"Hot Flapper Summer" | Vintage Long To Short Hair Transformation!

It'S that time of year, folks and uh what time of year is that it's time for a transformation. So i have been feeling unsatisfied with my hair for quite a while now and i have had so many ideas, the good, the bad that honestly slightly nuts. But i, finally, finally just under a month ago, thought of something that just makes me want to go, and it is now the day before the day before i get my hair done, but i'm not gon na have a chance to film tomorrow. So i wanted to get this in and also my hair is straight, which is very, very rare, so i want to show you what it looks like now before i get anything done to it. So, as you can see, my hair is pretty long. This is the length of it when i'm just standing normally and the shape is cut into what is called a midi cut, so that is a 1450 style haircut that is shorter around the face and then goes into a bit of a u-shape all the way around. I do have the remnants where's it gone of a little kind of long fringy thing that i had cut in last time um, but i'm pretty much going for something completely different and i'm so so so excited about it. And i cannot wait to take you along. So i'm going to bring you to the hairdressers with me and let's just go hmm, so we have the color on and the front panel processing i'm so excited, and now we just have to wait: yeah the footage - okay, oh my god. Oh my god. How has that gone so blonde already what you've been looking after cut it off? Oh, my god, that's insane! You know that was that audio, where it's like, please don't be ugly. Please don't be ugly! That'S how i feel, because you know when you like you, see things on other people and you're like. Oh, my god, please look as nice on me as i want you to look on other people. I am obsessed with this color. That'S so pretty it's exactly what i wanted there we go because i've got a flat back in my helix. You have no idea how much hair is just like hi, i'm right now, i'm so excited about this. That'S the smile! If we've done it the damage oops, i did it oops, so i told you it was going to be a surprise. I am so happy. I love it so much. I feel like jordan baker. I feel like louise brooks i feel like. Oh, i feel so good right now, um. I will give you a little look at the whole thing together, so i do have some clips in just fixing it up before i go on a date, but this is what the front is. This is the side. The back the other side - and there you are, it - was genuinely so nerve-wracking cutting all of it off, but i knew that this was what i wanted, and i am so happy that i had the guts to go with it, because i feel amazing. I feel so much better. I love the color. I love this little blonde panel at the front here. I'M so glad that we were able to do that um and we did lift my hair about half a shade and i think it made honestly all of the difference. I love this color on me. I think it's so pretty um and this gorgeous new dress by the way is from house foxy, and i got it on ebay for like 30 pounds and it's so beautiful. Look at the fit. Oh, it's just stunning, so i could not could not be happier round about now and i just can't believe it. I cannot wait to get some styling in start, mastering my finger waves. I think it's gon na look so cute. I can still do sort of pin curls with the longer piece at the front, i'm so so excited and i hope that you enjoy it. So i hope that you enjoyed seeing this. I'M sorry that i completely forgot about filming right in the middle but, as you can imagine, i was a bit nervous and my head just went a bit to pieces um.
