Kamri and Rylan are my short hair pros, and with Kamri home for the holidays, we sat down to film a few shorty do's for you! This is the first! The style holds up well with activity, keeps your hair out of your face, and can be created in under 3 minutes! Perfect for those mornings when you don't know exactly what do to with your hair, and are running late for school or work.

( upbeat music, ), Hey everyone, I'm Mindy from cute girls, hairstyles. Kamri is here with me., Hey guys Home on college break., Oh yeah, So I get some short hair to play with today.. So we're going to show you how to do this double braided, half up, which is really simple and easy.. Honestly Kamri could do this by herself in probably her sleep. ( Kamri laughing softly ) ut just for funsies, I'm gon na do it.. So if you guys haven't already subscribed to our channel be sure to do that, now. And let's get to their style. Okay. To start this, hairstyle you're going to take a rat tail comb., I'm using the heritage by Mindy comb today and you're just going to run it right down the middle of the head so that you get a nice clean part line.. Then you gon na take the same rat tail, and this is why I like rat tail combs so much ,'cause. They have a nice metal, point. You're gon na go basically midway up. The eyebrow pick up a nice little section of hair scoop it up to the side.. If you have baby hairs like Kamri, just let them fall naturally to the side., It doesn't matter. And I actually think it kind of softens the look if it just has your natural baby hair is doing their thing. Okay, so it lays like that. You're gon na Take same rat tail comb. Go just pass the eyebrow scoop up again and again: she's going to have some baby hairs, falling. And then scoop it So that first piece goes into the elastic as well. (, soft music ). You got a lot of baby hairs, Kam and secure it with an elastic. When you get it set like this.. So it's number two. You have two elastics in there now. What we gon na do is just take this back piece and do a little braid.. Just for funsies to make it a little bit: different. ( soft beat music ) Down like this. And when you're down to the bottom, secure with an elastic. ( soft beat music ), And then we gon na repeat on the other side. ( soft beat music ). There you go., When you're all done. You just have a cute little easy short, hair hairstyle that keeps your hair on your face.. Okay, let's do the final spin Voila And there you go again. You guys these are just like simple Kam could have done this on herself easily., Oh yeah. Super easy., Three minutes. Just get your hair out of your face or a great for day, two or day three. When you're starting to get a little greasy in the root. Just add a little dry shampoo pop in this style and you're good to go..
