Jr. he's right there sleeping jr., hello, everybody! What'S up! Welcome back to my channel so for today's video I'm going to be doing something a little different which I'm super super excited about. So if you follow me over on to my second channel, then you know a few months ago I was in New York City, the Big Apple. I was in New York to hang out with Garnier and they've actually challenged me to do this video for you guys. So basically, the challenge is to get out of my comfort zone, get out of my apartment, go out and find a really cute hairstyle trend and recreate it for you guys. I'Ve never done anything like this before, but it's okay, because I'm actually inviting Kristin to come along with me, so that once I find someone with a really cute hairstyle, I'm not awkwardly asking them hey. Can I take a photo of your awesome hairstyle thumbs up this video? If you are awkward like, I am almost up this video, so I know you're out there what alright. So I hope you guys enjoy this video. I'M gon na continue to get ready head on over to Santa Monica and of course you are coming along with me. So let me just remove you from this tripod. Alright, you guys so I'm finally, here style spotting for awesome hairstyles, but actually I have to look no further, because Kristin came well-prepared. Look at her hair! You guys. I think I found what I'm looking for. So basically it's half-up half-down. I basically woke up like this. This morning, okay, okay - and this is like second day here - so it looks even better the next day, it's so cute. So now that I've found my hair, inspiration me and Kristen can grab a brunch because we're definitely really hungry. Let'S go that way and look for something to eat all right, so I'm finally back home. I am now in my comfy clothes. Thank you. Thank you. So much to Kristen for helping me do this video, so obviously, Kristen's hair is a lot longer than my hair. So I'm basically going to be doing the shorter version of it. I'Ve gathered all of my products, my hair curler, and I am ready to do this. So first I'm going to prep my hair, get it out of this bun and brush it through to get rid of the tangles Kristin said she had second day hair, which is perfect, because this is also my second day hair. Next, I'm going to give my hair some subtle waves by using a thirty two millimeter curling wand and just basically doing that all over my hair. So after that, I'm using Garnier's texture, tease dry, touch finishing spray to give my hair lots and lots of texture all around I'm just going to spray that onto my roots and then scrunch up my hair and as you guys can see, it definitely gave my hair Lots of fullness, so next I'm going to take the top half of my hair, and this doesn't really have to be perfect. I just kind of eyeballed mine. Now I'm going to take a hair tie and putting that section into a ponytail. So now it's on to my favorite part, I'm going to take the ponytail and wrap it around to make the half bun and again. This is something that shouldn't be perfect. It should look effortless and not too structured. So now I'm just taking some bobby pins to secure the bun. So now I'm just going back and recurring some pieces to make it more wavy and after that, I'm using the full control anti-humidity hairspray to secure my hairstyle, and that is it. I definitely had a really fun time filming this video, because it was like a half vlog, half hair, tutorial video.
