Hi everyone welcome back to my channel long time no see. I am so sorry that i have been so absent. As you can see, a lot of change is happening. Um there's been lots going on. So what i thought i'd do today is give you guys a bit of a catch up, let you know exactly what's been going on and all the new changes. So, let's start with the obvious, shall we my hair i've changed my hair. I'Ve finally got it cut, i've had it lightened and i've had it straightened as well, which is so unlike me, but i fancied a change. I thought you know what i want to change. I want it to look tidier i just want. I want it to look different. I loved my hair before, but i have to say i'm really digging this new, this new look. So thank you so much i'm still getting used to it, but i really do love it and yeah. Let me know what you think: a lot of the favorites i'm going to talk about today are, of course, hair related, but also because there isn't much left in the house anymore. Um this week we actually completed. We bought our own house, we are so happy excited and grateful. We'Ve managed to do this. We always said that once harrison got into high school, it would be the time to buy and we've been saving saving saving and now is that time. So i'm so happy about it. I cannot wait to share it with you guys and i am going to be doing moving vlogs, so if that is something that you're interested in make sure that you stay tuned for those because i've never done reading vlogs before, because i've never bought a house. So, for me it's it's just very, very exciting. I cannot wait to get in there and make it our own. It'S beautiful! I pinch myself. I just i'm just very, very grateful and lucky, and i can't wait for you guys to join us on that journey. Work'S going really well as well, and i'm actually currently in my second month of working um as a creative director for a property firm, which i absolutely love. I couldn't love it any more than i do it's it's just perfect. For me, it's perfect for my situation. It'S fulfilling for me, and i just i love it. It really has changed my life and i really enjoy that. So that's great and dusty's doing really well for some of you that didn't know, because you haven't watched my recent vlogs, we adopted a key and dusty's. Actually, a girl, and when i introduced dusty in the vlog um i mentioned it was a boy because that's what we were told, we adopted him her, but um. When i took her to the vet to get um vaccinated. We realized that she was a girl, because we wanted to do like a dna test um to check her breed. Hello and layla's here wanted to check her breed and it turns out we wanted to check if she was bengal, basically because loads of people kept mentioning it to me and she is. But we also realized that she was a girl as well, which she's crazy she's. A tabby yeah she's like part bengal park tavi as well and she's absolutely gorgeous yeah. We love her so much she's, so gentle she's, like the perfect little kitty for us and she's, just completed our family and we really love her so yeah and dusty's doing really well. The kids are doing well, they've just finished for summer andrew and i are doing well. So that's how everyone is in a nutshell: i'm hoping that after the move, things will settle a little things will come and we'll be able to just kind of get on with more filming and get more content out there. Taylor and dusty have had to go down. It is so hot up here. It'S unreal, so yeah. The first products i'm going to talk about is my hair um products, and this is the blonde life brightening veil, uv thermal defense, multitasking spray for a mouthful by joyco. I love this because it's just basically a finishing spray, but also lightens and perfects again. It provides that uv protection, which is fantastic, especially with all the amazing weather that we've been having. I wanted to make sure that my hair has stayed nicely hydrated because i'm actually styling it with heat now, which i don't normally do, and i bought myself a ghd straightener, really like it. It'S fantastic it straightens, my hair, really. Well, i actually washed it today. So it's fresh hair, and so that's that - and i really like it all of these products by the way i will link down below the next thing, is something that was recommended to me by my hair stylist, which is actually a new one. I really like her um and it's the olaplex. I think it's called bond repairing cream. Let me just show you guys that i don't know if it focused, but that's what it looks like it's, the olaplex bond, repairing cream - and this is basically a finishing cream that you leave in you can use it on damp, hair or dry hair, and it just Nourishes protects and again repairs those bonds and just makes sure that everything is nice and sleek and healthy and again it's reparative as well, which is great um. So i really like this and also reduces frizz as well, which is great because traditionally i have very, very curly hair, as you guys know so, yeah i've been really liking that it's not the cheapest in the world, but i love it and i will continue to Buy it and then the last hair product, when it comes to things that i've been putting in my hair, is moroccan oil. Now, moroccan oil is something that i used back in the day when everyone went mad for it and i did really like it um, but i did become quite lazy with styling, my hair, so i stopped using it. So i got a new one, and this is the alcohol-free moroccan oil hair treatment for all hair types, and it just smooths, like i put it on my hair, once i've styled it and i particularly concentrate in the ends of my hair. In fact i haven't put any on today, so i'll just show you guys, you only need the tiniest little amount like you, don't need much at all, and it just leaves the hair feeling really silky and smooth, and i really like it. It just gives some of the moisture back that drying it with heat and styling it with heat, can sometimes take out and again it stops any frizz, and it keeps everything nicely tamed and again it just gives a little bit more shine, so i've been really liking. That and it smells nicely as well - it smells nice as well. Sorry, i'm so out of touch with filming, honestly, um, so yeah and then the last hair product that i've been really enjoying is my new brush. Now i got this off amazon and it's absolutely fantastic, and it's just this really cool bristled brush and the bristles are quite thick and the barrel is huge. So when i want to blow dry my hair and just kind of you know, then this is a fantastic one to use and it's really easy. It picks up the hair really well, it doesn't cause breakage. In fact, it repairs the hair and it has golden bristles and they're meant to do something, i'm not quite sure, there's something nourishing going on with these bristles. Apparently i got it from amazon. I really like it. It has nano technology um, it's ceramic and iconic apparently, and this is very comfortable to grip as well. So if you're not great like i'm, not with styling your hair um, then this kind of grips the hair really well and then you can just dry it and style it. But, as i said today, i have straightened it so yeah that is my new brush. I'Ll link that down below and then the next product i wanted to talk about is a new soap that i've been using. So my skin has been awesome recently, i'm not going to lie like for me. It'S still not 100 clear for most people. I still have my acne scarring and a bit of texture going on, but no blemishes i feel like. Maybe it's because i've just turned 35. I paid my dues. My skin is gon na clear and i've been using two different cleansers, so i cleanse with my nip and fab, which is a really nice vitamin c cleanser, and then i go in with this, which is a soap, and this is a really mild but effective for Exfoliating soap, sorry - and it might be quite difficult to see i'm using my fancy camera that i haven't used on this channel in ages and yeah. There you go um, it's just a really nice exfoliation bar and i use it and it smells of rose as well, which i really like the scent of and it just again. It just leaves my skin feeling really soft and supple and hydrated, and no blemishes. Like nada zilch, which for me is unheard of so i really like this: it's by the brand revital revitale. Sorry and it's salicylic, acid, scrubber soap and it's great and they do a different um combination of ingredients. So they do like different colors and they all have different ingredients for different skin ailments. This one is meant to be fantastic for brightening, poor, exfoliating and skin softening with antique blemish. So it's been great for me. I'Ve been really enjoying it and then the last beauty products because we packed up so the room is empty, i'm hardly using anything. So these are like key products that i've left out. Um. Is this perfume? This is the in love with you by armani. This is actually my second or third bottle of this, and i love it for a few reasons. The scent is sexy, it's captivating, it's bewitching, it's warm! It'S comforting it's lingering, but also it reminds me of my best friend, which is a bit strange because i've just said it's sexy, but we we bought this andrew and i, when um, we went to my best friend reeve's wedding and i wore this and it was Just such a romantic weekend, it was so so lovely so there's memories attached to this fragrance as well, and i really really like it um again. It'S very very sexy, very heady, very expensive. You know scented, it's just got a luxury kind of scent to it. Um. I would definitely say it's more of an evening fragrance, but i don't really go out in the evening, so i'm often rocking this during the day and again, it's just very, very lingering and hangs around, and i really really like it and then before i go on To a snack, i want to talk about these tops because they are so affordable and so nice they're from h m i'm wearing this one in black today and honestly in this weather. These are just so nice and the arm. The slit is right down like it comes quite low, so if you're wearing a nice bra, you can kind of see through the sides. I got it in three different colors. I got it in the car key. I got it in the white and i have it in black as well, and i really like it's really comfortable really loose. I'M a size, six to eight uk and i get the size xs and it is still quite roomy. But i feel like it's meant to be a baggy fit it's kind of like a boyfriend fit, and i really like that. I took it into shorts. I took it into jeans very easy to wear and then the final products caramilk honestly, i have been obsessed with these caramels um. This is a golden blend of caramelized white chocolate it's by cadburys and it is mega. This is what i eat when i don't have. The time to whip up my own caramelized white chocolate - and this is definitely a life to take on it. So if you've had caramelized white chocolate before that you've made yourself, you'll know that the texture can be a little bit grainy, which is lovely um, and you can definitely taste the bernie element to it like the nutty element, whereas this is much milder, it's much creamier And it's just like a more intense white chocolate i really like both, but i feel like this is kind of like a much more watered down than an authentic, but it's still really creamy. It'S still really delicious and perfect. When i do not have that time shamefully, i opened this up yesterday and i literally have three cubes left. Like i'm obsessed, i shouldn't really eat any more of that today. Um but yeah i've been really enjoying that, and apart from that, my recipe clubs, they have been bringing me so much joy recently, i'm still doing them despite the fact that i'm working full-time and still doing the recipe clubs, i really enjoy it.
