Blow Out On Natural Hair | 8 Mo. Length Check

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel so today I am doing the length check. I am eight months, almost nine months, post, big chop, so I wanted to see what the hair was really giving the girls okay. So I was going to tick tock a little bit and everybody was talking about this brown brush blow drying brush whatever you want to call it um and I found the one but black girl friendly. So it's the golden hot everybody got something from Golden high. If you're a natural hair girly um, so I decided to go with this one. It was only I think, 28 um, so money well spent. So I'm going in with the cream of nature, blowout cream um and I'm just putting that through my hair. So once I feel like the blowout cream was evenly distributed, I did go in with um this style Factor. Heat protectant and I've been having this for a long time, and it never did me dirty. So I just decided to spray a little bit of that on my hair and then we are gon na hop right into the the blowout, but, like I said, I've been seeing a lot of girls on Tick. Tock use this blow dryer brush. So I decided I wanted to try it then, when I finished that um, I decided to add just a little bit of heat, but let me show you how good this blow dryer works, because I only use the low heat the entire time. I use minimal heat for this super fluffy. I might even call it silk press because it definitely wasn't giving silky, but it was given something so I'm gon na part out my hair and then we're gon na get into it foreign foreign. So we are going to hop into the blowout, so I'm just going in literally starting kind of like at the mid shaft, I'm pulling it down to the ends trying to like basically straighten out the ends first and then I'm gon na keep rolling it up to Get the root - and I use this method - the entire time um in a second, you guys will see like how well it actually blow dried my hair, but, like I said, I only use low heat the entire time for the whole process, for everything that I do For my hair today, um so right here, y'all see me I'm a little higher come on pumpkin because I literally do not blow out my hair press it or anything like that. I haven't really. Since I baked chopped. I only blew out my hair one time and I was like within the first like two three months, so I really didn't see like a lot of growth, but this definitely um helps me see. What'S up, what's good, I'm definitely giving length Okay. This is actually, I think, either the same length or a little bit longer than what my hair was before I big chopped. So I'm really grateful and really glad that I decided to just go ahead and do this journey um. Also with using my hair growth products and things like that and creating a hair, regimen um, definitely we're handy hand with the hair growth as well. So we getting somewhere um we're probably about almost halfway done with the head um, but you guys see like how good it actually looks now later in this video. You guys will see once I get to the other side or the higher I get to my head. Um the other parts start to poof up um and that's because I was getting really really hot like I was sweating, so so bad because obviously I'm blow drying my hair um. So if you are a sweater, I would just say while you're blow drying, just make sure that you have a fan on, especially because I was blow drying, my hair I had on the hoodie. I was in front of these Bright Lights. It was sunny outside my window was open. It was a lot, so I was just getting really really hot, but you guys get the Vibes um. I didn't want to go over it too many times, but in between um I was going in and just cutting off the little dead ends, because I still have a little bit of brown on my ends um. So, whenever I do get a chance, I do try to. You know, clip a little bit of ends, especially if they they not given. Okay. So now that I've made it to the end of the blowout um, I'm just going in with my flat iron and my flat iron is also on the lowest heat temperature as well um. Just to give it a little bit more of a pressed look but like I wasn't trying to go super silk, I wasn't trying to do all that because I knew I wasn't going to wear it for long um, but I just really wanted to do a lamp Check and basically see like what I was working with and then also so that I could see all of the Dead ends, because sometimes you miss them, especially. Why cutting your hair, while it's curly so like I said, uh low heat on the flat iron as well. Using the chase method um - and I only did like one pass literally so um - don't make fun of my super fluffy. Silk press, slash, blowout, okay, I wasn't. I wasn't trying to get the silkies today, foreign, I'm just showing you guys really what the length is giving you guys know that I cut it. My I cut it. I cut my hair unevenly because I had a lot of breakage like um in the crown part of my head and then a little bit in the front um, so you guys see that the hair is now gray. Almost to my lip I mean some of it is like right at the top of my nose um. So that's a lot of growth compared to what it was, because my hair was way over. My eyebrow, like it wasn't even reaching my eyebrow at that point um when I first cut it um, so I'm really excited about that. Everything else is pretty much evened out, but I'ma, Just Let It Rock um, I'm going in with my little flat iron curls that I usually do um so that it could just give it a little bit more body. So after the curling I'm just going through, I'm gon na run my fingers through the curls a little bit. Do my edges and that'll basically be it, but I hope you guys enjoyed this little length check with me. I wonder how often I should actually do these.
