What'S up you guys it's your girlfriend here and in today's video I am going to be doing a review on the time old, hair straightening brush. When I do my hair, when I straighten it, I usually use a flat iron, but they sent me this so shout out to them, because this video is sponsored by them by the looks of it. Is it going to get through my hair? All of this thickness and this curly, all of that like is it gon na. Is it gon na straighten this? I don't know that's what we are here for with any type of styling. You want to prep your hair, so what I did was wash and condition with my favorite conditioner use your favorite conditioner. I happen to like these right here. This is the keratin smooth line by Tresemme. Now, as for my styling agents, I always use one type of heat protectant and then I use a serum. I use these two on my hair, of course, not dime sized, but I use a good quarter size and two pumps of each on each section, comb it through detangle - and I let it set put it in these braids and let it set let the hair dry Fully - and this is where we are at right now - I already opened it because I'm overly excited - and I would just wanted to open it and see it, but this is the box right here. It has the detailing on what the straightener does. So it says it is a Auto temperature lock, so it'll lock once you set your temperature, it has stayed consistent just like that international dual voltage sixty minute auto off so once you plug it in it'll, stay on for a whole hour. If you are not touching it, not using it after an hour, it will shut off by itself, so you don't even have to go back and be like. Oh did I did. I shut the straightener off. No, it turned out, for you has a temperature display here right here: it'll display the temperature, sixteen temperature options, so it goes from 170 all the way to 450. When you get the box, you open it. The string, then this little mold right here, take it out, and then you have some goodies at the bottom. Of course you want to know what you're doing so. You have a user manual and then you have a warranty one year, warranty that you can sign up for if it's what happens to not work, of course you can always take it back, they will refund you or you can get something else in the value of Which this straightener cost okay or they will replace it and fix it for you, so that's cool. It also comes with a sleeve put it in there when you want to store it away. It has a heat glove that you can use. I'M probably not gon na use this, but I'm probably gon na use this. Maybe on like one of these sections, where I usually don't use a heat glove, but it's cool that they give you one what else, and it also comes with your clips, durable, very strong, hair clips just a little bit on the features of the brush. It has a 360 turn plug, so, whichever way that you're brushing your hair or, however, you have it in which way direction, it won't tangle on you, so that is pretty cool and then it also comes with a strap to properly stow away the cord okay. So some people will take the cord and wrap it around itself. Technically you're not supposed to do that, because you just grab it and you're ready to stow it away properly, wrap it around dunzo. Now that we have gone through some of the features, I want to show you the actual device. This is what it looks like. It looks like a brush okay, so you could mistakenly, if the cord wasn't here. You could mistakenly mistake this for your actual brush that you use on your hair, but please do not stick this in water. That is stated in the manual because it is not waterproof. The bristles are very short, they are, you know, very durable, so that is how I know that this will get through this. However, I do wish just the slightest bit that the bristles were a little bit longer, but I feel like they're shorter, for a reason, these are the buttons you can up/down the temperature and then this is of course, the button to turn it on. But that is what the brush looks like: let's see if it works, what I'm gon na do is: let's do the back section. I always work from back to front twist. This lose the clip. This is the side that we are working with. My hair is already detangled and prepped, as I said earlier after you plug in your device. It will automatically default its temperature to 350 degrees and from there you can turn it up to your desired temperature. You can turn it back down, you know and get it on the cooler side, it's totally up to you and for your hair type. Now, if you guys are anything like me, you want to read your manuals. There may be some things that you missed, or you think you know, but you don't and it's here right here so by reading the manual there is a temperature guide for different types of hair. There is different types of temperatures so forth in damage bleach, hair. 173. 10 is a good temperature to use for dyed, dark, colored hair. We can take on a little bit more so from 332 350 s, a good temperature for normal, healthy hair, a good temperature would be 370 to 390 and then for thick difficult to style, hair. You want to set it to 410 to 450. The world is your pickle. I don't think I want to do 450. I might just hit this at 400 and see how that works and if it's not really straightening how I want it to then I'll just turn. It to like 420, but I don't know if I want to do 450 in the manual. It also states that your hair is not supposed to be damp or wet so make sure your hair is fully dry before you put this on, because once you put heat on wet hair, it creates steam, and it doesn't give you the straighten that you want. So I am going to do this in sections because I don't think I want to comb that through my whole head, so I'm gon na do it in sections. Let'S go. It just says that you comb your hair, as you would, with any straightener or with any brush comb, your hair, as if you would with any brush um. The only thing is, I really don't think you should press this on your scalp, because the bristles is the heating element. So you don't want to burn your scalp, but you brush it in any which direction that you want your hair to be straightened and stuff like that and I'm just slowly brushing it through and as you can see, that's nice, that is nice Wow. Also, when I straighten my hair, usually I use the flat iron and then I chase it with a brush so that I can get a smoother pass. But with this you don't even have to do all that, and I like it is what my hair looked like, and this is what it turned out to be, so that is not bad, that is cool and it takes very less effort. All you got ta do is comb see how innovative I kicked it up to 4:30. I can't even see it, but I kicked it up to 4:30. Another see there's still like this one section in my hair that is curly right here. I'M gon na do the rest of my hair and then I'm gon na come back with the rest of the details. My thoughts and all of that stuff, so I'll be right. Back now that you've seen everything, these are my final thoughts. Okay, this is what my hair looks like after about 45 to an hour of me, just brushing it as you've seen I did each section individually and then within each section I brushed it and then I brushed it all together. Then I flipped my hair over and I brushed it that way in every which direction I could. I brushed my hair for about 45 to an hour. Okay, usually when I Flatiron my hair, it takes about an hour to thirty minutes, so it did cut me out on time. However, it did not get my hair as straight as I thought it would um. Obviously you know my hair is more of a blown out straight instead of a bone straight um. If that makes sense, my hair is not super super straight they're still like this is. This is more like a a yaki, a yaki type of straight. Instead of like the Asian straight, if that makes sense, um my hair is still frizzy. If I go over it with a flat iron, then you'll see it'd be really nice and crisp, especially on the ends and stuff like that, but um. Nevertheless, it's still very convenient and it's still a very good product. I do want to add that this hair straightener brush does not get as close to the root as you want it to so. Your roots at your edges is not going to be as straight. You would have to go over it with a flat iron on the naw. This hair brush straightener is a goal for me. The link for it would be down in the description. If you guys are interested in purchasing it, it is very affordable. It'S very convenient. If you have like not hair like mine, then this is definitely a pass for you. You don't have to do much, but just brush and go. I get that that's the concept, but for natural hair it takes a lot more than a brush and gold type of effort. So this is what you get. So if you guys are interested like, I said, the link will be down in the description down down down in the description like comment subscribe, and I thank you guys so much for watching I'll, see you in the next video

Honeychick 4ever2: I'm so glad you mentioned about the brush not getting to the roots. The roots are one of the important parts of getting it laid straight. No one wants to flatiron their hair and end up with puffy roots. It's a waste of time. I'm glad you gave us an honest review. Great video!

K9doglover: Which version do you recommend for my short, layered thin bob?❤️

The NYC ndn: Howzit sis? Long time! Before using a heating tool you definitely should try the REV AIR dryer. Get one of those and additional heating tool will glide through your hair leaving a straight look without all the damage.

alaia lopez: Great review but I prefer my Karmin straightening brush.

Olivia Brown: Gorgeous hair! I would love to see you do a review of Straight Silk Spray with Argan Oil by JuniorLabs. It really keeps my hair silky smooth ❤️❤️

Jacklyn Tilomai: Can I ask u whats the best straightener for ur type of hair? I need a good straightener. Or what do I use?

AZRAEL_FURY (Itz-azi babyyy)💕: So JUNK! My hair is so curly cuz I get Hawaiian and German and Japanese THICK KINE HAIR

June Harrigan: Next time do smaller sections

ariana wakakuwa: I’m born and raised in Hawaii. Hope you’re from Hawaii with your YouTube name being what it is.

Echelon: That hair looks extremely dry & damaged, over processed and very brittle. Using any form of heat is probably the last thing your hair needs. Just my opinion.

Mateo John: Girl that’s a blackmarket Tymo, Tymo did not send you anything! You went to the flee market and bought a knock off tymo
