A really easy way to know if short hair will look good on you, and it explains why my sister looks so much better with short hair. All you need is two pencils and a measuring tape. The first pencil underneath your chin, you place the second one at the base of your ear, and then you measure the distance between here and here. If the distance is greater than two and a quarter inches then longer hair looks good on you. If it's shorter than two and a quarter inches, then short hair will look good on you, thanks for watching follow for more

Nyltiac: To the people in the comments, it’s supposed to essentially be a way of measuring the length of the bottom of your nose to your chin to see if the bottom of your face is short enough for short hair to look “good”. This is because the bottom of the ear is generally close to where the bottom of your nose is but keep in mind if you have low or high ears this isn’t an accurate way of measuring at all. Also this is a very simplified way of seeing if short hair works best because many things come into play so don’t solely rely on this method.
