2 Weeks In My Life | Going Home, New Short Hair, & 2 Meetups | Lindsey'S Life

Hello guys, so it is Saturday morning now, and it is time for my next Macy's meet up and, as you can tell I'm at home in my room in Georgia right now, so um yeah I've just been here for like a day or so, and yesterday I Was just like hanging out with my mom pretty much all day, because my mom left today for Costa Rica for a yoga retreat so yeah. If you follow me on snapchat, you probably saw a couple clips of like me and her and my dogs and everything like that today, is my second macys made up out of four and this one is actually at my home town mall in alpharetta. I'M getting a couple from Megan hi. She said she's going to meet us at the mall because there's actually like a car here to take me and meg just because they're doing that for all the meetups, which is very nice but um yeah. So I'm gon na head out in a minute, but I'm so so excited for today, because I have literally been trying to have an Atlanta meet up for probably almost three years. I haven't had one here since I had 40,000 subscribers, which is insane wanted to take. You guys, along and vlog the whole thing and everything so yeah right now, I'm just wearing like chill clothes um, but I'm going to be changing into some kind of a dress or something nicer to wear. When I get there and then finishing my makeup cuz, all I have on right now is foundation and lipstick. I look really bald in the eye Department. Oh my god, I look like a little like baby or something anyway. I will probably just see you guys with Megan or something when we are getting ready. I we are in the backstage. You know the green room type area here we have all of our lovely. Do our makeup is everywhere he's here megan? Is he hi shoes shooter? We'Re headed down to the meetup right now. I think dad my dad a Megan came together. Dad back. I was like I lost it, but I looked back if you pull the girls managed to find him. Oh ok, so there's girls here from our neighborhood there's. You know there's some people here, that we don't really know dad when Evans coming with a woman. This is the dress that I'm wearing and I really won't like it um. I was thinking it like. You know the emoji like teal dress like literally this is this: is it I'm wearing it it's from macys? Of course, then I have a silver bracelet and just my hair straight makeup, and then I have these cute little spoken issue. She goes. I am headed down to the fashion, show now and we're doing the meet and greet so I'll see you guys, then my camera got that all right we're at the end. We are ready to get started all right. I just I like hi guys, so it is now saturday night and I left my vlogging camera here, but uh Megan and I basically just went out and we got lovable, which is like right after the meetup. We went there and it's just like the sauce. I evil place, and then I saw like my old friend, Ansley and all of her family and we just like, went and saw them for a bit and now I am headed out for the evening um, I'm driving like a college town. It'S like an hour and a half away tuesday, with some of my friends for the night um, so I wanted to like end luck than I'm so tired. I don't know why i was so tired. I guess today, just like took a lot out of me. I also couldn't fall asleep that good last night, but I am dying. I am gon na try and get some coffee. Hopefully I can access coffee yeah. I would really like a lot like a large iced coffee right now, um, but anyway I am gon na end of log. Now I might pick it up tomorrow. I will try my best to pick it up tomorrow, even though I don't know if tomorrow is gon na be exciting, but I don't feel like today was enough of a vlog really. I hope you guys enjoyed, and I will see you maybe tomorrow. I think okay, goodnight guy hello, so first of all to address the obvious, possibly um. Hopefully it's obvious - I got a haircut yesterday and it's the shortest it has ever ever been. It'S super super short in the back. It'S a little bit longer on the side um. I didn't plan on getting it exactly. This short, maybe like an inch longer, but you know I'm pretty happy with it. I also got the color done. If you can tell it's just basically, like my roots were really bad and I needed to be touched up. So yeah I have a little Bob going on now and I like it. Oh it's not that different, but you know just like needed to switch things up a little bit for spraying. I hadn't gotten my color or cut done since, like blog mess the beginning of december, so it was good to do anyway. I am starting a little weekend vlog for you guys right now, because I am headed to San Jose for the weekend. I'M actually going alone, because megan cannot make it to this meetup. I'M just gon na be there for until sunday, actually like two nights and my ride to the airport is leaving like right now so um. I just wanted to basically like say hi to you guys and like intro, the blog it's only like less than an hour along flight, but it's like a five and a half hour drive. So they are flying me and it's for the third Macy's meet up and I'm so excited to meet all you guys in that area because never had a made-up over really in that area. I mean I had one in San Francisco, but that's like so like an hour away from where this meetup is I'm talking really fast is because I'm in a bit of a rush, but I managed to fit all my things into a carry-on sized bag, and then I realized that I packed so many liquids that I don't think I'm gon na even be able to carry it on. I'M excited to take you guys along on this weekend, and I will see you a little bit later, hello, so sorry for not updating you until right now. The reason I never film on planes is because I'm always in the middle or the aisle seat, and I would totally film, like you, know, window clips and all that, for you guys I was in the window seat, but it's super super awkward. When you don't know the price of that city of the window seat so literally just like take out a large camera and start filming out the window like it's just I don't know, I don't know how to go about that, and it's also like you know you Seen the those clips - and so many like of my balls - are in people's vlogs. You know what it looks like. It'S only been a couple hours since I talked to you because my flight was really short. It was like, probably less than an hour or something from LA to San Jose, which is where I am right. Now, I'm not too familiar with this area at all, because the only place I've ever been I mean like stay there. Ound here is San Francisco, which i think is another like hour from here: um, so not too far from there, but i don't really know this area and I'm trying to like think of what I want to do for the weekend. Um cuz, you know, since I'm here minus told you some things, but I think tonight, I'm probably just gon na have like a chill night, because I need to do some editing from the meetup last weekend's footage, and also I have so. I'Ve just been like pretty busy. If you guys don't know, I finish school on Monday, I feel like I haven't, talked to you guys and forever, but I will definitely be making like I'm obviously me making my fit em experience video very soon. Well, where was I going with this story? I have no idea where I was going with this story. Oh, I guess I was gon na say that I haven't had time to do a lot of things really this week. So I was gon na respond to emails because I have like 200 unread emails been stressing me out so um. Oh there's a little little train going by. I am on my hotel. Now it is the courtyard marriott. It'S a very nice. This is probably one of the nicest marriott, so I've been to it's very nice i'll. Let me give you a little room. Tour really quick because those are always fun here we go so we got my suitcase I haven't even been in here yet but bathroom. Obviously, oh yeah, oh yeah! We got the hookups in here. I don't know. I did that and then a mirror a little. You know coffee drink area, I got jamba juice and this is so good. I got this like strawberry surf rider. I think it was called smoothie, it's so good and then over here we have a king size bed, which is great. We have you know a nice wallpaper on also this is nice. We have a little plant, a little end table section. A little closet cabinet thing, a whoa. This is kind of cool. We got a nice couch, we got a pretty big window with you know not the best of use, but I have a view. So you know I'm not mad about it and just like a little desk in TV. So we got everything here like i'll. Probably put my laptop here and get some work done or maybe i'll sit in the bed. Where would you guys sit comment down below where you would say we do you sit here on bed or on this thing this might be actually the most comfortable for doing emails. This way, too long of a clip. Ah, so I'll update you guys in a little bit when I may be doing something else, but it's definitely gon na be a chill night in for me. Think I don't really have anything to do tonight. So well, a few hours later, i'm watching the ultra live stream. Is my bed I'm about to probably I'm gon na finish this because there's like 30 minutes of it left yeah I'm having a great night. I mean I'm just like wishing that my screen was a bit bigger. I'Ve, always okay! Well, I'm gon na finish this and i'll see you later hello, so I didn't end up doing anything tonight. Besides, I just took myself down to lobby had dinner by myself, and then I came back and basically it was just like on YouTube and I don't even know what I was doing. You know and you're just like hours go by and you're like what was I doing for the past four hours like it is 230 in the morning right now I showered and that's why my hair is all fluffy right now say: blow dried it, but I haven't You know, like actually stranger you'll, see what tomorrow brings tomorrow. We'Ll definitely be a more exciting day than today. Was it's good to have like a chill day before the meetup and everything, and I will see you guys in the morning morning guys it's Saturday now and I am about to be picked up to go to the mall. I think i'm going to get my makeup done because at the last two i didn't know i was getting my makeup done and I had it done and then I got there and then I was like a makeup lady there and I felt really bad. I didn't do my makeup this time, but I'm bringing it just in case, but I think they're going to do my makeup this time, but I did straighten my hair. So it's you know less fluffy than it was last night. It'S so short. I actually can't get over it like I do like it, but also i'm just like it's so freaking short like i got ta feel like a kindergartner / soccer ball, like I get side which cut it's more like this is just my chill outfit for until I Get there because then they give me address. I never know what I'm wearing for these meetups until I get there, which is crazy, but you know it's, it makes for an exciting an exciting day and then I just had on my vans and I'm super hungry. So I have a quest for in my bag. I should have eaten like an actual breakfast though oh maybe they'll have food there, though, so i will see you guys at the mall. Well, hello guys, so we are currently behind the scenes of macy's walking out to the main great we just had the fashion show, and it was great and um. It was super fun. So thank your snowman wearing another blue dress. Today, this one's different, though it's a little bit more more blue, more sparkly than the one I wore it last week and now we're about to start the meeting greet so I'm sure I'll be seeing from your faces right after this. So I will see you then alright, so we are at the meeting Drita and these two girls want to say hi to you. Oh yes, k said she's watching me like four years and she said that, like the san francisco made up being cuz, he had well like three years. I couldn't make it to that. So like I'm here now, she gave me an Megan, some really nice car you're, just the best. I believe me to you hi guys, so I have returned now, I'm back in the hotel for a bit, but I'm actually going to head to this place called santana row. That is just a few miles from my hotel and I was gon na. Go there straight after the meetup, because a bunch of like the Macy's people that were there were like, I usually would love it. It'S like really pretty area with, like restaurants and shopping, and all that I had such a great time at the meetup. Today it was one of the best meetups that I've probably had in a while. You guys are just the best and i'm so glad whenever I got to meet you guys makes like makes my day so much better, and it's so rewarding every single time you meet up to never ever get old, they're, amazing and they're, always so rewarding. For me, let's leave the bathroom, I don't I was in there because I had the best lighting. Actually, maybe not they. Let me keep the dress that I wore today it's over there and then also they. Let me keep these amazing shoes so that I was wearing for the fashion show and they were really painful, and I, when I'm gon na ever wear these again but uh, I'm happy that I have them. Cuz they're pretty nice, then also I have I haven't gone through this stuff yet, but I have stuff from you guys that I got today and some stuff for Megan that I'm gon na get to her. So, thank you so so so much, I'm gon na probably actually start going through it right now and I need to charge us camera up a little bit and then I will leave hello, so weird lighting, very weird lighting, there's just this one. Lamp lighting me up right now, it's really late now and um. I actually realized when I got back to my hotel room that I had left my camera battery charging over in here the whole time that I was gone tonight, but I mean all I did was I took myself shopping at this place called santana row and I Do it myself? I took myself shopping and I took myself to dinner and it was really good. I'Ve been resisting shopping a lot this year. This week I have been gathering my outfits for Coachella and just like the springtime in general um. So you know it was. It was actually like it felt we were trying on stuff, because I haven't really been shopping much in 2015 at all, which is good for me. I'M definitely gon na do like a springtime. Try on haul, for you guys, maybe even a hall / like lookbook type thing, definitely like a try on haul us i'll, try to film that sometime this week for sure, because I'm excited to fill Mike's. I really really like everything that I bought. I'M very sorry. I didn't get any footage there, but honestly, like it, wouldn't have been really really anything other than you probably like in a gesture, i'm being okay. This is what I'm trying on now like a clip of what I ate for dinner at veggie grill. I don't think I ended up showing you guys. I unwrapped my meet up stuff that i got and this stuff is for megan, which is just adorable. I know she's just going to die. A girl made us these little like jewelry holding plates. I got this one, which is like a galaxy. She told me in Megan's and then my got a sunshine candle and I got a smile candle which these are so sweet and they smell really good. I also got this awesome like mug, with a handle which is kind of cool. I don't have any mugs that have a handle, and it's so funny, because megan has this exact same one, that my mom got her like one Christmas and so now I have a matching one, but as a handle, hers doesn't have a needle and it's like tie-dye And it's just so cute and then I got this little like a notecard booklet. That'S his 15 reasons. Why I love Lindsay and she says please show on video from Paloma AKA alien. I don't know what that means, but i love you and i read through this and it made me so happy. I didn't know that I love it. I love it and I have some cards and I read through all of this stuff right after the meetup, and it absolutely made me so so so happy and so grateful. And I absolutely adore you guys, and I always want you to know that I had an amazing day honestly it was a very joyful day humbling day and then I had a great time by myself tonight. Taking myself shopping, it was really nice because I was just I don't know. It was just nice to spend time with myself. Like I didn't talk to anyone besides, I guess sales associates for like four or five hours or something I was just you know walking around exploring. I got a couple. Nice photos. Santana row was a very nice place. I wish i had more time. I was literally at every store until like that particular store closed. I was that customer, but i got some great clothes and i'm just talking too much now and this blog is probably pretty long already audience.
