Hey what's up i'm wes and i'm excited because i get to share with you some of the hair trends that are going to be happening this year. 2020. Right, i mean, i think, if we're all honest, we are itching to let that past go and say hello to the future. Well, change is here and we are excited about it and as a hairdresser, i know that when change comes, that means transformation in the airspace. So if you want to walk with me, we're going to cover the trends that i think that you're going to be able to see a lot of this upcoming year, cool number one number one. It'S going to be all about blunt lines: yeah, i think we're gon na be seeing some blunt lines. My friends, i mean we've been feeling so unkept for so long that just a little bit of strength in those strands might just be what we all need right now right number two bangs bangs we're gon na, be having to think a little bit differently about things When it's up and coming the reason, why is because you're not gon na be able to just pop in and say hi to your hairdresser and get one of those quick little bang trims? The truth is, is that you have to see more preventative medicine right so going short, so they can grow out to a really nice length or starting longer, like a really sexy kind of grown-out curtain, bang is going gon na be awesome. These options are gon na. Keep you stylish without your stylist on call so go for it number three number three is gon na, be all about short hair. We are ready to let 20 20 go. Nothing is better than letting 2020 go. Then you and a new short haircut shorter than you've. Ever done before, so i think you're going to be seeing a lot of bobs and bowls, and even some really short hair this coming year. Cool number four number four is all about. Zoom looks for most of this part of this coming year. Most people are going to be working with zoom in one way or another right. Well, if you have to work with zoom for work, it's important that you keep your professional, even though you might be wearing pajamas from the waist down. Let'S get real, but from here on up you want to look super perfect. So that means, if you walk in a perfect ponytail or some really great updos, these are sleek ways to look like you showed up prepared to work cool. Now, let's talk about number five number: five is really all about the roots. Let'S get to the root of this right. Well, roots are gon na happen, whether you can get into the salon or not right. Well, no worries, i think rude touch-ups are gon na rain supreme and you can buy them now like his little kids that are online or you can go to your hairdresser and they can actually kind of mix up something for you. So talk to them because that's a great option for an in-between salon, appointment, yep, rude touch-ups now number six, it's gon na be all about wash and go. What does wash and go really mean right? Well, it means exactly what it's saying. It just means that you're going to be able to wash your hair, let it air dry. This is going to be gorgeous for all of our curly hair friends that we're picking up a blow dryer for most of their life. Let'S let those curls be. It'S also going to be great for people with wavy, hair and even straight hair. Anybody can rock an air dry. Look just make sure that you ask your hairdresser when you're there to kind of cut it into a shape, that's going to work both whether it's blown out or when it's hair dry cool. Now, let's move on to color conditioners, i think we're all a little hungry for a little bit of fun come on now. We all need some fun, so there's nothing going to be more fun than adding a little bit of tint to your hair, and this is an easy non-committal way to add a little bit of color than color conditioner. So what is it well? You'Re just going to go to your hairdresser you're, going to ask them to mix up some colors in a conditioner. Now the white of the conditioner is going to kind of rebalance like a little bit of the like color itself. So it's not going to be super. Concentrated so think, pretty pretty pastels you're going to see some nice paints you're going to see some pretty light blues they're all going to be really really really really pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty and they're going to wash out over time. So keep that in mind. Color conditioners now number eight number eight is huge. If there's one thing that we've learned this past year, that we really have to take care of ourselves. So i want you to take hair care and your self-care and combine them so condition those locks make sure that they have a lot of love, make sure that you're treating your scalp at least once a week. This is going to ensure that not only that, you feel good, but you're doing something healthy for yourself and your hair and that wraps up the trends that we expect to see this upcoming year.
