If you feel like this video is disrespectful to black women and natural hair please watch this video FIRST before you comment. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abWr4I...) that video teaches you how to love your natural natural hair. This video was made for a lady who still couldn't love her hair in its shrunken state, after that video. I don't judge people, I just try to help. Not everyone has a high confidence level like us, this video is for the ladies whose confidence level is a bit lower. If you are just trying to get on this video and show boat how much confidence you have, and how much of a bad bitch you are, please remember, there are about a 100 comments below yours of people saying they really needed this video because they just couldn't find the confidence. Your comments referring to your high confidence doesn't help those who don't have it. It only makes them feel worse for not having it. I do not judge. I make videos for anyone who is struggling with their hair.

(Yes I changed the name, because people were only caring about the title and not what I was actually saying in the video.)

I was just about to put this video on private when I woke up to a bunch of people calling me a dumbass, but as I scrolled through the comments and saw how many thank you's I got, I decided to push through.

P.S. if you were actually listening to the video, I said you only need to do steps 1-5 which is what you should be doing in the first place, washing your face, getting the crust out of your eyes, blah blah. The makeup portion, I literally said, you don't have to do it. This is just what I do because I like makeup.

All right very write it down. What do you mean? I'M ready? Let go no need I'll, be right there. So first things. First, I'm going to be scrubbing my dirty little face using Daddy planets spin brush. Now, if you want to cop this product, I'm definitely going to leave the link to it in the description box below. But the reason I'm doing. This is because, when I roll out of bed and leave the house with grimy little eye boogies and dry swab on the side of my face, I'm more prone to being mistaken for a dude. I don't know why. I think it's because you're not as polished when you don't wake up and do the necessary things to take care of yourself like brush your teeth and wash your face. So, let's make sure we get this done now. I also want to be moisturizing my face with. First blushes rose tip nourishing cream just because throughout the day you can get little Krusty's and just little nose, Krusty's and eyeball Krusty's and kind of what make us so girly and feminine is that we use moisturizers. So we can stay flawless all freakin day. If you know our fan, I mean look at that. I'M happy I'm glowing. My skin looks so clean. Now I oh wait. Wait, wait. Wait. You definitely need to shape your fro. I actually always forget about this stuff. When I leave the house not define your curls but shape your fro just act like she cares this morning. You know what I'm saying so I'll shape my fro, which I'm probably doing a terrible job at, but you know give it as much life as you possibly can just so it looks full and healthy, and you now last and not what's on. What'S the shirt you want to change it? Okay, there there you are. You happy now also take pride in how you dress. So if you want to put on a pink shirt, if you want to put on some earrings just to give yourself some life, I'm not really a big earring wear, but it helps so I mean throwing some earrings shape your fro, just a smidge more and then The next big tip that I have is get some spray get some perfume being feminine. Is you can possibly be? I mean? Not only. Do I smell good by even make sure that my lip gloss is popping. Yes, I like to make sure my lips look juicy and they're not dry and cracking and busting and bleeding everywhere. You want to make sure that you move attractive and honestly, you do not have to wear lip gloss. You can just make sure that your list or moisturized, like that's all hey what what what what whoa whoa whoa we're getting a little bit deeper than I thought we would, but for the sake of this video, I'm just going to give you all what I do. Okay, just everything from the tea I'm going to be using and sizes dip, brow, pomade and their brush, plus Scandinavia's primer spray and la girl Pro concealer, and we're about to snack these eyebrows. You away and again you guys do not have to wear makeup to look feminine or you know, prove anything to anyone. It'S just I like eyebrows because they frame the face and I'm just a makeup person. So I want to show you guys exactly what I do and that's what I'm going to do now right here. I already drew my eyebrows, but they were looking kind of weird, so I'm just cleaning them up with the LA girl Pro concealer. All you do is trace over and it acts almost like an eraser now, once I've blended, all of the concealer out I'll use my finger or I'll use my sponge. I will spray my face with the skin, to Navy of primer honestly that nvn Avia primer is really like key. I will leave it in the description box to be low because when you wet your brush and you dip it into your eyes, brow product, it really draws your eyebrows on smooth and leaves them looking moisturized. So I highly suggested now I'm taking this sponge from Real Techniques and it's literally a diamond. I love it so much I'll spray it with the Scandinavia and then I will use the pointy end to blend out my concealer honestly. This sponge is better than any sponge out there and it's super cheap, like I love how it has that pointed in, so I can really get into my inner corner. I am Telling You like. This is the best thing since sliced the bread. Now I don't see many people use it. I don't see many people promote it, but I'm telling you I live by this. The only sponge I will avoid by it and it really just gets in there and you know, has to really what are you doing doing? Okay, these are the faces you guys to talk about. Aren'T you expensive should much now, once I've blended everything out I'll, be taking my lumi foundation by L'Oreal and I'll just put a few dots underneath the concealer and all my forehead. I really don't like putting things on my nose or really on my forehead, but because I've had some breakouts because I've been eating pizza like crazy, I decided to go ahead and put it on there now I'll, just use the little diamond to blend out everything and I'Ll use the flat side with that Scandinavia primer, like I just showed you guys the primer. The spray really just helps you to blend better. I think that's what it is because look at it blended flawlessly. Now I will be putting on lashes, and I must admit you do not have to wear a full-face to make up to wear lashes. You can get lash extensions, I love it. It just gives you that really feminine look now. The key to putting our lashes is to put the glue on and let the glue dry for about 20 seconds I like to blow on it speed up the process but go slow with your lashes, like I'm, not even gon na see this part up, because I Want to show you how slow you can go with putting on your lashes, like slower, is better just lay them on there. You'Re don't feel rushed, don't feel like you have to do anything right. Then in there just get the placement right. You know I'm saying it's really. I want say it's like brain surgery, but take your time. You know you want to be accurate. You want to be precise. All right, I like to make sure that I get mine as close to my lashline, and I make sure the inner corner is completely completely glued to my lashline, because when your inner corner pops up you just look stupid. Okay, you want to make sure the seams look like your regular laughs, I'm telling you William, I'm taking my time. The lashes are still not completely on there, but that's okay, because I want to take my time to work it out I'll, even take the tweezers and press the lashes and between my own lashes. If you I mean by then just press my lashes in the fake lashes together and then I'll even go underneath the lashes and push them up just so they blend even better, I mean by all means, do not feel rushed when putting on lashes. I feel like that's where a lot of people go wrong, you slap a bunch of glue on there. Then you put the lashes on there and you know you just think you have no time to fix it. So take your time and if you use too much glue and your glue doesn't dry black, it dries like clear or white just get some eyeliner and just cover it up now. Last but not least, I am going to throw on some more lip gloss. I don't know what it is. I just like this NYX pink lip gloss with this shirt, but before I go definitely comment down below some extra tips that you guys might have that can help. Those who may have some issues is on their natural hair journey. So this is pretty much everything I do to regain my sanity. Back to my fro look, I know our lovely male african-american counterpart has type 4 hair as well, and when we make chopped we can easily be mistaken for them. But if you take precautions - and you do at least a few of these tips - I mean you don't have to do them all, because by all means all of these tips from start to finish is what I do. Okay, I like pink. I like pink lip gloss. I'M actually a really girly person, so I totally understand if you don't want to do every single step that I did but at least doing the first five I think yeah probably up and put my eyebrows and maybe one before that. That'S pretty much all you need to do to kind of refresh and regain your femininity back and kind of bridge the gap between you and our lovely male counterpart. So you don't have to be mistaken for a boy anymore. Okay, like I could totally understand why somebody would mistake me for a man - and you know that clip now - I'm not saying it's right, but everybody makes a mistake. So if somebody accidentally mistakes me for a guy, I totally understand in that clip. But if somebody tries to mistake me for a guy when I'm dressed all up, that's just gon na change. Okay. So if you want to bridge the gap between somebody hatin and throw-in change, this is the gap. Okay. But thank you so much for watching my video. Definitely share this video with your friends, because I know a lot of people don't even want to big chop just from the fear of looking like on a dude. So definitely share this video with them to eliminate any of those thoughts, because you can definitely look like a chick with having type 4 hair. I know a lot of people have trouble with that. So definitely share this video and don't forget to subscribe I'll, see all my next one peace out.

Chazzzisawesome: Step #1: Wash Face. Step #2: Moisturize face. Step #3: Shaped fro. Step #4: Changed shirt because the black one i had slept in. (I like pink) Step #5: Put some earrings in. 3:22 Is where I say makeup does not make you look feminine. I just chose to show you guys the rest of my routine because I like makeup.

Marra Joelle: when I first cut my hair my aunt told me that I would look like a lesbian if I didn't wear earrings... What does a lesbian look like? LOL

Jamie Lynn: Lmao I had the longest nappiest hair in grade school and still looked like the most attractive boy ever, length dont matter lol

Cierra Brock: I honestly didn't care if people said I looked like a boy. I thought it was funny, and I even went as far as wearing "mild" guy clothing just to give them something to talk about. Most girls didn't even want to say anything "audible" when I wore guy clothing versus when I wore somewhat girly clothes.

Asha C.: When I had cut my (natural hair) off. I know it was a phase don't judge. Best believe my makeup was on point. My eyeliner was fleeked af. Lipstick poppin. Highlight on high beam, and outfit was slayed honey. I made sure nobody mistook me for sh*t

Valarie Clay: I totally agree. Before my big chop I was only eyeliner, mascara and lip color. Now I feel like I have to put on much more makeup to feel comfortable. Thanks for this vlog

Phyllis Pierce: I don't know how anyone can mistake you for a guy!!! You are too cute!!

Anjolaoluwa Awe: I just discovered your channel- I admire your hair confidence- whenever I wear my hair out the other kids put pencils in it etc so this is so inspiring to me! Please never stop creating content because your videos are amazing. Thanks again, Anjy xox

Christina Lynn: This is just the cutest video! You and Bear are a mess... Last week I had my hair blown out for the first time since I went natural (four years! it was for a blowout class so it was free!) and now you have me ready to go back to curly tomorrow and wear some makeup! Can't wait to have my coils back.

awash_: as someone who may or may not look a little masculine from time to time (i just really like structured button downs and keeping my fro pretty short!!!), this was refreshing. first natural hair video i've seen that says to just shape your fro - which is what i do - rather than list 10 steps to define your curl pattern further.

VonKiah: Great video! I love the tips & I am a make up junkie! Loved the tips on how to channel our inner feminine side even with things that society sees as more masculine. Doing the brows & taking care of your skin is a quick easy way to give our faces a little more life!

Brianna B: I just seen this video and honestly I really needed this. I'm trying to take pride in my hair and love how it looks, but somedays I just don't feel beautiful. I find myself just wishing I had some box braids or any protective style so I wouldn't have to deal with my hair. It made me look unfeminine and it was really damaging my confidence. But this video really helped me gain some confidence back and make me feel beauitful and strong. This video was meant for people who just need that extra boost so they can start loving their hair. She was not being disrespectful in any way. I just want to say thank you because this has really helped me feel like a strong and beautiful black woman.

Naturalchic3: I love this video! Great tips :) Three absolute "gotta haves" for me on my 4c hair journey have been: cute dangly earrings, lip gloss (clear or colored) and some type of head band. Whenever I'm in need of a fem boost, these are my go-to accessories.

SEANA SPARKLE: yeah ladies make sure you leave the house looking clean and polished not rough and crusty!! lol

Gemsmini: Your makeup is so cute! You have beautiful eyes.

Melisa C: 9:40 had me weak but so true! Great video♥️ these steps can really help some of us type 4 natural chicks feel way more gorgeous before we go out

Nisha Leftrict: I love your videos! we have the same hair type, and you give me the inspiration to resist the creamy crack! I'm about a year and a half natural! happy birthday to you! thank you for your positivity!

SilverLotusGirl: Thanks for this. I feel like I have confidence but I'm always concerned with being read as butch or masculine or male if I have short hair and am not all girled up. I may not do a full face with lashes but I can shape my hair, moisturize, pop on some earrings, and do my lipgloss. I am sure this video will help others too.

byoung4eva1: I cut my hair this past november, among many reasons, one of them is to get used to my hair at every stage, and not feel the need to style it, put it in a puff, etc. My fro was big before, and i felt it was too big to just wear out, and i felt like i would look like a boy as well. Now that my hair is growing back from almost being bald, i'm forced to "look like a boy" now lol. I want to grow my hair out/back without much manipulation, and wear it like you wear yours.

Anyah Anthony: This is exactly what i needed!!! thank you!

Jada B: I'm fairly new to your channel and I gotta say that your videos bring me life girl !!! ❤️❤️❤️ I've been natural for a year and a half now and I'm doing my transitioning chop today ! I'm going to film it but Im not sure about uploading it on YouTube lol .

Charmaine Espeut: Your skin is so perfect I didn't even see a difference once you put the makeup on

Shalay Williams: I love your confidence girl!!

Sheronte' Williams: You and Tre Melvin could be brother and sister. Y'all look a lot alike to me. Lol But you are legit the cutest thing ever! I love your videos and your personality. Keep on shining, star! ❤

mesaladee: I hate those days when I feel like I'm looking like a dude. It's so depressing. I'm definitely taking pride in how I dress again. Every girls needs to feel like she still got it. lol!

Jada: I honestly don't see how someone can mistake you for a boy. You already look very feminine to me, even without the makeup. Also, you have very beautiful eyes

Sunshine TV 🌻: I love your natural hair! this video is really good! some people just need to hear this again even if they know it already

Davie High: When you find a YouTuber with hair exactly like yours I could cry

M Branche: Great vid... I emphasize my femininity by rocking some big hoop earrings and heels. Transforms your TWA to a eye catching magnet. Bear rocks a cute TWA...

Lisa Flowers: Your falsies do an amazing job of framing your beautiful green/brown eyes. Great video!

Tk Ooo: Love love love this..I rock my hair like yours a lot! including to my corporate, yes corporate work-place..and my hair texture is kinky and medium/high-density..loves it!! oh and I don't wear earrings,, no foundation (though my eye-brows are always done and have lip gloss) and have never been confused for a boy (though you look very natural still)

go- get her scientist: i love this! Thanks for keeping it real.

Jada Leopold: honestly i feel this. i cut my hair (again bc heatdamage) and i feel SO FREAKING MANLY and its annoyinggg.

maya: you were really going in with that spin brush great tips!!

JoAnn Plummer: you are amazingly hilarious and gawgeous!!! love your vibes and original personality

Moments with Ruth O’kings: I feel so blessed subscribing to your channel. i have struggled with my natural 4c hair since i went natural, God bless you abundantly.

Science1800123406: That blending face made me realize we may be the exact same person. I started watching your channel because our hair is the same. Then i kept watching your channel because our hummor is the same. Now though clearly our derp is the same. I love it keep being yourself. I also get mistaken for a guy if i leave the house with too much struggle.

Africa Revolution: I love this video! I'm three months natural and sometimes I think I look like a boy!

FROWNY FACE: With or without makeup you look freaking amazing.

Queen LeLe: You are beautiful and have beautiful eyes . You don't have to wear earrings , a pink shirt , put on makeup , put on lip gloss, and put on perfume to " look like a girl ". Oh and I had a short Afro before so I completely understand but even though I was teased and told I looked like a boy I didn't care . They even said I looked like side show bob and called me bald headed when I first big chopped . I only wore lip balm , perfume , and sometimes I wore earrings . I didn't care . Now my hair is longer and people want to ask me for tips now . I have 4a hair .

Nataya Jenkins: I know I have had problems with this. A day or two after I did my big chop, and I saw my aunt she literally said I looked like a dude. And she called me gay to another aunt of mine. It was a mess.

Kris Brown: I don't usually wear makeup, but I'm definitely aware of what I'm wearing. I usually try to pop in some earrings. And I use hair accessories! Hair accessories have been my lifesaver. Pop on a cute headband or a clip and that expels all doubt on whether I'm rocking a vagina or not. Then again, if you don't mind being mistaken for a guy, do you, Boo.

Isle of Self: You are great. I usually can't watch videos that are longer than 5 minutes, they get boring. But you're one of few corny and actually honest naturals on YouTube. I like your unique way

Unique Organics Haircare: your hair is beautiful. mine looks exactly like yours in my forked out fro.. I'm learning to love my natural hair.. thanks for the inspiration

wah blah: I'm getting my hair cut short today (cause it's so damaged) and I'm afraid people will say I look boyish so I'm planning on wearing a lot more girly things and headbands and stuff

Zsonya S: I love your video. I do everything except lashes to make me more feminine.

The Basic Christian: I love how u keep it real!! ✊✊

Amy Asselstine: I'm 49 but I've been told I look 32. Seriously! I'm working up to the big chop. I'm sooooo scared. I haven't had a short fro since the age of 11. I was told then, I look like a boy. The difference is there's a lot of product today to make our hair more manageable and im a grown women. Im scared i will look like a guy. Love you channel. :)

Nikita Jones: you're so adorable with and without makeup

Brittany Parks: You make me wanna big chop. I’m already 4 months post and my relaxed hair has thinned out from the breakage.

BlueLily188: Thanks for the lash tips

Tammy Stevenson: Girl you are cute!!! F what the haters say...especially them eyes! Love em! You have a very low maintenance make-up game...that's all we need!

maysek: I'm a new subbie and I want to begin by saying I'm in love with you (I'm not even going to bother following that with "no homo")! Just absolutely completely smitten and I really wish I met you in real life because we would be instant friends. I was feeling down when I stumbled upon your Eco Styler video and your energy just perked me right up. You remind me of Tre Melvin on his "This is a Commentary" channel. You both have pretty eyes and even somewhat similar humor. Check him out!! I just wanted to show you some love because your channel has just changed my mood for the better and people on here are being butt wipes. Keep up the good work. I love you in all your pink glory.

Simone Hardaway: I'm tired of it being like this. We shouldnt have to put on makeup and im glad that u mentioned we dont. And you still look like a girl and some people really think bc a girl has short hair she automatically looks like a boy. Get out of here wit those gender stereotypes bro

Zannie Beauty: This is a great video. I feel like this topic has never really been touched on.

unwritten by LJ: My hair makes me feel 'dudish' sometimes, I totally get, respect and appreciate this vid! Thank youuuuu

Ariel: When I first went natural my brother and sister laughed at me all the time saying I looked like a boy

daisyah: You are so gorgeous I don't see how someone could mistake you for a boy it must be because they didn't see your face

Blessed96: i freaking love you. you saved me from looking like a lil boy. lol

Rachel Plummer: Laying my edges and earrings save me everyday. Also have naturally long lashes help too lol

Ash A: I'm so Triggered By this video lol. you're absolutely gorgeous with out all the extra. people are ignorant

The Telvee Marvie: The lashes sealed the deal. All you really needed was the lashes. You look beautiful in them.

I am Decontée: I don't know how having natural would make a women look feminine. It has nothing to do with the hair. It has to do with the person's facial features. I have natural hair and I've never been mistaken as a male. Without earrings or makeup.

mstamalaj: I def. walk out looking like a guy sometimes and idc but I do feel more lovely when I get done up

Tish Sanders: Really needed the encouragement!

lynette tilo: hey.. love your videos. i have 4c hair and i want to know if protective styles are really protective with 4c hair, what type of protective styles to do and what not to do.

Bae Jing: I think your prominent jawline is beautiful, male or not! You can pull off femme fatale without makeup, just put some product in it.

T Waters: I agree eyebrows, lip gloss, a cute outfit will give any women a polished glow.

Keep The Faith with Tori : You don't need make up but it's Beautiful and it's not too much....Some chics be walking around looking orange.....Bol.....I never tried lashes but want to

Deilia Lewis: I LOVE your videos!

Nzinga Lou: Having androgynous features is so beautiful lol

Marlin Meléndez-Laboy Mrs. Prieto #BusaBabii: Loved it!!!

Jalisia Manning: IDK about y'all but EARRINGS and lip gloss make a complete difference for me!

Aaliyah Emery: I always feel like boys look at me and me with my fro... but some times I just have to do a twist or a braid in the front of my fro

Charmaine Espeut: I need that brush in my life. Everyone with that brush has nice skin

Imani Tsunami: Fucking society with its stereotypes, roles, and expectations. I have nothing to be but myself. You are super pretty though I like your style it suits you

monica JENKINS: I don't wear pink, yet I do wear brights, prints and makeup (primer, lipstick, mascara, and fill in my eyebrows) when I rock my 'fro

Pier Cooper: New subbie. Love your channel.

Chalsey Wilder: Honestly, I can't do all this just to look like a girl. Especially the lashes, lol, I don't understand this obsession with eye lashes being longer. plus boys naturally have longer lashes (so doesn't that mean it is a masculine feature?) It doesn't bother me anymore, I mean, it's not bad to look like a boy unless you think it is.

Ms. Len: Gurl!!! Your eyes are amazing!!!

esther .angel: we see the differnce. it difficult to be feminin with this type of hair. i always wear weave or long braid. because i dont want people mistake... sorry for my english

Merita Kendrick: As soon as I big chopped I got called a lesbian and got called a little boy.

Alyssa Wheeler: OMG. ur brows are flippin beautiful without makeup

Keep The Sabbath: This was right on time needed this

Olivia King: Girl........I have been searching for this video for like 5yrs! It's a struggle to look slayed with a twa. Be looking like a ragged Samuel L Jackson

L K: Your face without makeup is adorable you look so young lol

Taranisha Williams: Love it! what are the two types of lip gloss you use?

Irealla Real Life: Your makeup look is beautiful, I wish I had your eye color

Jarilyn Donawa: Your make up is so simple but still so nice! I have no clue how to do anything with make up so I just don't wear it. I might throw on some lipstick every once in a while though. ps...One More Day!!!!

markita lambert: Hi! I just subscribed not too long ago. I like your channel! I was wondering about how your spin brush works. I recently bought one, but it doesn't work if I face the brush downwards. Does this happen to you?

AC Crafter & Crazy Actress: I get mistaken as a little boy and i have 3a 3b hair short! Even if you just were wearing the cute shirt i would know you are a girl. I LOVE YOUR EYES TOO!

Vaughnie NuNu: Girl you are BEAUTIFUL!!!

Ana Noronha Braz: Beautiful!

Escarlin Cuevas: you're so beautiful and funny

saundrapenix: I don't like foundation on my nose either! I have weird nose skin, and foundation just doesn't look right on it.

Bernice Pezuzu: I like watching you videos . The most hilarious reasons lol. Mistaken for a guy? Lmao.girl u too much. I just had to subscribe

Tiffany Carlyle: Any tips for oily skin?

Simply Shaye: Girl u too much lol btw your skin is flawless

What's Up, Life?: I have made a shampoo for myself from the web (ik this has nothing to do with the video) do you ever get nervous trying new things? castile soap apple cider vinegar vitamin E oil distilled water and essential oil

Felicia Henley: Beautiful!
