of just this is fu beauty friend my girl, somebody put f. U e! F! F! U b, r, a and d, i think that's their instagram, so anyway um this is life. I give treatments with every single freaking chemical all right, so we talked about normalizing shampoos, your honey almond, conditioner moisturizing. So i like to switch it up. You got to really research, the company that you use and what their shampoo is specified for all right. I do love a whole of firm line as well. I do i absolutely do affirm and influence to me. You can't go wrong. They give you a really great range of product. Now when it comes to conditioners, you have a hydrating conditioner, you have a moisturizing conditioner. Some people need more moisture because their hair is dry. Okay, so you have to really look at the texture. You can add too much moisture and it makes their hair limp. So you have to really understand how products speak to the different hair textures, because if it's too heavy the hair don't have a film on it and it's not going to be light and fluffy and move around so um. You got to test out products you guys, so your hydration is going to hydrate the hair because it still has moisture, but it's not as intense as intense as a moisturizing, shampoo or conditioner. Some conditioners can be too heavy and they leave a film on the hair. You have different conditioners that are like or shampoos too they have keratin in it. It can straighten and smooth the hair, and so now you over here doing something that's really going to be affected. You know it really affects your relaxer. It really affects all the things that you're doing everything is working together so and if it ain't, then it don't go together. I know that makes sense may send to my head here. We go multiplex conditioner. This is a conditioner that i super super love. Oh, my god, this is like it tells. You restores your hair to its natural beauty, nutrient multifunctional conditioner. You can use after the relaxer to replenish natural oils, lost during chemical processing. So after you're relaxing your color, and it says that it will. It has color defense. Okay, so it gives it anti-fade. So when you're sending your clients home you, let them know i've put color on your hair. Okay and not, i said the cat deidre. Let them know i've put color in your hair and here's what you need to take home with you, because you have color so now it is our responsibility to ensure that it lasts so that you get your money's worth and so that it stays vibrant and so That it stays healthy, so this conditioner is targeted for color and chemical hair okay. So this is what you do during your consultation process. If you guys look inside the member area, free free, free lessons go in the link in the description link in the bio free, 100k, short hair extravaganza, all those free classes. I talk about you, understanding how a product works and then telling people. In the comments i mean in the consultation because they need to know why you're using something on their hair and if you teach them they're going to buy it from you. That'S going to be your retail dollars and that's also going to be multiplex is not a regular conditioner, so you can charge more because it has more insurance than your average conditioners. Okay. So it is your job to go through and to look at it says this is a lightweight conditioner to rejuvenate, strengthen and nourish. If you simply just say memorize what this does y'all ready, somebody say play somebody say play somebody say play, so i can give you a role play real, quick somebody put play in the comments. Somebody in the comments, let me see, y'all, could play in the comments. Let me see mmm, i'm so good right. So, okay, so your client's sitting in a chair - and you guys are doing your consultation and you're talking to her and you're like you know - and you say this - you want that and you want this and you want that by the time you get to this section. This is where we play so here's what i love and what i'm going to use on you today. I definitely recommend the hydrating conditioner. You know you talk about your hair being brittle and also you don't like when you leave the salon and the clients. Have your hair, i mean the stylist: has your hair feeling really really heavy? So what i recommend is your hydrating conditioner, i'm going to use it today and i definitely recommend that you take it home with you, because this conditioner is lightweight. This conditioner literally restores moisture and it adds luster without making it heavy, so you're not going to feel a film on your hair, but it also has heat protecting in it as well as chemical coverage. So you know you have a relaxer. You know we're going to be flat: ironing your hair. This is going to ensure that you retain the moisture, but it's still nice and fluffy and soft. So these are literally 14, and one of these will last you for six months. I definitely recommend taking it home with you today and that's what i'm going to use on you as well all right. So how simple is it for you to be an educator and to speak to the client about what it is that you're doing to them? So right now i'm going to go in with the five in one reconstructor. So when we rinse the relaxer off, i'm gon na get all the relaxer off of your hair off of your skin off of your scalp. And then i'm going to put this five and one reconstructor and what this is going to do is really really go in and restore and lower the ph. And so when you get a relaxer, it's like these chemicals go in and they chemically change. The dna of your hair right, and so it blows up the inside of your hair, which leaves your ends sticking up, and it's it's just it's not like it's not at the normal ph level. You know how we drink ph water. Well, this will bring you to a healthy ph. This will make your hair soft. This will make your hair shiny. This will make your hair strong. This will shut down that process, that chemical process to ensure that you don't over process and that your hair remains healthy. All right, so i do this with all my clients and that's what i'm going to do today and then we'll top it off with some normalizing shampoo, which will again ensure that your ph is normal and then any chemicals that are processing are shut down. Then i'm going to go in with a moisture, shampoo and that's going to restore moisture and we'll be on our way with the conditioner under the dryer molds and we'll style and you're out. So let's get started. You ready the client's gon na be like. Oh my gosh. Yes, i feel, like i know, what's up that's happening, it sounds like i'm saying too much, but this is what stylists don't do anymore, and this is why stylist clients are still calling my phone to this day like, where are the hairdressers that actually clear that i'm A human and i want to be a part of the process. You have to remember that your client is on youtube, getting education from people, because you're not educated somebody today, hallelujah all right, so your shampoos and conditioners matter. That'S really the moral of the story that i wanted to point out is that people always act like any old shampoo and any old conditioner. You can use shampoos and conditioners clients that are watching that dry. Your hair out that make your hair brittle. You can use the wrong thing at the wrong time over time and it chip away at the health and luster of your fabulous hair. So there's different conditioners now treatments are massive okay, so you have different treatments that you can offer and i just wasted. I literally just wasted the rest of this. This is one of my favorite treatments, that's a basic but powerful treatment. This is the next level high quality conditioner. So it's a stabilizing amino acid, strengthening conditioner. If you do weaves and you take the braids down before you shampoo, the hair spray, this all over the dirty hair, put it in a plastic, put their hair in a plastic bag, put it under the dryer for 10 minutes baby. I promise you they're, because you know braids can tangle the hair you've been especially depending on how long they had them same thing. If you get a relaxer instead of doing the 501, you can do this or if a client has just been curling their hair. A lot - and they just want strength and shine. Oh this is the bomb. It literally tells you. It brings the hair to a healthy, ph instantly. Okay - and you can see it, it softens the hair, and so this is one of been one for years and years has been one of my little secrets, because it's something that you can do for six minutes on the hair under the dryer and you can see An instant difference, it's not as strong as a protein treatment, but it is something that literally makes the hair lustrous shining from within somebody saying within you want your hair to shine from the inside. I feel, like i start a product line at this point because y'all i can do this every day. You want your hair to shine from the inside honey. Somebody say within go within yeah now this right here. This right here is my favorite okay. This is literally one of my favorite products that influence could have ever created. It makes me so happy. It makes your clients so happy. I start putting my stuff on decline. It makes your clients so happy because it's insanely powerful. This is a treatment. This is the proplex um reconstructor and if you just read it says, revive lifeless or severely damaged hair with this high impact treatment. It'S concentrated for real. This will last you a very long time like literally half a year because you're, not it, don't take a lot of this product. So just a little bit goes so long. You put it in the hair, you comb it all through put them under the dryer. You notice a difference. The hair will stop shedding you. It'S a noticeable stop in shedding like that all right. So this is the proplex reconstructor. It seals the cuticle repairs damaged hair. The biggest thing that i love is that the shedding instantly slows down. I had a lady one day. She came into the salon and she had been she she relaxed her hair and then she did a box color and cha. Her hair was mush. It looked like. Oh, like you put your spaghetti in the pot too long, some of y'all, because you put your spaghetti in the pot, you know i'm starting looking like mush, you know what i'm saying it's hot. Let me cut the arrow hold on. So all right, so this right here saves lives. Okay, it is mandatory for my customers, every six to eight weeks, you're getting treatments period, whether it's that treatment that i showed you all you got to do is type this in the internet type in next level. Straight request: next level: i think you can even get it on amazon at this point pro, i don't trust it. I like to get stuff straight from the manufacturer. If i'm buying something from somewhere else. That'S not the owner, there's a very strong possibility that somebody put alcohol in it or something that's what they do. I learned this studying i worked with l'oreal matrix. We literally would go around there's a whole black market where people take products like this and they sell it in those beauty, supplies and there they dilute them, which is why you could buy nairobi, foam wrap on the little beauty supply corner and it don't do right And then you buy it again and it does do right because they be watering that stuff down it's a whole black market. That'S why you want to buy things from the people who made it. I buy my products influence from influences website straight request, get it from straight requests, because that's how you know it's not tampered with if you put something on somebody's head and it's been tampered with who's that phone. You know what i'm saying and how would you even know if i'm telling you to go, get it and then you get it from some random place. This right here is the juice protein treatments are a must. It is actually a very high ticket item. Your clients will become my dog is noisy your clients become addicted to it. It'S life, okay. Now what else does and then multiplex again multiplex is um a deep conditioner you guys this is influence as well, and so literally it don't take that many minutes for for multiplex or straight requests like no more than 10 minutes under the dryer and you're. Looking at 60 75 ticket minimum for these types of treatments, now you can charge more for your proplex, because that's a stronger treatment. If you do too much proplex, you will tear up the hair. That'S how you know it's nothing to be played with that's! Why it's not sold to the average joe? It'S only sold to licensed professionals, these products, you can retail okay, but the protein treatment like that's not for clients. That'S for you! So it's worth. I think this costs 60 dollars. Maybe i don't know, maybe you don't? I could be lying because i don't work for them, but you got ta go figure this stuff out. This is straight request and it is amino acid. Like you guys know, your hair amino acids should be in your colors. It should be in your conditioners. They literally build up the hair and help it retain moisture, okay and help the hair remain soft and just delicious. So next level it does so many things. If you just look, it says troubleshoots problems before they occur, instant softening power stops breakage detangling. That was one of that's. What made me fall in love with it. When i did weeds, it was just such a detangler. I'M gon na get a mic because i'm yellow it was such a detangler um and brings the ph down. It helps braids natural hair, regular hair. It makes it shine. Um helps control, split ends and fly away here, literally it's so it's just one of them, things where, if you use it you'll be like. Oh, my god, it is just amazing. Everybody should have this. It'S just really really really bomb. They don't even pay me to tell y'all that nobody's paying me to tell y'all that okay, i'm just trying to help everybody win. All i do is win women, no matter what hey! Okay, so did you say ubi? Yes, what's up cdg, so, okay, here's something else! I want you guys to play with too. This is a shampoo and it have you guys used these who's used these before these are color shampoos. It'S just a fun little thing that you can do like a five or ten dollar of charge, ten dollars to give literally like if my hair, if i don't feel like putting a color on my hair like a black rinse, what i'll do is just wash the Last shampoo, so i'll do my moisturizing shampoos and other, and then this is the shampoo that i end with and use my moisturizing conditioner. I go in with the moisture conditioner after this, because this isn't necessarily moisturizing. So sometimes it can be a little dry depending on the hair texture, but that's why you want to go. Follow it up with a specific conditioner that says moisture so that you're, restoring you're balancing. Does that make sense this right here? If you know your hair, looking dusty, okay, if you know the hair is looking dusty and you, your client wears a black. You can use this now. If they have gray hair. You will see some blue streaks on that gray hair. Sometimes they don't care. Sometimes they like it, sometimes they don't so you got to just use it and play with it so that you can have a natural feel see real hairdressing is really about the feeling. Just like music. It'S about the feeling i mean michael jackson, told us this. It'S the feeling it's the feeling, so that's what this is. Okay, so you have to this right here is extreme blue color wash. This is a shampoo okay and it actually is cleansing the hair as well as coloring it so like. If you look at it, it's blue and it makes your hair a rich black hello up charge and it helps the client just if they in a rush like when i got well, i don't got time to sit under the dryer, for you know, x, amount of Minutes or well maybe the color doesn't go under the dryer, but you got to wait 20 minutes for that. Then you got to wash it off this right here. Boom boom boom you keep going. They still got a rich nice black and maybe they already got color, but they just love it to look extra rich. This is what you can say. Oh i got this shampoo that will make you just be even more shinier everyone. Oh, let me not get ahead of myself. Okay, we just talked about all the shampoos and all the conditioners, and so let's go into what's next. What'S next, it's the mole, the mole there inside of the certification, i'm going to cover several types of molds that you must know all right. My tears, my darlings several types of molds that you must know now. I have the gallons of these um because i just love these foam wraps, so i purchased i purchased this by the gallons. Okay, this is foam wrap. You can buy these you guys for, like. I don't even know go to the website, but you can buy these and then purchase these wholesale, so you can take this bottle. Let'S say you paid 30 dollars for this bottle. You could turn to 130 off retail y'all should be selling phone wrap. Okay, you should be selling phone wrap period. You can go to. I forgot the name of the um. Let me look it up right now for y'all. So let me look it up because, let's see um, so you want to get the eight ounce plastic, foaming bottles. They'Re, 99 cents, 89 cents. Now the more you buy the cheaper it'll be, but i literally used to make so much money because you got to remember you could get. I don't remember the exact number, but this makes a certain amount of 8 ounces. All you got to do is divide the ounces, honestly 128 ounces divided by eight right and so then, or you can do even smaller bottles whatever but you're getting those bottles for pennies. So then you're retailing them for twelve dollars. Okay! So now you took this thing that you paid one price for, and you tripled the value of it. Are you catching this because i'm gon na tell you i'm not just speaking about something hypothetical, that's what literally works your clients love it and they always keep. They bottle and you let them refill for a cheaper price. So you sell the initial one for whatever 13 14 and then let them get their refills for seven dollars. Eight dollars and you're constantly giving people phones and then you should be educating them on how to mold their hair and their sideburns, and it's like boom. They popping i'm telling you my clients, they always would show up with their little bottle and then they would forget. They bottle and buy a new bottle, and it was just all to the gucci all right, so i know everybody loves nairobi, foam wrap, i think nairobi, foam wrap is amazing and also i just think influence is just more luxurious, and so here we are, this is Influence this is the one that i typically use. This is your firm hold. Okay, your firm whole foam wrap. You always see me use this one um when there is someone who has um more of a natural hair, texture or a fine hair texture or even on my texture. I have my hair gets very coarse. I foresee here when i relax it when, when i first relax it, this works once my new girl start coming in this right here is popping now, let me tell you what i love the difference between nairobi, the game changer, even if you were just using nairobi, Is this freaking royal silk? Oh, let me show you the actual bottle. I know i'm giving you a lot, but we're going to go deep on this for a long time. Inside of the certification, you guys the certification i'm going to advertise for you, you're, going to advertise for yourself, but you're going to really go deep on what are the core mold styles, that give me all of these popular trending looks what are the core cuts that Give me all of these popular trending looks we're going to practice them together, you're going to be educating me on camera, so that you can get used to speaking and consulting with your customers and positioning yourself as an educator as an expert and um you're gon na Be getting dough like you shouldn't, join like you! Should 10x your dough easy easy, easy, now royal silk setting lotion this right here it is my it's! It'S like this stuff make your hair so shiny. Even when it's wet it's so good! You guys, if you ever watch my videos and you see me spraying, will you ever see me doing my hair and i'm molding it, and then i go spray this. This is the royal silk now notice the color, because you have to mix it like lot of body, i'm explaining when you use this and why you use this whatever later not tonight, okay, but royal, still boom boom bam. This you have to dilute just like a lot of body. I know if y'all grew up using a lot about it, but i did, and if you, if you put more a lot of body than you do water, then a lot of body would make your hair hard um. This i haven't found that it made your hair hard um, but you can use this too. For my people who do roller sets and stuff. This is just amazing. It is just so luxurious, it's so silky and i just love it: vibrant sheen firm whole non-flaking. They never lie. I wish i had developed this along like this right here. Just sell it one by itself to everybody who use foam, wrap it's life like it's such life like out of the nose. I can't even take it so speaking of molding again, this is going to give you a firmer hold. I'M obsessed with influence, styling firm, hold um. I use this for my clients, like especially when they have water, wavy, type, hair, um or just more of a fine hair texture. They don't need a super tight hole. This one works my go-to and if i never had this, this is enough and the setting lotion dilutes it to give you this texture. So you nested, don't necessarily need this one, because when you just put the setting lotion, it works it dilutes. It gets the job done now. My darlings, let's go to molding. I did a video, but i forgot to post it. I wanted to show you guys the difference. Can i tell you guys something when i first started learning about short hair, i saw everybody putting these strips a thousand strips everywhere, so cha. I thought that hold on. I lost my page. Wait. Where did youtube go? Oh, i lost you guys. Oh there we go. I thought: hey y'all, one more one. What'S up i'll, let me some juice, what kind of juice what you got, what kind of juice you got! I'M thirsty! Let me get some i'm thirsty, so you guys when i first started doing here. I thought that everyone was putting these scenic neck strips on everybody, so i was so excited because i just for some reason missed the word neck strips on here, but shy. I got home and i tried to tie my hair with this next roof and baby was i in for a treat now. If you don't know a neck strip is what you use. Hi sherelle's beauty, boutique a neck strip, is what you use. You know you put this on the client, oh my earrings in the way, and i'm trying to do it in the camera. Put this on the client. Then you put the cape on them so that it protects the cape and the material from touching, so that we can cut down on the coffee okay before the cold. But it was everything else so and then also it's just sanitary sanitation right. So these help do a lot of things, but but what they ain't doing is wrapping your hair. So i went and put this on my hair right now. My hair was wet so right now it's not doing anything, but i went and put this on my hair and my hair was wet at the time and so it just like melted into it, and i was like so confused like. Why aren't these things working and i worked it out, but i was so confused of why i wasn't doing what i saw everybody else doing, because i didn't know that the next trip it's not the rapid strip, so they look very similar you guys. This is the next strip, it feels more like tissue. The wrap strip is the bomb, so it just has way more hold it's made if it gets wet it just gets better like if it is made to the witness is not going to tear it up. So the thing about a rat ship - you guys - is that i don't everybody, don't need these raptures. You know these videos, i get so 16. These videos, sometimes it's necessary. So let me show this some of y'all don't get offended, because this is what y'all be doing. Wrapping y'all folks up 17 different ways hold on. Let me show you: how y'all have these women out here it'd be doing so much and it don't even be that serious like it really don't, and i know this because i used to just start testing and like i'm not going to put the strip. Let me see what happens. This is what i'd be saying. All of this be going on what is actually going on what is going on. I don't understand why on heaven's earth, am i going to do this to the lady and she's sitting in a dryer with her book looking cute? What is she going to the dentist? Is this like an old density situation? It don't take on it. I'M sorry. It'S just it really doesn't it doesn't i mean, what's what what's going on? First of all, your clients need to be still. I have videos on my instagram somewhere, where my clients are under the dryer and you see them with no strips and they are chilling because if you just hold your hair still you don't need all of that and you dry. My drying time in the salon is 20-25 minutes max, but you know once you see somebody do this. You think this is necessary. It'S not now. Here'S where i pull out a strip. If i know i need a relaxer, i use a strip. Now remember your strip. Can crease your hair, so you y'all out here out y'all said i'm like. Oh, i did that today. I'M me look at youtube. I'M guilty of this at home. With my shortcut. We don't even be have enough hair to do all of this. What is this you guys? I can't i can't take it so child, not in my for me in my house. We won't be wrapping our hair, like we need a toothache dentist appointment so anyway. Here'S the thing i think strips are amazing, even if you just use the strips around like there's nothing wrong strips are not wrong. I'M never the person to make something wrong or right, but what i do know is i'm about efficiency, so now we're using a product that you don't need to use and i'm looking at time if my drying time can be condensed but not rushed but done properly. I'M going to go for that, and so i educate my clients from the time they come and i let them know hey i'm a little military about this, and i need you to know why if you get into the dryer moving around your hair, gon na be Ugly, because you moved that right, there they'd be like oh, okay, okay, because now it's on you, if you get into this dryer talking to carrying and suiting them and laughing and kicking, and your mole jacked up, that's how you feel now i manage them monitor because New clients they got to know, but i always tell them very simple: i tell them think neck brace, so i tell them when you're under the dryer, i don't care if you're doing, jumping jacks or whatever i don't care. What you're doing keep your neck straight period. Okay, keeping it straight, you have to trust them, you have to teach them, they actually want to be in a relationship with you and they want to do it they'll. Do it you guys i'm telling you they do it now. If you know you got a client, they just do too much then wrap them up. No big deal, i'm not saying don't wrap them. I'M just saying i want you under the dryer in 20 minutes or less so we ain't got time for us to be doing any of these things. Who'S got time for this, we'll try i'm sweating now also, and when you do that, and you have somebody who sweats this makes them sweat. So here's the thing be careful now, another reason. Another thing i use these for so you know how you can do tight. Curls on somebody like them, betty boopy, spirally, tight, just scrunchy curls and the and the and the signs, maybe they're, growing their hair out, or maybe it's just a little poofier than you like right before they get right when they get ready to check out or whatever I'Ll use this and tie the hair up real, quick and then it just smushes the hair in while they're checking out, and it gives it that nice tight feel around the sides perfect, for that, so strips are not bad. I'M just saying those are the way you can use them. You can wrap the hair, oh the product in the juice, oh um, you can wrap the hair i'm looking over here, because my computer has youtube comments on it. You can wrap the hair. What was i about to say? I don't know what else i'm saying i forgot anyway. I don't know what i was gon na say: that's horrible, oh they're, not saying about the rap strip, chad. I forgot. Oh okay, so under the dryer 20 minutes, here's your phone! I'M obsessed with molding, it's probably one of my favorite parts, because you're shaping molding is the foundation of the style, i'm learning so much yay. If you guys want the replay, if you guys want the free download, then you want to go to the link in the bio and all of this replays with pdfs that come. So you can actually keep this stuff and repeat what i'm saying it's free and it's at the link in the bio youtube is at the link in the description all right now um. What else was i gon na tell y'all what else? What else? What else we cover shampoos conditioners treatments, setting lotion? Oh okay, so when i'm styling, i like something, that's very like light. I love this. You guys have you guys ever used this there's so many products you can go down product like you'll just die, trying to like become there's so many products, so this is marrakesh, oil, okay, it's the argon and the hemp oil um. Also argon has a little oil that i like too something that look at this look at this. You guys i love this and i don't now you have to pay attention to when and where to use products like look at my hands, it's just oh jesus. It smells good now when it smells good. That'S what i love is that when it smells good, your client is excited because they're like oh now, i used to use that on like doing a silk out. It'S so light. You can use it every day. It'S if you have to use a whole lot to overdo it, it's so soft. Your short hair still needs to be soft. Okay, this is called, i don't know, m a r r, a k e s h, it's probably called marquis, so screenshot screenshot just take it in the cosmoprof. Now a lot of times i'll just put this all over here before i curl and then along the edges. I'Ll use y'all know i live in and live by the uh. The bed head. Stick all right. I love this because it's like it helps your edges stay tame. I use it to shape it to mold the hair. I use it so you can use it to curl the whole head literally. You could just use this to curl the head whole head. I'Ve done that before it is so it emulsifies so well, it is so. I just love this if they ever stop making this. I'M gon na be so sad. I do not like the care care one. It'S too oily. I do not like um my clients, my old clients always call me, because a lot of stylists are using the care care one or some other brand and they'd be like it's greasy. It is and and a lot of times people. This is not how you put it on what it's not like, too polished. No, my darling, it's very light very light, strokes, very, very, very light strokes. Does it flake or get white nope, and it's very light. You have to use very light strokes now for my thicker hair. I am obsessed like even for my hair, like i use this almost every day. Like i love this, this is the influence. Natural oil is again smells really good. This is heavy, it's not for everybody. It depends because there are like, if i'm, if somebody's getting tight, scrunchy, curls or betty boop and all that kind of stuff i'll use this kind of oil, and it don't take a lot. So this big old bottle lasts for a very long time, but you can use this oil and i mean it's just oh it's just you can use it every day. Okay, you can use it every day, but it smells so good honey. I love it. So i'm just showing you guys what i use for moisture. Different people need different things. Sometimes it depends on the curls that i'm going to do. I go in with my curling wax. Okay, so i'll take this. It lasts. It lasts for so long. This right here is a curling wax, so what i love is that it's soft again smells amazing and it's just like. Oh, it makes the curls pop into place. You want to put something on the hair because it makes the curls pop into place. So you guys so let's go here, hold on put that back where it was so here's the thing. Oh it's just it's so soft. So even though i put that in my hair, when i go to curl it it silks out, my nail is tripping. It silks out now, when i'm styling out when i've, when i've added all the curls to the hair, and then i want to go in and make my flicks stand up and flick and flock i'm obsessed if you've been watching me since 2010. This is the glue bottle that i used to always carry it on my videos. This is royalty. She coming here. My auntie, my friend just got hurt so look firm style extra thickening glue. This literally makes your style stick up and stay so like if you're doing, curls we're going to get into all the nitty gritty of this inside the clasp. But when you're doing curls, i'm going to show you guys how to use these products and to go in through the hair and really piece it out, and i mean your style is going to last baby. Okay, it's going to last. So these are products that, if let's say you, let's say the person get their hair done or you you shampoo and do their hair, but you're not going to um curl it. Those are the products that will help you finger style, their hair. All right, i lift everything i got right here, i'ma list it out for you guys inside the course it's free go into the membership area, get your space before i take it down all right and it launches again. So here's the thing this right here is enough. Like people be thinking, they need a whole bunch of products. This is it like. This is not a lot now. Here'S some other stuff that i love to use, which is johnny b's my girl, rachel at diva styles. Y'All know that's my best, my best bud when it comes to hair. That is like my like literally when i started doing short hair. I was with her and anita j go follow both of them bomb stylists, okay, um, but rachel turned me on to this, and this is johnny b's um pomade and she used this one day and it's like i love her so much her skill set her hand. Is so blessed um? This is the johnny b and i love to mix this when i'm done styling hair. I mix this with this together and it literally - and i just run my fingers through the hair and just get it all up in there like this and it just oh it'd, be so pretty so you guys this mannequin by the way was curled with the tg. Stick, and so you guys it's like you - got to really look at how the curls stay in place. I curled this mannequin, i think last year or something so it's bone. It'S really really bomb back to the conversation of spritz, two favorite spritz spritz is not bad. You guys spritz, all spritz don't make the hair hard. This is not pump it up. Cleo is the bomb. Oh my god. I remember one time my boyfriend was like how come your hair don't never mess up. When i wear my little flip up this right here or this, this is going to be my favorite when i flip my hair up and spike it because it literally, i don't know days ago, we at the salon in la women used to stop by and be Like give me that crap, they used to call this crack because they call it. It keeps your hair in shape. Now, oh, it's six or two. I got ta, go they in houston. What'S the name of the again, the live messed up? What'S the name again a name of what i need all these products? What'S the name of what y'all, oh you're, welcome, y'all you're welcome. I hope this is helping you guys i'd love to know when this is helping you because i'm an artist. I need to know that hyped me up. If you tell me i'm helping you i'll be like, let me just keep going, let me give them what i got. Let me just give it to him: y'all increase the the spirit of giving when you just you say. Thank you, and you just tell me how it's blessing your life now i ain't saying kiss my behind, but it does help me. Let me know if y'all like this, because i really appreciate the comments and the feedback. So, okay, this is a medium home. This is honestly a medium hole as well. You can comb this out at any time and your hair be that soft. That'S what i love about this. This is influence, and this is cleo. I think they went out of business, so try i'll be salvaging. What i can on the internet and refilling my bottle that little jar cleo's good, it's so good who made this bring them back to life. Jesus, please shut them, okay, so, oh i love washing too so, like you know, you have some clients. The hair is really like fine or very soft and fluffy. They just don't need a lot of oil and products give them a little shame now. I don't know why i bring my camera up with them, so you give them a machine. Oh and it smell like good condition, it smells so good. This is johnny b's y'all. Talking about this. I don't know what you're talking about screenshot screenshot screenshot. All of this stuff will be listed for free in the membership area. I think i'm done with all my hair products, oh and then the relaxers. I like the firm and influence all i have in my house. Right now is a firm mild. This is the one that i love and actually the majority of clients can take this honestly, a relaxer um, it's about how you apply it and your processing time and what you understand about the hair texture. It'S really like you can make somebody who have coarse hair. I know somebody gon na be like, oh, my god, no, but you could literally apply the relaxer in a way that it still straightens your hair. I don't like bone straight hair because who wants to look like a greyhound dog. I think that when you have bone straight hair, you look like a greyhound dog like it's like greyhound dogs. Have you ever seen how, like everything, is so flat their skin everything's so flat? What brand is that? I don't know which product you said: the product is the juice. Oh, the royal steel, um, whoa, champ, ty. Okay, i'm tired chad cleo is in houston at salon. Wholesaler. What get your life shoot? I need to get some okay, hey, nicey pooh. You called me and i was live. I love you and you know that you can um text me and i'll call you. Whenever this ends, i just see you joined um. Okay, so which brand is that? Okay, i think i told you guys everything any questions before we go before i let go. Oh so let me tell you guys about the certification short hair master. If you know that you want to become a short hair master, you want to be able to understand these products and bang out styles consistently. You know, clients get sick of. My hair was cute this time, but not the next time, and then you think somebody owe you something like no. We got to be a professionals, we have to be always growing. We have to be obsessed with growth, the short hair master certification. Part of it is because i want to verify and give you everything that i know so that when i refer you, i'm making a youtube channel just for the short hair masters, i'm gon na show. You guys my youtube trick so that you can get found in your city. You should join for that alone, but you're gon na be found in your city. You'Re gon na be making videos you're going to be educating on the different products and why a person should use them you're going to be on camera, showing up and, of course, you're going to be doing hair. Like i'm going to be looking at your finishing and you're styling and the edges and making sure, there's no bald spots and open holes and gaps so a lot of times, you go to classes and you just need more like a little bit more so that your Work can be polished if you know that you're starting from the beginning or you just want to learn some new fun stuff um or you want to be advertised on short, hair boot camps platforms. This is a certification for you. I am currently enrolling. There are like two or three days left to join. You can join for as little as a hundred dollars. You guys so like it's a no-brainer everything i teach you, you will be able to do forever and ever it will all pay you back. I'M definitely not! The type of person where i'm going to like baby you we're going to work, we're going to do hard work, um we're going to work together for weeks. Each person is going to get a certificate that is earned not just giving because you click the video. Like you have to perform and do the work so you'll have time for models and mannequins and to get business coaching. So if you know that you're not making the income that you desire inside of the certification, we're focusing on your skill sets so how to use all these products, we haven't even got to your tools. I got i'm gon na. Do another video where we go over. All the different tools and what they do and inside of the certification we'll go deeper in that okay and so um. Thank you so much. This is very helpful, you're welcome, and so you guys in um the link in the bio and the link in the description. You'Re gon na get all of this stuff for free, like the stuff that i've been doing for the last couple days. You get that for free, it comes with worksheets so that you can make your money goals, because a lot of you hairdressers are doing hair. I'M not going to say new hairdressers that sounds crazy. A lot of hairdressers are doing hair and they don't have personal life goals that are clear. So then you're just working to be working to pay bills. So if you know you want to do more than just be working to be working to pay bills, and you want to work to build profit to have extra money to have loyal clients. This is a certification that will help you get all of that clear and in execution, okay, and so i'm very excited to share with you for free as well as for those of you that had already that have already joined. It is going to be very intense and up close, i'm gon na be all on your social media. Looking at your work, because i believe that every hairdresser should be able to do the work, take the pictures and and do it advertise in a in such a bomb way like in such a big boss way. And so that's what i'm teaching you guys, and i want you to be confident. I want you to be empowered. I want you to feel like this beauty. Industry is a vehicle that takes you to whatever the things that you want to do in your life. I literally have a life where i can spend the days doing what i want. You know what i'm saying: dining out, traveling helping my folks, like whatever you know, because the beauty industry was my launch pad. A lot of you guys are artists. Like myself, i sing.

Blowout King: Hey LaKiesha, I been watching you since you been with GG. Although we have a short talk every now and then I just want to say I LOVE YOU and everything you do and are about. Throughout this time, I have been struggling with myself, going back and forth wanting to build clientele and get myself back out there into the industry to feel comfortable and confident that I am what the people want. I am nervous but you make me feel like I can do it. All I have to do is JUMP. Just want to say thank you for everything you do. If I can get a chance to meet you personally and have a 1 on 1 session with you, I know I can have the life I dream about and want. Sorry I’m rambling. Just thank you
