Hi everyone welcome, or welcome back to my channel, it's victoria in today's video. I'M going to be showing you guys how i plop my hair - and this did take me a couple of times to master and i'm still working on my routine. But i feel like after plopping my hair and diffusing, like my hair, feels very soft, and i just love the results of how my hair looks and i'm going to be sharing with you guys. Everything that i did to achieve this also don't forget to like this video subscribe and comment down below any other videos. You guys would like to see from me as well as all my socials are always on the screen. Thank you guys so much and yeah. Let'S just get right into the video in today's video, i'm gon na be showing you guys how i plop my hair. But since i have been doing my makeup, my hair is like already like dried and i'm gon na go wet it. But when i do plop my hair, i make sure that my hair is like soaking wet personally for me, because i see the best results this way and for the type of hair that i have okay. So i'm going to start off by using my shea moisture the manuka honey leave in you. Guys know that i love this. I'M just going to start like raking it through my hair and make sure to spray in the back of the hair as well. The next product that i'm going to be going in with you guys already know this is the shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie i'm going to be scrunching this throughout my hair, and definitely something that i wanted to tell you guys is that when i do plot my Hair, this is very time consuming for me, at least, but i love how my curls come out when it's all like done, but i like to plop my hair for around like 30 minutes and then i'll go in with the diffuser, and the results are honestly. So amazing also don't forget about the pieces in the back of your hair, and i feel like this took me a couple of times to like realize what i was doing and i had to watch a couple videos just to get the best way to like plot. My hair and something that i like to do, while i'm applying my products, is just grab my t-shirt and i'm just gon na be scrunching. My hair, the next product that i'm gon na be using is the eden body works. This is the curl defining cream. I love this and yeah. I'M only going to put a little bit of this because i don't want my hair to be weighed down. But personally i like the combination of the shea moisture and this like together. So i'm just going to be scrunching that in my hair as well now i'm going to be using not your mother's curl top defining cream. But i'm only going to be using like honestly like this much, and that is it because i like to use these products. But like very little of each, that is just what works for me and i, like the combination of them and honestly, i feel like this just has a really great hold, and now i'm just going to be grabbing my shirt and scrunch. Now the next thing i'm going to be doing is grabbing my denman brush, which this isn't the original one, but i'll have it linked down below, because i got it off amazon and this works amazing. So i honestly really like it. But what i'm gon na do is just grab a couple sections and just brush away from my hair, but yeah, i'm just gon na be doing that to several pieces throughout my hair and a technique that i learned from gigi's video that she did and i tried This and i love the way my hair comes out. So if i do this technique on a couple of pieces in my hair, i love it the way it turns out. So you grab the brush brush away from here and then you just start getting the end of the brush and then you pull downward. Then it creates like a little spirally moment there and i'm just gon na, do it for a couple pieces on this side. Now i'm just gon na again scrunch my hair. Now once i finish with that, i'm gon na move on to the last step of the products that i'm gon na be applying, and this has been my new favorite. This is the ogx locking coconut curls this mousse. This is it i'm telling you guys, like you guys, need to try this first. It smells amazing and i feel like it just has like a great hold, but again no stickiness or no like whiteness, or anything like that. Also, if you guys want you guys, can apply gel, but personally i just feel like. I don't know why gel just doesn't suit my hair, maybe i'll, have to try like a new like gel, but i might do a future video on that, but anyways yeah i'm going to be using this mousse. You guys already know i love mousse. So again, what i love to do is i'm just gon na go like this and i'm just gon na be like scrunching it in my hair. Again, i love to do this when my hair is very wet. I just see the best results, because if it's a little damp, i just feel like it doesn't work as good, but definitely you guys can just test out and see what works for you once i'm done applying all my products. Now i'm going to be showing you guys how i plop my hair and i'm going to show you guys the best way that i can, but i'm going to move over to my bed. So you guys can see like how i actually plop my hair but yeah and by the way i've noticed that using a long sleeve shirt is just a little more helpful. Just you could like tuck it in the back, but yeah i'm going to be showing you guys how i dropped my hair okay. So i'm just going to pull up just roll up here, roll up in the front and then i'm going to get the sides and make sure everything's in here i'm just going to do a knot. I'Ve already shown you guys how i plopped my hair and then now i'm going to wait around 30 minutes. I'M probably just gon na go eat, something because i'm really hungry and then i'll be back to show you guys how it looks when i take it out and then, after that, i'm just gon na be diffusing. My hair i'll see you guys in a bit. Okay, as you guys can see, it got really dark in my room because it is about to pour outside. Hopefully, you guys don't mind, but i just took out my hair from the t-shirts that i had, and this is how it's looking of course, like my hair, isn't like dry. What i like to do is, after i take out the t-shirt i like to go in with my diffuser and just do the regular diffusing that i do the way that i like to diffuse. My hair is just put my head down and then with the diffuser. Just go like this throughout my hair, and also i'm going to be flipping my head from side to side just to get that volume and to make sure that all of my hair is dry. This is how my hair is looking. I feel like my hair, feels very soft, and this is how it's looking so far. I feel like that technique that i used with the brush and then kind of like twirling it with the end. I feel like that, really helped with the pieces that i have in the front that sometimes they just don't like curl, but everything is looking good so far. I think i'm going to continue diffusing just a little bit more because i feel, like my hair's, just a little bit wet and then i'm just gon na go in with some hairspray. Now that i've already finished diffusing, i'm just going to go in with my favorite hairspray, the chi helmets head, and i'm just going to be spraying that throughout my hair - and i just like to shake out my hair just to get a little bit more volume. As you guys can see like that part looks so cute. This is the end to this video. I really do hope that you guys enjoy watching this video. alejandra11: 6:37 is where she shows exactly how to plop your hair

avanelle: this is so helpful thank you so much!! i recently just discovered that my hair isn’t just wavy, it’s curly, and i really want to bring out my natural curls.

Emily the Strange: Your voice is so beautiful. It's like watching asmr! You have gorgeous hair!

𝓣𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓷𝓪 𝓝𝓲𝓴𝓸𝓵𝓪𝓮𝓿𝓷𝓪 𝓡𝓸𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓸𝓿: I have wavy hair, but I literally can’t stop it from getting all frizzy! Like- the baby hairs that are at the top of my head go wild! I’ve tried everything and nothing works. Any tips?

Aubrey J: I can’t rake or brush products through my hair like you do with yours... It totally ruins the curls for me. I just smooth it over my hair, then the curls don’t get ruined and straighten out

Funwithyoutubeee: Loved your routine! Can you please do a refresh day routine

Tithi B: your hair looks awesome! thanks for the tips :)

The Bookworms Nook: It's better for your ends if you dry the roots first then move to your ends. Otherwise you are just frying your ends by the time your roots dry. Hope this helps someone

Mandie Atwood: Yes! I love everything ogx! I bought a few of their products to try a couple of months ago, (their coconut coffee body cream is amazing!) because after about 25 years of styling my hair curly (man that makes me feel so old!) I still don't know what works the best for me. Anyways, their coconut curls mousse is one of the products I bought, but hadn't tried yet. I also got their curl defining cream. I tried them both yesterday along with Pantene's leave-in detangling conditioner and gel spray which I've fallen in love with. Especially when needing to refresh the next day, or two. It turned out ok. It was a good hold and definition, but I air dried over night which I know is a big no-no, but I have to do it all the time due to a bad pain condition in my hands. So I'm glad to see you love that mousse. Thank you for the video. I wasn't exactly sure what "plopping" was, but I put my hair up in one of my son's microfiber t-shirts cause I saw someone else do it in a video. Lol! You and your hair are beautiful! Love from Ohio!

Staellie: I watch Gena Marie and Manes by Mel to name two of many—but they’re the best. I have heard them say to not touch the hair after you apply the products and to dry the roots first and the hover the blow dryer over the hair so that you don’t disturb the curl pattern by touching with your hands which can cause frizz.

Luiza Moura: I’m loving your videos, you’re awesome! Your hair is beautiful

mariposita 🦋: I have weird straight-ish hair and i tried plopping for the first time i didnt get any curls but i did get some bigger waves but its okay lolll you're voice is so calming omggg

calamityolive: Ur stunning omg, new subscriber!! I love your techniques!

h h: My hair are exactly like yours (just different colour) but mum just doesn't believe that I need some products for my hair to look nice. ): she doesn't let me buy anything

Marija Skender: Does your hair get frizzy and really tangled the next day after u wash it? Cause mine does and i've tried some methods to prevent it but it didn't work.....and do you refresh your hair everyday? P.S your hair is gorgeous

michelle: I love how your hair came out. Which specific diffuser did you use?

Christy Clifford: Gorgeous!

Honeydew: I have thing sorta curly hair and I am trying plopping for the first time!

Roses 21: how come my hair comes out frizzy if i go out to like work or the stores. i use sérums and moose. and my waves don’t stay for a long day. only for a little :( also your makeup is flawless

Alex azeneth: Im plopping for the first time but im scared my hairs gonna be completely dry after like 20 ish minutes is it ok to spray it with a bit of water so i can difuse it to get nicer curls???

𝙻𝚊𝚢𝚊𝚗𝚊 𝚜𝚊𝚏𝚠𝚊𝚗: Does plopping work on shoulder length hair and does it curl my roots ??

Myrthex M000jj: You have such an amazing voice and beautiful hair

nerd: how often do u apply the shea curl cream!!
