I Permed My Son'S Hair! How To Get Curly Hair For Men!

He wanted curly hair so we decided to try an at home perm! It was tough, but we got through it!
You need it's about six dollars, we have our spy, we spiral curls, which are our perm rods and they are in medium. We have a directions for this hairnet some paper towels and a towel, and you need a comb with this little pointy thing at the end and a spray bottle of water, just in case an extra paper do so we are going to get started and let's see How it comes out okay, so the first thing he's wanted to do is wash his hair with this pre perm conditioner, regular shampoo and wash it pretty good. Okay, okay! So just get your first. Your hair has to be down fold the paper around the hair. Oh, oh gosh, okay, so we are trying to get this right and it's a lot harder. Gon na get your little paper, get your hair, wrap it around your hair, pull it up. You get your little thingamajigger and roll and then you get your end and that's not okay. So after about 2 hours of trying to figure the heck, what we're doing I got these little rubber bands - I'm sectioning not to fours, so I don't get confused with all the hair everywhere and pretty annoyed right now, but we got this. Excuse me. Excuse me. Yes, I've never burned hair before never, you had six hours to watch videos and you spent those six hours ready. I didn't watch your videos and I asked you and you said you knew what you're doing. I said nothing like that. Yes, you did, I was like. Can do you know you're supposed to do it yeah, I'm very nervous, no life. You said that the minute we were trying to figure out what to do at the end right now. Well, do this and yes, we're gon na prom this hair, because apparently this is just the hippin and hoppin in hairdo. Now, isn't it? Is it it's? What'S cool right now, it's we talk to the hairstylist. Apparently, all the cool kids are doing it firming their little pouf on the top of their head. I think I have become pro now. I should be a hair stylist. I should be it's your hair yeah that is rolled up yiii you what Oh looky here. It'S fine. He said it's fine! Okay, were you going huh? Thank you. My butt hurts okay, so that was a nightmare. So now you have to take our little contents. You can use paper towels. This comes in the pack, the perm kit, so you put it around. So it will catch all the trips and next we are going to do step, one which is the curling lotion. So you shake it and we are going to drench each one. So I'm gon na cut the tip off good. Ok, so then it says for our normal hair. Our max time is 30 minutes, we're going to check it out seven minutes and we're going to be checking it every two minutes after that. Yes, the time sugar cap on and we are, we um - we have the tremors up for seven minutes, so we were going to check it in a few seconds. So that's where you get seven minutes and then be careful Isis that is so strong, okay, so minute wait! What time is it 17? Okay, so beach ready check them? I think they're good to go right. My time right now, so we're going to go ahead and wash them what the hair looks like what we took out the rods Oh II. Well, no, wait. We put the neutralizer in we took we let that set for five minutes. We took out the rods we washed, it really good and we now have the leave-in conditioner, which he will leave in until he washes. His hair washes his hair in like two days but yeah. That'S what it looks wet and I will show you guys what it looks when it gets dry. Okay, guys it is now one o'clock in the morning 119 in the morning and we're done so yeah. That'S it tougher than I thought it was. But now I'm a pro so so thank you guys so much for watching and don't praise to like it subscribe.

Matt Craft: As a professional who gave perms, it was cringe to see you trying to roll his hair on the rod. Making a one inch to two inch strip in the middle of his head would of been easier and less time wasted. That is how professionals do it because it’s easier to go down the strip and then down the down the sides. Also, clips work easier then hair bands or ties for sectioning off hair.

I wasn't about to pay that but now I know I can do it at home. I doubt he'll trust me to try tho lol your son must really have faith in you to let you touch his precious locks. Lol. MINE IS all about his damn hair. But it isn't holding the curls too well and it grows out so fast! Not worth the money or the time in my book but I know as I say that I'm Orin be right where u were at and be attempting it at home in a few weeks time lol
