Straightening, My 4C Natural Hair with NO Heat Straightening, My 4C Natural Hair, NO Heat

Adanna Madueke: Happy Saturday babes! ❤️ Who else gets freaked out about heat damage?

Blessing Anyiam: This is my regular method of straightening my hair. Here in China, it is difficult to find people that can care for my hair, so i do it myself. By the way, this method has made my hair and the hair of my two daughters very long. Infact, Chinese people usually stare at us and wonder what ropes we have on our hair

NolansMum: My mum made my sister and I get this threaded hairstyle all the time. I hated it growing up because it was not fancy at all especially when our friends had perm, ponytails etc. Lets just say our natural hair was very healthy and long.

High Definition: Straighten 4c hair with no heat? U got my attention just watched the video, girl, u got me good

Fridate: It's amazing to see us going back to our roots. My mom used to stretch our hair like this but with the hard African thread. When we moved to America, we switched to more western methods and our hair got damaged.

Real And Honest: When it comes to 4C hair, I know one and only person who is not lazy, does not give up, who is creative and it’s you Adanna Madueke! And you are always on point! This gives us hope! Waouuu!

Vonda Phipps: Each time you display your SKILLS I am impressed. Your style and technique never seize to amaze me. Simply gorgeous QUEEN.

Blackberry- Rose: I’ve never threaded my hair before. I must say this is a safe way to straighten your hair with the fear of damage and I can see why you wore it as a protective style for a week the end results was Very Pretty Tyfs

Ocean Lover: Look at how healthy and vibrant your freshly washed natural hair is!

World Cuisine: I did exactly this thread style for my daughters for school and with accessories , it looked stunning .

Tshegofatso Seroka: Maaann I love how we are going back to our African roots. Im South African, and this hairstyle is not common, we do use wool for hairstyles and all but not in that specific manner , but I love the hairstyle. It's a game changer, knowing I don't have to use heat all the time I have to stretch my hair. Thanks siis

zero...: her personality is a literal ray of sunshine.

TESSY GG: The exact way I straighten mine. The best way for me so far, even before I braid

Tess Okoyeuzu: Yayyyy, I always do this and it works all the time. Leaves me feeling like an African princess❤️

byalicexo: i was definitely like you and used to run away from threading when i was younger. but now seeing how nice your hair looked in the end, and how much you loved rocking the style, you've really tempted me to try this hairstyle again

Leigh L: I love the outcome. At first I wasn't feeling it, but the end results were amazing. I love the fact that black women are going back to their natural hair. It's a gift from God

LaylaMiki: I love your confidence ! You are really beautiful and your makeup just emphasised your beauty ! I love watching your videos. Thank you for your work. It helps me a lot ☺️

smileypc44: Your personality is everything!!! Loved the threaded hairstyle :)

heyfranny: Ms Adanna, I'm glad you didn't take the tread out too quick. For me, this is a style because I. Don't wear any kind of outs (braid out, twist out, hair out period) I wear a head scarf so my hair is always clean, neat and pinned up) I haven't tried threading and would love to however, I just don't want to do it myself. Anyway, TFS! You did great.

Melanie Oyadina Smith: I want to do this!!! Never tried it before & yes I would wear it for at least a week. Always love your styles. I just put in my first jumbo passion twist myself , so maybe do this next month

Iniore Mamedu: Up till now I still run away from threading my hair because I always use the rubber one and that thing is very painful and chooku chooku But since Adanna has approved then I have to bear it to stop these knots and tangles from breaking my hair into pieces After all, your methods always work very well for me♥️ I don't even know what split ends are and I'm looking for how to make my hair longer not that I'll now cut it again o ah

may sun: You ve got a very good sense of humour Adana! Love the style ❤!

Jessica Fianko: Hi Adanna, Yay your using thread I'm so excited to see how the thread will help stretch the hair. I know the final results are going to look so beautiful Sending you so much love and can't wait for the next video My regards to Lulu

Jemimah Idoko: I always hated it when my mum would do this for me and I'd have to take it to school. Now I'm here doing it for myself and loving it. How the tables turn

Elsie O: I LOVE her energy

TooMuchTimeOnTheInternet: You are so beuatiful and your hair looks amazing! I will defintely be giving this hairstyle a try on my own 4c hair! Thank you so much for the video!

Rena Finklea: I just love listening to you, you have a WONDERFUL attitute. Please keep these videos coming. This African threading method is truly amazing.

lovely Bouquet: I wish I was living with her I’ll allow her to do my hair everyday

Chipo Liselo: I have always used this method ♥️ it never disappoints

Portia Ntsako: Wow, it's amazing how Africans are so similar, In South Africa, we actually call it wool and we use it for hairstyles.❤

Mpelo Mpolokeng: It's a great method of straightening your natural hair if you want no heat on your hair❤️ I find the method quite amazing especially if you want to style your hair

Kashana Whidby: A great way to stretch your hair & protect it from heat damage! You look beautiful! God bless!

Grace Sikapokoo: As a little girl my Mom did this all the time for me and it used to be super painful, but after 2 days I would be fine. It doesn't work with my daughter though . I shall use it to stretch my hair now, thx girl

Dasjah: I loveee the end result you looked soo beautiful

Calvie-Ann Mitchell: I've seen this method a lot and never did it it's worth a try the results is amazing boo! I would wear it as a style as well.

Elaina Blunt: I just LOVE your energy. So upbeat; makes me smile too

Satona: I love your videos. And your energy is AMAZING Always slaying styles.

Alexandra Cummings: Loved the styles at the end! Thanks for sharing <3

Timetrae: Girl I hope you are going to share that beautiful style with us!!!

Noemi S: Lovely video! However, yarn is very damaging to your hair. If you are going to do this in order to avoid damage consider using silk yarn. Yes, expensive but silk will not soak up moisture and damage your hair. Also, oil does not seal in moisture. But, I did enjoy watching this process and will try it.

Eileen Cotton: Beautiful queen I will try to do this method thank you for showing me and may God continue to bless you and your family

Ivy Merritt: Wow! It really DOES look like a blowout!! Great technique! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Sassy Queen: My aunt used to do that for me I’m gonna tell her to do for me again she’s amazing

Shari: This is so much work. Everyone is doing so much work!

Doris Afahaene: this method is my go to every single time. i really love it

Jossy T.: I love your personality and your laugh, you genuinely enjoy making good content and it shows. I have locs but I'm a new subbie just off your personality!

Mo'neefa's Lifestyle: I always do this to stretch my hair but I use silk cloth instead of thread. The results?.....Beautiful!

Helene Kelsa: I always do this just because I think my hair is soft and easier to comb I Never knew it was used to straighten out the hair. I normally just divide my hair in two to save time but I will start doing it smaller to see if it will more blown out

Ijeoma Okoli: Your hair is very beautiful That's how I have been straightening mine for the past two years

Adanna Okoye: It's the voice over for me! love this a lot. never enjoyed thread when i was younger too but i see the benefits now

Morountodun Okedara: you look absolutely stunning !!!!

Chanel Holton: When I first saw this I had to click On it to see wassup I was so excited to see how you got your hair from puffy Afro to bone straight, so my excitement for this video was at the Rooftop so I continue to watch & as it get closer to the end I started to puzzle why you may ask, because as the end gets near I see that you advertise the wig as being your natural hair in the blurry photo & not yours at all. Some girls may see it my way & Some girls won’t, but your pictures for this video is very misleading!.

Christine mwikali: the hair is growing

Nik Nik: This is a wonderful video. I love the positive and bubbly energy. The hairstyle at the end is very nice. Great job! Thanks for sharing. I was not familiar with the African rubber thread. I like the idea because I do not like to put a lot of heat on my hair either. Thanks!

Mrs. FWR: I have fine hair and I am so trying this!

Nisi Mendez: I love your energy!

PurplePsyche: I wish I did this growing up. I'm thinking of leaving my natural hair out for the Christmas holidays, so I wanna learn how to thread it and might keep the threads in for like a day or a couple of days. If I remember, I'll update this comment after my first attempt ❤️

Nocturnal Serenity: I used to think my hair was damaged if it looked like that but I never went above & beyond with all the expensive products because I was too lazy lol

Fatima Holmes: I love ur personality I could watch u all day! Thank u! Love all ur vids!

Rosékatt: Omg ur energy is gorgeous!! I deffiently do not have 4c hair but I clicked anyways since Im obsessed with hair care vids and I wasnt dissapointed!! Ure so adorable!

Eunice Tsuriel Ngatchuissi: On the opposite I liked it so much as a kid that when growing up my mother had to discourage me and ask me to do grown up hairstyles Plus stretching, it also softens the hair.

P Black: Gonna try that !!! love ❤️ it & love your content

Felecia Redd: Gorgeous Natural Girl! Great video.

Kaone Mfolwe: Threading is the best way to straighten hair... I usually apply some oil to my thread so it doesn't leave my hair.... It's a cute style to rock also, usually leave it in a week before removing it

sanarae: I can't wait to try this

D Hamilton: Please always finish your videos with how you put on your makeup, it's so nice and well done and I need a lot of help with that if you have another video for please attach it to this one.
