Good morning guys welcome back to another vlog. As you can see by the title, we are going to be picking up a british shorthair kitten, we're going to be making a two-hour drive to go, get em, so it's gon na be quite some time. You know there and back, but we're really really excited to have someone new in our family and i'll. Just show you guys, like the whole process of us getting him and how he's adapting to our place actually got rid of our couch. I actually sold it like two days ago, because the threading on that was horrible and we knew that the cat would destroy it. We'Re gon na have to get a new couch gon na be changing things around we'll be vlogging it. Of course, i will be giving you guys updates of everything anyway. We are way too excited. We need to go pick him up right now. He is waiting for his new owners. So let's go get him first things. First, i got the nuggets 12 count. Spicy deluxe fries barbecue ranch chick-fil-a. How many times do you think we go here twice a week? Their nuggets are the best. Maybe i should do more muk things on my channel. It'S kind of fun, hi, baby hi, everyone meet, versace, batman, he's already purring and his eyes are just so cute and innocent he's a solid gray. Oh hi. I love him already, hey! Oh, my gosh off to petco he's so curious, he's very curious of where he is all right. Got him a little name tag and we're gon na write his name here. We are a little scared and confused what's happening all right, big moment. Oh my god curious. You know all right, you guys it's now the next morning, um last night we were woken up a lot of times. He was mowing a lot um. I woke up like 6 30 a.m and then 8 a.m and then 8 30 a.m. So a few times he's been really loving this little corner in our fridge, because it's really dark and really small and hidden, but it's okay. Let him come on his own. He wants to so he's still very sensitive to sound and like any movements he wants to. Like run really really fast, but it's understandable because he's still adjusting but he's a very sweet boy, he is he's really sweet. He has such fat cheeks. It'S like squishing his eye, because it's so big who's, this guy. Oh, he wants cuddles, here's all the stuff. We got him, we got him this citrus shampoo. I hope he likes this because i heard some cats don't like citrus, but it smells really really good, and this is a fresh breath. It'S with baking soda, so you just put it in their water and it cleans their teeth, helps kill bacteria that causes bad breath. So i thought that would probably be useful, and then i got this little kitten food for when he's bored of his dry food. By the way, my nails look terrible. This pink scooper brush really really good brush for cats, um the sushi little toys, and then we got him a blue collar. Oh and then the name tag versace it's in black. It looks really stealthy. This is the food we're giving him and these we got from tj maxx, it's the most aesthetic i could find, because petsmart and petco had really bold, bold, colors um, it's just a little cat bed. I thought he'd probably like this, because it's more like private looking and then a scratcher. Of course i ordered him like the cutest little food bowls and they just came in from amazon. So cute, it's really convenient. You pick up the food here and then you clamp. The bag, the bowls are little kitty heads, that's what they look like they're, so cute, oh there he goes. He always looks at himself in the mirror: okay, hi versace hi, so he is starting to adjust a bit more now so far. This is day. Three. Now he's just a really sweet affectionate little guy, he loves to be pet. I actually just brushed him for the first time today. He let me brush him and he liked it. I think i'm gon na end the video here now. I hope you guys enjoyed watching us adopt a new little kitten. Anje D: Hello, What a beautiful kitten . I own an 8 yrs old British Shorthair retired show/breeding male. It is best not to wash their coat too often as they have a double pelt often times found in long hair cats. It is however recommended to brush them often as they will shed (summer months). Their fur is more on the dry/soft side hence the reason to not wash often. I will wash from time to time his hind quarters (not often) if he has a messy bottom. Good luck with your new baby, they do have great personalities and are such sweet cats
