It'S Jocelyn McClellan here I have been asked numerous times how in the world, I do my hair at the it's time that I address it it's time, it's time that I address it, so I'm gon na walk you through how I do my hair. I like to blow-dry my hair and then apply my makeup. I don't know why I better do so. I get the hot sweaty stuff over first, but before I blow my dry, my hair, first of all, I'm in love with this. This is my new favorite thing. I got this from my hairdresser right here. It'S called milkshake and it smells like a cupcake. I got this for my hairdresser as just a sample and she's gon na get more because I am utterly obsessed with this. So this awesome leave-in conditioner, absolutely love it, and then I go in with a couple options of things that I put my hair now every day. Do I do this? No, it depends on how much time I have, but I'm a huge fan of Aveda, and so I have this style prep, this little style, prepper right here, and also this be curly. So, with the be curly, of course, I just put it in my hair on the days that I want to go curly and today I'm going to show you the curly, because that's what I get asked on all the time and another day I'll show you how To do straight and make it PC in front so I'm gon na get these in my hair get my hair blow-dry. I have just a normal hot tools, but I have been hearing amazing things about the Dyson hair blow dryer, how much it's better on your hair and it does it quicker. So if you have a Dyson, would you please leave a comment below on how much you like it, because I think I need it. This takes too long. It takes too long and I hate it real quick. Can you imagine how long it would take? If I didn't have this, I have the underside of my hair shaved. I have a really long neck line. I used to live in Texas, where it was hot and wet all the time, and I work out a lot and I just get tired of this part. My hair would never stay looking finished because I had that part shape. So you don't have to shake that part of your head, but I do and I love it. Nobody ever sees that it's shaved under there. I don't really pull my head up if you're worried about that. In fact, I never pull my hair up and on chance I do I don't care, so go shave, your head, you might like it all right. I'M gon na put these products in real fast today, I'm gon na do the smooth, smooth infusion style, prep, smoother and I'm gon na get that all in and then I'm gon na go in with be curly, because today I'm curling my hair, I'm not stuck to One line I use them all, but I do love me some Aveda, all right. Let'S do this. I want to stress to you. I turn it on a lower heat, especially when I'm doing right in here, because this is where I have natural curly like breakage, your hair is my hair, never really grows here, and it's always breaking. You know just this little natural curl piece right there, but so I turn on low heat, so it's not disrupt disrupting that okay. This is when I get my makeup on. I love my hair kind of sit so all that heat beds in it all that moisture, because sometimes I don't let it dry all the way like right here you can feel it. I am going to be so I create cut my hair. I used to have this side longer and I recut my hair because I recut it. I just had it cut a hat cut so that I could have the ability to part it wherever you want to now. One thing you might notice is that your hair is starting to lose its body. Guess what change your part over to the other side? It might feel weird at first you're not used to it, but just by moving your part around you're gon na get more volume, and I also recommend when you blow dry blow drying it all different directions to help give you a little more body. Well, I do before I get started on my hair and I'm gon na put this in right now, anyways before I wash my hands to apply the makeup on my face, is I actually put dry shampoos in before I ever even do my hair. This has allowed me to number one. I have some texture to work with versus being so clean and so smooth and number two. It actually helps the grease day, one for me much better than not wearing it on the very first day. So I get it in my Lucy areas, which is about right here and right along here right along here, because that's where you always when you're tucking, your hair, you're, always touching your hair there. I love this one. This is the living proof. I love this bad boy, there's a couple of them that I really truly like. I love this living proof one and I love Monat. Those are my very favorites. I love the mica one, but these ones and the Monat one has just won the game. For me. It'S just winning like a lot. Okay. So now that I have you got that in rub your hair all around okay and then I'll worry about my part later. In fact, I'm probably gon na just have it be sitting like this. I'M gon na wash my hands and apply. My makeup see ya in a second, oh okay, that is done now. It'S actually time to curl my hair. Now here's my thing I just barely chopped off my hair so before I was using this bad boy right here. It'S really cool, it tells you it's 1 in 1/4 inch, but now, since I chopped it off, I had to bring back my handy dandy little all there. I'Ve had this baby from college or something I'm not gon na. Tell you how many years that was, but it wasn't yesterday, so I what I do so there's two different things you can do. If you have the hair that's kind of in between you, don't want to have little teeny, tiny curls. You can do your longer areas where I have my a line. You can do longer areas with your big one or you can interchange or you can just do a little trick that I do with my Conners. So I can show you how tight like how loose of a curl it's gon na, be with this bed board, but most of the time now, I'm going in with this one cool thing too, is: if you only have this bad boy and you have a teeny Tiny one bring out the teeny tiny one, and this one and you mix it up change it up. You'Ll have one cute cute haircut. I am right now in the point where I am parting, my hair more down the center. I don't care about having a perfect center part or okay. Maybe I do cuz. I have a little bit of OCD okay, but it doesn't have to be too perfect alright. So I got me a center part now, so you can do two things. You can either ban this baby up and do it like so so that you're, starting with your underneath or you, can just free fly it like. I do on this side, so I'll show you so going in with the going in underneath I have to use the one inch versus the 1 and 1/4. So this is what I do. I do not use the middle or the ends I do not use and when I pull down, because I want those to get a little bit of heat. So if you have frizzy hair, giving it that little bit of heat helps take away that frizz. So I only pull you know, have that mushy note, but because very loosely I pull it on down, I'm taking out any frizz that I might have all right and I'm going away from my face. Okay, now, when I have a really long hair - and I want to stick to the one inch - what going versus going bigger, what I do is I curl it all up, but I leave it really loose, so this isn't pull tight. This is just a it's. Not even like it's so movable so as I'm going down it's staying loose all this is staying loose and then it has that curl that pull right in there, but I can also go in and manipulate it White's heart and make it. So it's not quite so high or tight, so it's not so tight and I can loosen up that curl. Do it again right here, so I don't go up to the top of the shaft. I go about mid length and then, as I, this is loose a pull. This stays loose and then I'll finish it out, grab it and I'll make it. So it's not so tight of a curl, it's really hot, so you're loosening up that girl and that's how I get a bigger curl. If I don't have a bigger curl here works like term now, if you have a bigger curling iron and you don't have the littler one, yeah good luck with that, but what you can, especially if you've chopped off your hair and your little shorter. I highly recommend getting a new one, there's also much better curling irons out there than I recommend, but you know what I'm kind of at the point where I just don't care. I make sure I don't turn it to the hot, the hottest heat and I try not to curl my hair everyday, usually the rest of the days I'll curl. It tight like this and the rest of the days. If I have to pull in just one or two little girls than I will but but I just do a lesser curl, the rest of the time - and I usually wash my hair every three days or so - I'm not one that gets to go forever. Okay, now on this side is when I started from the farm work, my back, but on this side I start from the back and work my way front, but again, I'm always going along away from the face. Okay, I'm gon na pull in this bigger curl. Now, honestly, though, if you this one scored shorter, if you had a bigger curling iron and not a smaller one, one thing that you can do: if you don't have the money to go, buy a smaller one is at when it still has that heat you can Pin these curls up so that they're, tighter than what that barrel is leaving your ends out there we go that did a little bit violent, but there are little pins like this and you're just going to pin the hair the direction it's going. So it's just gon na stay like that, and you can turn it so that this has a little twist to it and pin it up. If you want sorry, but that is what you can do, if you want to get a tighter curl and you do not have one on hand or you don't have the money to get one on hand, and then there is your curl. I would let us sit longer than that clearly until it's nice and cool, but this is with the bigger side. Now, with the bigger side, I have to do an extra step, because I wanted to have a little bit more curl than what it is can give me and I'll show you that after I get it for a cut like this, I do have to go into The smaller corner - because I just cannot get what I need with that, but your curling iron, the back of my hair. I am going to do the smaller curling iron that one is super hard. So, in the back, what you can do is see if you have the big corner, you're going in and just making a curl and then afterwards you can go back into the top and then create at tighter curls so that it has that look of an actual Spot your spiral versus just that old-school, curl that we haven't done since the 90s. Oh, my gosh, those were the days and boy do I have some doozies of pictures, but I'm pretty sure I'm not gon na share with you with this little piece right here that I have Jim is iluminati. So what I do with this little guy is. I go in ever so carefully and I just pull it through, but here's the thing normally. I make sure that I mess with this. The very first step that I take that way that my curler, my curling iron is not very hot. So anytime, you have fragile pieces like that. Have a hair, Oh anytime, you have fragile pieces like that to curl them when you're curling iron isn't as hot, because they're already fragile, they're gon na take the curl just fine. You do not need that high heat on them, so that is usually the first step. I take okay, let's pretend the back of my hair is all girls see how this side is way looser than this side? So what I do with that big hurry urn is, I go in, but this time I'm pulling up higher this time, I'm pulling it up. Wait. Let me get down low, let me get down low, so you can see this air. I get down way lower higher and I'm going to go closer to root, see all this that's left out. Okay, then I'm going to slowly curl all this and pull it out. Come here little lady work with me: twirl, it all around make sure she is a nice curl cool down your hair before you. Let go see how I got her in the shape that I want her. I got her where I want her okay, she's cooling down. I'M calling my hair she cuz she is, and then I have more of a tighter curl than what I had just a second ago. So I will do that. I'M just specific pieces that I feel are more at the top of my hair and I will go to the hair shaft root. I will go to the hair shaft. I will go to the root all the way up here, pull it out and hold it here in place till it cools, and this is just what I have to do when I don't you have that smaller curling iron, if I have the smaller curling iron, this Would not be problem, so these are options for whatever you have. This one does take a longer time because you're having to go in and have your hand, but look at how much little curls actually stay there just by holding them. So I'm going to go back in just for time sake with my smaller one and show you. I will take these anything that's up here. I will take it to the root instead of like the center of the shaft just so that I can get more volume. All right, I'm gon na do the back since the midden cuz. I want you guys to see how cute it is, so I don't have a mirror that I can see the back. So what I do is, I just fill you can fill and you can also look underneath here and see which ones aren't curled so I go in. I try and hold my hand as straight down as I possibly can, instead of holding it like that, I hope. Try and hold it down so that I'm getting that actual spiral, and then you have your little curls. We get to finish it. Look how cute this is what's fun to with having a nice blunt new cut. Is that your ends are really blunt and it's super. It just gives it a whole new. Look that I absolutely love okay, now to make sure that I got my underneath. I just turned my head to the side here. Look in the mirror and see - and this is the joys of having it shaped. Underneath too, is that it's much easier to see and fill which what's not curled, it just is, and it's just easier and then I'll grab this like this and see which don't have curls. So I think we're good. Alright. Now and my look, I forgot this bad boy to end my look. This is one of my very favorite things, so I have a couple different options here. I have this Aveda right here now this it goes it's it goes in as a powder, but it turns into a cream. It'S super super cool, but you don't want to jostle this around very much because the more jostle that gets the more turns on the cream and then it's not doing any good. So it actually goes on as a powder and then when you touch it, let's see when you move it around. Look at that it's turning whoa! I didn't get that part it's turning into the cream. You see that isn't that so super cool. So now it's all a cream, so I'm gon na take that and I that makes me have PC ends little beach wave ends. I love this stuff and then I also have another product that I love it. I love this stuff, so this is the NYC TKG cert uh igj TKG. Yes, IG k right here. It has really good texturing on the inside. You can tell how it looks really good texturing on the inside, there's almost like little stamp pieces in it and that's what helps me so I kind of just rough up my hair. I don't leave them in the exact curls and this sucker. If you use too much of this, it can make your hair really heavy, so you just want to make sure that you don't do that other than that go for it girlfriend. I love this stuff. Okay, that is how I get my lucky. I got all my pieces, you can see the back. If I miss a piece. I apologize. Okay, there she goes, and that is how you do this hair. Oh hairspray use whatever hairspray you want. I have I'm really picky with hairspray. I wouldn't have a strong cold, but not be like in clumps all over my hair, so I got this one. Just at the convenience store this nexus, I like it can be in the store grocery store. I like it and I will lift hairs up spray them and then plop down my top pull off down my top yep. That'S what I do so. This is how this is my blonde bob. It'S a line, a line, it's not stacked. I have the back shaped underneath it's a line is just texturized, so it's not too heavy on the ends, but that depends on your hair and how thick it is or thin. It is all depends on your preference, so I have her loosen mine up a bit. So it's not too thick and bulky because I feel like I look like a mom when I have too thick and bulky lens without is with my face so, but I am lovin fresh cut the fresh lines, love it. Okay, if you have any questions, let me know also, let me know if you tried that Dyson border or like really, I want to know if I need to invest in me, this is actually a really fast cut, a really fast hair job really fast, hair job. It'S a really fast hair job, but blow-drying it blows like no. So if you use that Dyson bow dryer, let me know because mama would love some help and if you have any products that you love that I'm not using in here, comment below and tell everybody what works best with your blonde bob or your bob. Whatever you think, because there's a lot of products out there that we just don't know about that, everybody can use so Jocelyn McClellan here with fit mission. Makeup have a great day, we'll talk at you later.

Cheyenne Henderson: I find this very helpful! Thank you. I curl my hair similarly, but I especially love the tip on how you release the curl to eliminate frizz without having to clamp it and pull! That's what I do, or lightly straighten. So glad I found your videos.

Lynn Brandt: Adorable style, great tutorial. Thank you!

Amber Joy Olson: Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial! You are so fun to watch! ♥

Andrea Ramos: Love love love this tutorial!!! I just did my hair aaand your suggestions works perfectly loveee it!!! Thank youuu

кαяєη нαℓℓ 𓆉: Thank you! Just cut my hair and having the hardest time. Going to do this. You're hair is gorgeous!!! ❤

Jade Macdonald: I just had my hair cut like this yesterday, and was trying to figure out how to do beach curls ( as that's what the hair dresser put in when she styled it ). Thank you for this tutorial ❤❤

Vicky Horgan: Love your hair, makeup and tutorial! So cute! I have cake the wave maker texturizing spry I got from Walgreens and it smells so good maybe like lemon candies! or cotton candy! Kendra volume hair spray is good also from Walgreens. You can lift your hair or curls up a little and spray some underneath and kinda scrunch up to hold the volume. I have heard some girls in videos say they put some of these on before curling their hair like mousse, texture sprays, hair spray and heat protector sprays or dry shampoos to help the hair hold a curl. One was using an aerosol texturizing spray, I think ogx might make one amoung others I'm sure. I like the piecy look too and have had some pomade in the past but don't remember which brand. It was one a hair stylist recommended.

Patty Raschel: Thanks for this! I’ve always struggled to get my hair to curl like that and other videos never helped or explained like this.

Amy Taint: Great styling tips, esp. ones about that delicate hair some of us have in the front Love your choice of hair cut & color. So helpful for beach waves, and such fun/funny video - thank you!

shelly hornbostel: Awesome tutorial!! I started using the IGK broken dreams texture paste after watching this and I love it!! Any advice on something similar that you've tried? I just went to reorder the IGK and it's not available anywhere! Thank you

Deirdre McAdams: You are such a cutie. Thanks for the tutorial. I am growing out a pixie into a bob and still have quite a bit to go in the front, but getting there. Finding styles to get me through the grow out is a must and your curling suggestions are helpful. Thank you.

Vicky: After watching this video, I went and had an undercut.... OMG, best decision I have ever made. Thank you for showing us, only my family know that its there, its fantastic! xx

Candice Parton: Girl my hair is super short but long enough to make beach waves it whatever you wanna call them.. Haha. You did such a pretty job with ur curls, esp as fast as you went. I will be following your technique for sure! Thank you sweetie. Also, you are so fortunate to have thick hair. I wish I did! That's for sure. Happy curling!

Margaret Moore: Thanks for the tips. I love your tutorial. I have a tip I would like to share. What I also like to do to lift my hair at the end of the style is to take my separated fingers and go under the hairline from the neck up to loosely grab my head on each side to lift the hair slightly underneath. I can do this anytime throughout the day if I need a hair lift for fullness around my face. Once I do that I can pat down the top to make the correct shape.

anca182: So glad I found you! My hair was just cut this way, and it's been wicked trying to beach wave it. Great tutorial! Amika has a product called Velveteen Dream for smoothing before you dry. They also have Haute Mess Texture Gel. I found using a little holds the curl. PS: You're adorable!

Donna Southwick: Love the video! And I've been growing out a very very short pixie for the last eight months or so and the back is almost collar length and the front is still kind of at my chin but I am definitely heading for that blunt a-line bob you have, I just love the way it looks and I love the way you can style it. I jokingly have what my hairdresser called Shamwow hair, which means I have very fine hair, I have a lot of it, and it sucks up water and hold it forever LOL she uses a blow dryer called The Epic Nano Pro, and it will dry my hair completely in about six minutes. I cannot recommend it enough that's how much I love it. Now for some people it might be a little pricey, it was about $200 but it's about the best $200 I've spent on a styling aid ever. Did I miss a list of the hairstyling products that you used? Or can you throw them into the description? Thanks !

The Brunette Press: Love this tutorial! I recently cut my hair just like yours and I can't way to try this

Gayle Elliott: I have the Dyson dryer and it is amazing. Anything that saves time is great. It has a relatively quiet motor is good for spouses with different wake times. It’s faster, has three heat, three air speeds and the cool shot. It has three magnetic attachments; so easy to get on/off. My hair is shiner and healthier now.

Debra Walters: Jocelyn thank you for the wonderful tips! You are adorable

Karen Nadherny: Thank you for posting this! Your hair always looks great!

Caroline Brown: I’m a fan of the T3 hairdryer. Dries my hair quickly and gentle heat. You can find it discounted at Costco.

Janice Gibson: I have a Dyson hairdryer, it’s amazing! It definitely dries in half the time and my hair really does look smoother (I have thick curly hair)

Sherry Lynn: OMG you are adorable. That was the most informative video I’ve seen. My hair is long and I’m contemplating a medium hair style similar to yours only longer in the back. I love Aveda too but I did not know about the cool potion. Thank you girl!

Amber Hope33: I have the dyson dryer I love it! It dries my long hair in about 10 minutes whereas any other dryer takes 20-25 minutes, my hair is color treated and it used to break in small 2 inch pieces from the harsh heat, it also was frizzy. Now my hair is shiny with no more breakage! The dyson is very light. The best tip I can give is, when you're using it ! Point the dryer downwards, because sometimes if u go crazy you'll get tiny knots because it's so powerful! I hope this helps and that if you make the investment you love it as much as I do! Another good thing to know is that with its technology the dyson adjusts its heat every 20 seconds so your hair doesn't burn! I also use WEN hair care and together my hair no longer looks like a Brillo pad! I bought my items at QVC so I could pay monthly! Good luck! I hope this helps! Xo

Cindy Kaufman: You are hilarious. Very fun to watch. I just cut my hair off into a bob again so I’m going to try your curls method! Also, I got the Dyson hairdryer for Christmas. Really love it. I think it’s less damaging, might even help that little piece in front that’s always breaking? I also put the Monat oil on my little hairs to nourish them a bit & stop the breakage (it’s very dry where I live). Thx for the fun tutorial!

Seasyns4: Absolutely nothing but Dyson! It's pricey, and priceless! Makes hair look and feel like a salon finish EVERY time. Makes a huge difference when styling. Highly recommend! I love your hair! Great tutorial. I just got a beach waves haircut! You helped immensely on how to get those curls, just perfect! Thank you! Go Dyson!

Barbara Moore: Totally get the Mom comment. I use it all the time. I'm 62 and don't care for that stacked look or blunt Bob older women seem to gravitate to. It's how I describe what cut I want and don't want to hairdressers. Everyone is so sensitive these days. Give it rest. Your tutorial was quite helpful!!!

Snowflake: love this video tutorial ...I have a Dyson hair dryer, crazy expensive and if my hairdresser hadn't used it on my hair a number of times and gave me her review I would have been very skeptical that its really worth it....let me tell you, it is worth it, my hair dries in mins, and it feels like salon blow dry, never had that before...

Angela Leese: Love my Dyson hairdryer. Had it a year and it’s literally changed my life. I have thick, wavy shoulder length hair that used to take ‘forever’ to dry and made my arms ache. Now it’s quicker, I no longer have singed hair and aching arms, seriously my Best Buy Ever.

Anne Devereaux: Great idea to shave the back of your head - my hair is way too thick too and I’m thinking about doing the same since it seems like a great solution. Can’t believe I didn’t think of it before! Great vid!

shonapollard: This is an excellent video of how to get beach waves. I have watched several tutorials of how to curl your hair for beach waves but this is the first time I actually understand.

Karen Hansen: This was so very helpful! Thank You!

Hari Watson: Yesssss! Finally found the haircut I want! You are so beautiful and it looks fabulous on you.

Belinda Hedley: I have the Dyson hair styler and yes I would highly recommend it, I have actually reversed the damaged from direct styling tools, my hair has never felt and looked healthier ☺️

Beverly Young: Such a fun tutorial that this one, needed to watch. Can't wait to try this on my hair.

Cristi Ramos: Your hair is literally goals!  Love it!  My hair is son thin and getting volume is like pulling teeth.  Going to get it chopped tonight and I think I just found my new style.  :)

Stranger_Things: I love the assemetric hair long layered lob and your curling tutorial gave me great ideas. Two products that I absolutely love that work well for me and my very fine hair are Kevin Murphy's Motion Lotion and the Anti-Gravity. Check them out!

Karen Bjorklund: Love the Dyson dryer! Makes my hair look much healthier!

Valerie G: Girl you are too cute!!! Love how you do this tutorial without acting all fake and froo froo snobbish like others do. Thanks for the tips! Going to curl my hair now.

Elaine Gabel: My hairdresser has a Dyson dryer. It's fantastic. Drys my super thick hair really quick.

Corinne Stuart: Thanks for the tutorial. I love it. And thanks for your way cute personality and bringing a smile to my day.

Hilary Bricker: Soooo helpful!!! Thank you!!

Sandra R: I have a dyson and my hair is very like yours - it is brilliant - would definitely recommend!!!! xx

Sarah b: Love the make up and love the hair. Simple but very classy.

Mosaic Crone: My cousin finally talked me into shaving the back and sides of mine 3 years ago. I have disabilities that prevents sitting in the salon chair for hours and I also suffered from migraines. Giiiirl I LOVE it. Yeah I sometimes miss other style that I periodically did but I went from 2 to 5 migraines a month to 4 total in the last 3 years. And my hair is so thick that when I wear it down it looks like a normal inverted textured bob slightly longer than yours in the front

Erica W.: I have the Dyson and it's a game changer. It shaved 15 minutes of drying every day. My hair holds so much water after a wash. Ive noticed my hair is healthier and not frizzy. The tools are amazing, easy. Ive used high end hair dryers but this one is worth every penny! Regular dryer time: 20 minutes from fresh wash, rough dry. Dyson dryer: 5 min minutes rough dry

Elizabeth B: I got a dyson last fall and LOVE it. Used to use a ~$20 walmart blowdryer, took 17+ minutes Dyson, takes 4-5 minutes Hair is halfway between shoulders and bottom of shoulder blades.

Simple Life Of Susan: I have a similar cut as yours. Going to get a curling iron today. Your hair is super cute!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

Nicole Cole: Love this thank you Jocelyn!!

Renee Johnson: Thanks for all of the tips! I love my Dyson hairdryer!

Rachel Merz: Just found your channel and you are too funny! Love your personality! I have hair that is about the length of yours (did a search for curling short to medium hair), so thank you for sharing this. Just subscribed!!

Elite Group Mfg. LLC: I have the Dyson hair dryer and it's so fast...love it and it doesn't dry out the ends. It's expensive but does a great job!

Janice Lennon: I love Ouai, leave in conditioner, and Ouai, texturizing hair spray! Wow! It works so good! Cheers!

Sally Lavery: Love this, very helpful. I love the cut of your hair - especially the undercut, I'm a bit scared to do it but I think it makes this style sit better in hot climates.

Angela Lee: I have a dyson hairdryer and it is amazing. I have lots of hair and it cuts my drying time down a lot! highly recommend!

vmoslo: I love my Dyson! I've had it since February and it is amazing!

Jacqueline Connelly: I got a dyson Christmas 2017....I love it Super fast Super smooth. My hair is lots of very fine hair. Light to hold easy to use and super quiet compared to all my previous hairdryers. Wouldn’t go back to any other drier. Just get one ..you will not be disappointed Jacqui

Kimberly DeBold: I love you hair... I just cut mine about the same length and similar style... I was straighten it, and recently tried waves again... And love the look. Thanks for sharing

Jacki Moya: It's so refreshing to see a beauty channel with a host that has natural skin/face.

Megan H: Thanks to you, I just spoke with my hairdresser and have made an appointment to get the back underneath of my head shaved. I couldn’t be more excited. My hair is long and extremely thick. It’s getting cut up to my shoulders and shaved. I cannot wait. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful video

Wanda McCulloch: I just stumbled across your video the other day and went the next morning and cut my hair like yours!! I will go back tho cuz she didn’t cut the back quite short enough! Love you energy and thanks for just being real!! ❤️

Fer Lopez: You’re awesome! Video was super helpful❤️

sharon925: Hi Jocelyn, you mention in the video that if the end of your hair are too thick/heavy you look like a 'mom'. Can I ask what technique your stylist uses to make the ends less heavy when she is cutting your hair. Same question to all other viewers, what technique is the best for thinning out those heavy ends for those ladies with thick hair?

Nicole Favreau: I bought the first dyson blow dryer last November. I recently just got the new pro one. LOVE IT. I am a professional and I couldn't do my job without it. Dyson also came out with a curling wand thing done by air. Check that out tok

Elizabeth Rodriguez: Great video I just had this hairstyle done and I love it! Garnier fructis Style hairspray is really great. I use the full control Antihumidity ultra strong level 4. I also don't like sticky hairspray or and tracks of it. This hairspray is great!. There are other ways of curling your hair without the damage of curling irons. Maybe you can try twisting at night before bed. That works for me. especially because I have natural wavy hair. Thanks again you look amazing!

The Master Diamond of My Life: Use one at work. Love it. Light and quiet.

Deb NewPal: I will never have any other hairdryer but the Dyson. Dries faster, smooths my frizzies and is easy to use.

GeminiJune: I finally bit the bullet and got my dyson on QVC on easy pay. Along with the quicker dry time, I have noticed less damage/breakage as well!

MauveMotive: Curling starts at 8:01, thanks for the tips !

Lisa Sheldon: I had the Dyson and did NOT think it was worth the $$. I found it cumbersome and left me with more static than other hairdryers I've had. I ended up selling it and buying a $12 Conair which I'm perfectly happy with. I can understand how it might be better for thick hair (which I don't have).

Kathleen Jefferies: I have shoulder length fairly thick hair and recently got a dyson. I find it easy to use and it drys my hair a LOT faster. I’m not great with hair styling, but I feel my frizzy hair is much smoother and shinier, too. I like the dyson hair dryer.

Orlanda Bastianelli-Huston: I have the Dyson and ❤️❤️❤️ it! I just shaved my hair underneath like yours and What a difference it makes in the heat!

Ouida Barry: I have a Dyson and I absolutely love it. I got it when I had extensions in because it took over a hour to dry with the dryer I had at the time. With the Dyson, it took merely thirty minutes. Yay! Since I no longer have extensions, I can dry my hair in about ten minutes. I’m thinking of buying the Dyson curling system. I need to justify the $$$ first. Unless a very kind person want to donate one...lol. Love your videos

Manuelito Portacio: I used my cordless Dyson vacuum to blowout my hair and it was amazing, my hair felt so clean afterwards , it vacuums the dirt out.

Beth Leopard: you are so fun to watch, thank you for the tutorial!

nancy symns: I just stumbled upon your video and am SO GLAD! Love you and your personality! You’re energy is contagious! Thank you! Subscribed! And going after that necklace too!

Megan Harp: I’ve had the Dyson since last year, LOVE IT! I have a lot of thick hair and to me me it was well worth every penny! I love bumble and bumble spray de mode hair spray!

Diane Thompson: I’ve heard Dyson dryers are easy on the hair, but I learned from another hairstylist friend of mine, that they don’t dry faster! He said if anything it’s slower! I’m a stylist and was thinking about getting one—but have heard from multiple sources that it’s not faster!!

Naaz Yousaf: I love my dyson hair dryer!! Very quiet and fast and not too heavy

Diane Birky: Great Tutorial...I noticed something on your blow dryer that is causing it to take longer to dry your hair...The end of it opposite of the end the air comes out...it pops out..Rinse it out let it air dry it really makes a difference

Suesan Tomai: Love the Dyson it’s totally worth it! I am also obsessed with all the IGK products!

Elizabeth Manke: Great video! Thanks so much! And since you were talking about a blow dryer, I have to let you know (if you haven't already heard about it-it's all over YouTube as well with rave reviews) one you should check out is the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer!

Cool person Lolollloll: Thank you for the video!❤️❤️❤️

Katie Logue: Felicity Curl Here! The Dyson cuts my dry time down by half! Best money I’ve every spent on a hair tool!!!

Denise Roussel: You are the BEST! So my friend has the Dyson dryer it is truly amazing but I am not going to spend that type of cash on a blow dryer ;) especially because I mostly air dry anyway. Keep up the great work xx

Natalie Cab: You’re adorable! Love the style, cut and color

Lisa Wold: Yes, I LOVE the Dyson blow dryer, and straightner!

Jackie Wengert: Also a great curling iron is the 3 day bender by Ulta. You can get a really good price n one on EBay. It’s really good for your hair. Takes away the frizz and gives it shine. Also it heats up really fast

Karyn Taylor: My favorite curling video. I just love your colour and cut. The curls are dreamy.

karen miller: I am a hairdresser &you did a very good job on your hair

Heather Oliva: I love my Dyson hair dryer so quick and is so good to my hair!!

Kayli Mullins: I love my Dyson I have the original as well as the airwrap both are amazing!

Flora Smith: I love my Dyson hair dryer. Mine has the styling tools which I’m not that wild about. The dryer itself saves on time and it doesn’t dry my out.

Marty Burke: Thank you , I'm going to try this, I love your hair and video

Angela Pierre D: Great cut and style. Love your color too!

mjuelfs29: I cut my hair a year ago and I do like it shorter but I have wanted every video on you tube and I just don’t like how most of the techniques work on my hair. I would leave the ends out like most of them said but it just didn’t look right. Your video was amazing. The trick that made it perfect is lightly pulling the ends through the curling iron. It straightens my ends and like you said take out the frizz. I have been using the technique for a week now and I LOVE it. Thank you so much. ❤️

PJ Jones: Yup... all is true about the Dyson gorgeous dryer. I’m in the early stages of getting to know it tho. One thing I like much is that is way quieter than the conventional ones. Totally recommended. Thanks for the tutorial. Good stuff. On to it.

Animal lover 17 L: You are very pretty without make up too :) great tutorial..., wish I could do my hair so nice like you by myself

Sherry Schoenheit: I use the Dyson and ABSOLUTELY ❤ it! So worth the !

Tracey Sherman: Love my Dyson. Thought my husband was crazy when he bought me one. It is worth every penny!!!
