Tell me if you have gone and you want to be able to get two day, hair or three day hair, but you don't know how to do it because you wash your hair every day. Well we're making it easier, the more you wash it! The more work you have to do so, let's figure out how we're gon na conquer two day, hair and i can give and give you tips for three day hair. I have just a couple things that i want to show you real quick, like i'm, going to be giving you a little demo on what to do with this blow, dryer with salt and sea spray, along with how i'm gon na use the flat iron. Today, when i do my hair - which i love this one, if you haven't seen the tutorial that i already used where i did this one - it was a quick tutorial, but this is the coolest brand new tool. I'M gon na take these puppies off because they're really good with flat ironing, but not the curl part, but this is a steamed flat iron and it is amazing next thing on the list is we have some dry shampoos now these dry shampoos are different from one Another, and so they can actually help you out on day 1, hair day 2, hair day 3 hair and longer to make it so that you can get longer time in between each hair wash and your hair can still emboss. Lastly, i have just a couple different products that i have here, that i may or may not be using today. Kind of depends on the condition that my hair is in, so whether your hair is dry or oily or just dry on the ends. How it is is how you decide how you're gon na take care of day two or day three hair first things. First, that i wan na address is: if you wake up on day, two or day three hair, and you have this bed head in the back. How we're gon na address that is water, salt and sea spray, and your blow dryer, so you're going to take a little bit of water and get that in the back and you're also going to spray the salt and sea spray on it. Next you're going to take your blow dryer and you're, going to dry that part while brushing it down and fixing the back so crazy, hair or not we're gon na go in and then we're gon na dress this with okay. This brush right here, i'm gon na, have you zoom in here a little bit closer? Sorry, if there's any hairs in it, but this is a nylon plus bore bristled brush. So hopefully you can tell by the camera that it's not just a paddle brush and that part is important because what it does is it holds on to the hair a little bit better and it makes it so it's going to help you get that volume and That grip, which is going to smooth out the hair a little bit more all right, so i'm going to take that we have like a wet crown right, we're pretending for right now that i have water mixed with the salt and sea spray that i sprayed right. There so you're gon na go in and you're just going to address that we're gon na come up and we're gon na blow it different directions address how the hair is laying and make sure we take care of that all right. So my hairstyle that i had yesterday and what's left over today is just a slight wave, and i can continue on with this or i can curl it. The coolest thing, though, about this flat iron, is that since it is steam normally, you cannot curl a hair. After you straighten it, but with this steamed flat iron, you can it's pretty dang epic, so i will be able to curl it some and show you an example today, but the other cool thing about this hairstyle is even if you don't have one of these all You'Re needing is a little bend, and so it you can probably get a slight bend anyways, even if you did flat iron it yesterday, you're, probably still good so to determine on what i do with my hair. I feel on how it is for this hairstyle that i have it needs to have a lot of different texture in it. So how i got my texture yesterday was this dry shampoo powder and dry, shampoo and hairspray, and i what i did was i put it through my hair at the crown and then i just came through here and worked it on all the way through sorry, you Can'T see me very well on this one, but then i worked it all the way through the hair, instead of just doing it at the roof, and when i bring it forward. Okay, then, when i am just like messing with it, see how it's already messy, that is how i did it yesterday, but today what we want to do is, since it is a little more dry now, i'm going to be introducing an oil. So long actually has this new setup. It'S really really cool. There'S a one, a two and a three and the one is for like the first day right after you blow dry, your hair you're gon na go in and put the one. The two is like you're. Getting really greasy this one is used less than this one, because my daughter steal this one for me, but so this one was what i used yesterday and again, i just came through the hair and i did get it in the roots, but i also brought it On up through into the hair, to get the hair more of that dried, texturized look and it actually worked really really well. But today, because i want my ends to not look so dry, i'm going to introduce the number three and the number three is an oil. So because my hair is short, i definitely don't want to have the oils up to our roots because we're getting more oily right. So i'm actually going to spray my hand, and then you i'm going to put this all through my hair down on these ends, and you can see that that oil is really starting to wake up the hair and it helps it give it more of that. Pc. Look too again, though: that's why it's important to not get too much. So that's what you can do on the day three hair. So i'm going to start this out and i'm going to part it off. So i got my thermal protector here. So i'm going to spray that in and then it does need to dry before i go in, but normally on day. Two and three i try really hard not to touch my hair with any heat. The more you're touching your hair with heat, the more you're annoying. It so less is always better and we want to keep the ends from out, get it from getting really dry too, and i have a product here that i'm going to use at the end. Now, if you've ever seen, one of my tutorials, you know that i love to educate and give you give you ideas. Not necessarily do you not need to just go out and buy everything i use, but if you feel like it's something that you need, i'm gon na give links and everything below of where i get everything that i need. If you find anything from makeup to clothing, to whatever you can too, this shirt is sold out, so you can't there, but there's always this group in the description below you find all of the information that you need. This is let me turn this on. I wanted to make sure i turned this on with you, so you're gon na listen, because this is the steam. This is where i put the water in and then i turn it on, and then i had it at the heat setting this part's really important. So right now i set that to 355.. I normally have my iron at 390 410, but because i want to create a light weight, then i'm going to turn it down so that i'm not going to give get a stronger wave. And then i hit the steam button and you hear that sound and then it actually the dial changes really really quickly and we're almost there and there we go so we're at 355, the thermal protectant has dried, and now all i'm gon na do is create this. So you hear that noise, that's that steam coming through and i just want some type of wave and where i have this at the lower heat setting, so you're not gon na see strong waves here. This is on purpose to just be a very light wave. That'S up and coming around now my goal isn't to curl my whole head again: it's just to create a little more volume and then i'm going to come in here with this dry shampoo paste and wake back up that root. So the goal is make the ends. Not look dry and remove some of that oil look for day, two hair, i'm gon na. Do it again on this side, and i just how i know is okay. This one has a wave, so i'm gon na take this one. That'S a little more straight and i'm gon na twirl it back and see what kind of wave i get out of it, and then i'm gon na make it go through. If i ever curl it more than i want, i just flat iron, it till it gets to the desired curl that it uh. I want it to be finished at. Let me do the back really fast that one's hard to show you and i'll come right back. So we're in our next section and this one, the bottom one doesn't really matter if you have much curl or not, but this one i'm really just gon na dissect. What i want so remember, less is more when it comes to heat on day two and day three, the more you cannot mess with your hair, the older it is on your second day, hair, the better with having short hair. I have to be careful too, not using too much product. So that's what we're gon na do. Okay, you hear that sound. That'S the steam come on through, and then it just gives me that nice loose curl and then i just decipher where i want from there. Okay and then again, i just find a couple pieces, not my whole head of hair really and truly. This is going to take you five minutes, especially if you have short hair, because we're just building that back up and then adding just a little bit more dry. Shampoo and again, i'm just going to come right through here all right, we're coming back around and i'm just going to make that little bit of wave. So, in the very front, this is where you want to be more aware: we're trying to build the volume up here and then come down, and i really do want this front part to kind of make a wave excuse me make a wave back. So i'm gon na come in here and come up and then i will come around and then it just gives that volume and that push-up right there and then on this side. I think i'm just gon na leave this side alone, and just let it let it go. Okay, on day two hair, you want to see and determine if you're gon na either keep one hair behind the ear move. Your your part a little bit differently, and so you kind of gauge it based off of the amount of volume that you have from that. First day moved on to the second date or how it feels for me, this side of my hair feels like it has less volume and this side it feels like it has more so before i had more of a it's, not full center, but a center part. So today i think what i'm gon na do, since this side has so much good volume and this side doesn't i'm just gon na, let that ride out and i'm gon na move it over to here. This also helps take away some of the look of oily hair, so i'm gon na go in with this um. The number one still and i'm gon na put that right in here at the root and mess with it in there and then i'm going to determine what i want to do with this part and a lot of times. I can leave it alone, so i am being over dramatic with my part, and this is where you get such good volume is being over dramatic with it and creating that volume um some people say how do you get that and it's because a lot of people When you are doing it, you go like this. Well, we want to bring it back. Okay, so bring it back and then decide from there what you want and remember, with dry shampoo you have to sometimes it can look chalky. So as long as you just keep moving it, it will take away that chalkiness. Look it should your dry shampoo should definitely not make it chalky but keep moving it, and then that helps you to get rid of that chalky look, so i can either then go with one behind my ear, which i love that look with short hair, um and Then let me just fix this part. A lot of it is just messing with it so and i'm gon na mess with this front part right there, okay, and that is what i do and then i'm just gon na go in with an oil. This one's called remedy this one smells so good and i love it, but a little bit not much at all, and then this is gon na be on my ends. One it's gon na wake up the ends, but two it's gon na help them not look so dry and with this look we definitely want a pc, a pc, look and then you can hair spray it. But, to be honest, i don't even really use hairspray much on day two, because i already have pro products in place. So i just kind of leave it alone. There you go so there's my hair on day two. I can't see the back so don't judge, but here you go and, like i said, the goal is to keep your hair not looking oily to not use as much heat, but to make your hair look awesome that you do not have to wash it on day. Two or day three, the next, the very left final thing will just be for day three hair or longer. You just want to make sure that you're gon na use like this number two one, because it really helps remove those oils and you're going to make sure you want to keep an oil in the ends to really liven it up and not look so dead. Remember less is always more when it comes to using product on the other days, so that first day you can use more product on day two and day three you want to use less product because then you're getting a lot of build up right.
