Hey guys, I'm going to show you how to use on the bendy rotors equal, the many runners, flexi rods or frame Raiders they're, basically one of these how to use them for your hand. I have the shorter one and then for two different colors is along the one, so I'm gon na use a longer one for the back and then use the shorter ones for the fry. So have your role is, then we going to start from a corner getting the hair and we're going to wrap move to the end going inwards. So again we have this image going inwards, inwards, inwards and then hold that little bit, you're not going to come around. It'S gon na hold it. So that's quite secure. You see that and then we're gon na just wrap it around. Okay, then we can. We just wrap it around. Let'S bit of a cheap one. You is initials away. My hat's got layers a nap. So start a little bit higher from there and wrap the hair around so you're going to wrap the hair. I'M going inwards, then twist it going upwards. You you you so this is how you put your hair in the bender. Whether this is what it looks like. I'M not sure how we made you have in there, not too sure um, but Tim talked a little bit so you put this on you lose on for about um. I get eight hours use a really good curls, and now we came to bed now. People could spend like this. I ignore me, wouldn't it because I sleep funny anything goes everywhere and then I would use this you and are you ready for bed? You

Kristen Trieb: i used these last night and they worked nicely. the only problem i had was having to sleep in them. but to avoid my problem is to just put like a bini or some sort of head clothing over them that way they wont be a big bother. but other than that that they worked perfectly.
