Go To *Heatless* Hair Styles For Short Hair

Hi guys welcome back to my channel if you're a new hair, my name is Maggie and in today's video I'm gon na be showing you guys nine hairstyles for short hair. As you guys know, I cut my hair over this summer and it used to be like down to my bellybutton and it's been like so long for as long as I can remember so me. Having short hair is just something new in my life and it's kind of I don't know, I feel like it's easy and hard in some ways, because there's definitely not as much you can do with short hair. So I just wanted to do in a quick little video, showing you guys, my go-to hairstyles for my short hair, just how I style and how I wear it every single day. These aren't like extreme or anything, and I don't use any heat just because my hair is like naturally just straight and silky, so I don't have any products actually don't even own any. I don't have a couple dryer straightener or curling iron. None of that. So these are just gon na be very, very basic, quick, easy, simple, hair cells for short hair and, if you guys like this video, make sure to give it a thumbs up and make sure you are subscribed as well and without further ado. It'S concerning okay. So the only two like products you need are a hairbrush and the hairbrush I use is just a regular wet brush. You can get these from, like old, are even t.j.maxx places like that and then also little hair elastic. I just use these black ones right here and the reason why I'm like standing up in my living room is because I have a mirror right next to me. So it's just gon na be super easy to make sure you guys all these different hairstyles. So, for the first one, it's just super simple, I should kind of feel like we should start off with this one. I know it doesn't really have much to do with like a style but wearing your hair either like parted to one side. This is my left side. I don't know if it's like the same on the camera, but you can part it to the left or you can just part it to the right, and I feel like this is just like a super easy style. That looks really really good in the short hair, because, since it is so short, you can just like really just flip it to any side and just wear it. I was like a messy. I don't know it kind of just reminds you of like a messy model. Look if that makes any sense, but yeah. So basically, what I do is I just kind of like play around with it. You can even like stand and flip your head forward and then just like move it play around, and if you have like texture spray, you can even use some texture spray on your hair. I know that that would, just like add a lot more like body and volume, so what that is the first look and for it the second look all you have to do is take your brush and brush your hair back like this, and I'm just gon na. Be putting it into a middle part, because this is one of my like staple go-to looks when I have short hair. I feel, like I wear my hair in the middle part, all the time it I don't know why it's like not going in the middle, but basically what I do is I just brush it back and kind of just find where it is and then kind of Go from there and then brush out the sides, this lick isn't directly in the middle, so I apologize, but I that'll do it for the video. You can even take a pair of tweezers and line them up with your nose and then go all the way back and then it'll like find your natural middle part. So the second look is just a plain middle part. You just think that it just adds a little bit of something to your hair, instead of just being like down and like flipping it to the side or like parting it on a different side. I just think that it adds like a lot of almost like character when you have like a middle part. It'S just like sleeked and down and like behind your ears. I don't know I just really like the way that it looks, and it's like one of my go-to is just super easy. It kind of makes you look like you have your life together, but you can also take it out from behind your ears. I just kind of like to mess it up a little bit like that and then just wear it flat and my hair is like really sounding right now, since it's kind of cold out. So I apologize for that but yeah. This is the second look and for style number 3. I'M gon na grab my hair elastic right now and just take all of my hair and pull it back into a very low ponytail. Just like this, I don't know it's just super simple and easy and cute, and sometimes honestly, I just like having the middle part with the low pony just to keep it out of my face, and sometimes I like to even take these little hairs that come out. Like from my layers, bring those little babies to the front play around with those a few different ways, and there you have it just a simple, easy little low pony and for the fourth style, we're just gon na be doing a cute little low bun in the Middle part, so, obviously taking your hair back, like you did before, and just putting it in a ponytail and you're gon na wrap the elastic around. I do it one time two times three times up until like you feel like you're on your last little loop and then I kind of just put my hair half way through and then leave a little bit, so it makes a cute little bun. This is just what it looks like. I am obsessed with this little look. It'S one of my go-to, I'm always wearing it, and I just feel like it's another cute, simple, easy, easy, easy, hairstyle just to keep your hair at your face, but also make you look. I don't know just like I don't I really just like it. I don't really know how to describe it, but then also you can just take little pieces from the front and just have those hanging down and you have yourself a cute little low, bun and so for style. Number. Five. It'S still using your hair elastic, I'm gon na just flip my hair and get it all nice and messy. I like to flip it and then like run my fingers through the top and then I'm just gon na grab all of my hair at the top and get it into a ponytail and bring it really really high on the top of my head. And then I'm gon na put it into a high bun and let all these hairs like fall down, and I know with that. Some people aren't really into like having the hairs fall down at the bottom. But honestly, it doesn't really bother me and when my hair was a lot shorter than it is right now it just kind of like looked really cute with the hairs like falling down. I don't know I actually don't really mind it that much so this is another. Look that you can do just because these hairs are going to fall, no matter what, but you could also take them and then get a few bobby pins and pin them up here. If you want so and then you just have like a little high bun, but this is another hairstyle and also sometimes I like to just fluff it up a little make. It look super playful and cute, but yeah. This is look at number five and up for style number, six a little bit similar and then what we just did before gon na just take all your hair back, bring it up in the same high ponytail like motion and then you're literally just gon na keep Going keep going, keep going, put it into a high pony, and then I like to take the pieces that are right here in the center, like closest to my elastic and just fluff them and add some body and volume to my pony. Tail just gives it like its own little personality, so you can do this and also just take those hairs that fell back in the bottom of your hair, like in the last look and just put those up with a few bobby pins or a little clip. Something like that, just super simple and easy to do. If you don't want them hanging, but if you do and you don't mind, it's just a super easy cute, fun look style, number, seven, we're just gon na be doing like a messy top knot. I love this. Look because it kind of reminds me of like the model off-duty kind of like from two years ago: cuz! That'S what in this era, style was really popular, but you're. Just gon na bring all of your hair up at the top like this, and then I just take the elastic and wrap it around. My hair, like multiple, multiple times and just kind of like keep going until it feels tight, and then you just like, take it out and if you have any liquid pieces and stuff that you want to like stick under, I just like to grab them. And then just like put them underneath my hair elastic and there you have it just like a messy top knot. Look, I don't know a lot of pieces are falling out, but you guys get what I mean and at these last two styles, which are super simple. So for style, number, eight just gon na grab all the and put it back into like a normal-size, ponytail kind of like lined up with your ears and literally just put the elastic and put it in a little pony. I just think that this was so cute. I like to put my hair up like this like during the day, just because I don't know, I just feel like it gets it out of your face, and it just adds like a little. Something really brings your hair out of like your face and opens it up a lot more super cute, just like self explanatory little little pony and to end off this video with the last look style. Number 9 we're just gon na have to take your hair. Put it back and kind of try to like make a ponytail like you were doing before and then on your last loop around, don't bring it all the way through and just kind of leave it and make a little messy bun. This is also one of my favorites, just the hair style. I do all the time you can also just take out these hairs right here. So I'd like a little something around your face. If you really feel the need - but you don't have to and also sometimes like little hairs like this stick out - and all you need to do - is just bring those little babies right back in and tuck them underneath your elastic. And then they don't go anywhere so that concludes today's video. I know wasn't anything extremely just a few little hairstyles that I like to do that are heatless and just what worked for me and my hair type and if you guys are thinking of cutting your hair. And I get a lot of questions about like you, guys wanting to cut your hair but being scared, because you're gon na miss your long hair. I definitely recommend doing it. It was the best decision I ever made just because it's so like light and free - and I don't know I just really like it there's a lot you can do with short hair. Even if you like to curl your hair, you can even like take a little curling iron and add some waves that will also look really cute. There are hundreds of difference of ways you can style your hair, and these are just some of the ways that I do. I know like I'm, not a hair stylist, I'm not really like good at hair at all. These are just what works for me. What are easy, what are quick might go twos and I just wanted to share them with you guys.
