Okay, and what do we have wait? Wait a minute: okay, okay! Here we are today I'm going to be reacting to people doing money pieces. That'S honestly it! Let'S watch some people. Do some money pieces we'll give it a yes or no, we'll give it a that's. It or not, if you're, not familiar what a money piece is, it is basically lightening the hair in the very front of your head. It basically like draws your eye to your face more like it. It lightens. It brings people to look at you it. It does. Some magic honestly, I'm a big fan of the money piece. I love the money piece. Can I do it while I've colored my hair, maybe honestly that'd, be a look? Maybe maybe I'll do that a subtle money piece tutorial? Oh and those are tiny baby hairs. Oh there's no way wait. Actually this has got to be real subtle. I'M not gon na lie and they didn't go to the root. Okay, okay, so okay, so they were they're slowly, building the money piece. Okay, I get it. I see oh okay, so it is on purpose that they're not doing the roots. I I see that they're doing basically like a little Balayage technique, um so that it Blends. Oh, oh and then there there's wait a minute. Do you see what they're doing right here? Okay, this blend is the lowest for maximum gradient effect. I read that so slowly but okay, what I see is happening is they got close to the root and then they're slowly working their way down the route, giving more of uh like a realistic effect, um and they're teasing the top so that you get a more Natural look, however, this will never look natural, you know necessarily but um. This is pretty cool. I'Ve never seen someone do this before I haven't seen anyone in my cosmetology school through this either, so I might copy and paste this into my everyday school life. Everyone just glance, there's a handful of ways to go about a money piece, at least from what I'm learning in school right now, I'm a fan of the Bold creative lighter in the front, but if you weave like that, like in a highlight weave scent, if you Know what I mean um, it looks so natural and it looks so good. What do we got here? Trust in the process was crazy. Yeah um I'd be kind of scared, it kind of looked like their hair is falling off a little bit and I'm nervous that's what they wanted. If you're gon na do a money piece, if it this is, if you have highlights, if you have anything in your hair, that has that needed, bleach use, olaplex look into some olaplex get some olaplex. If you want it to be toned more like ashy, if you don't, if you don't want to be as warm as your hair turns when there's bleach on it use some purple, olaplex olaplex now has purple shampoo. It'S great okay! Oh wait! Wait! That'S a lot! That'S a lot taken out there. That'S not just a money piece, that's a full head! Okay, that's all that's! Yellow! Oh my God toned! It looks amazing. I think that's a little thick, but I just got a client the other day come in and their money piece was just as thick. They were obsessed with it as long as they're happy. That'S all that matters. You know when I do it for myself. No, probably not that thick, but it looks great okay hold on. Did you just see that? Oh, my God, stop it? Oh my God, stop it! Okay! I do want to point this out for a hot second. So this is. It is a money piece. It is still a money piece, but do you see it is not bleached right? In the very front they went a little section back to do the color, which is kind of cool honestly, and it kind of looks like they sliced it. So they didn't weave. They just took a whole section of hair and did that and it kind of looks like they have some underneath too that's toned. It'S a Vibe, oh messing up my hair. It'S a Vibe 10 out of 10. me giving everyone a vivid money bees. Oh, we got blue right there and we don't get to see what it looks like. Oh, what do we got here? Okay, someone bleaching it home. Why are they? Why do they have more bleach on the rest of their hair? Okay, it must not have all lifted. The same tone is that what it was before wait a minute they just bleached their hair out and then change their mind. I really hope they just messed up and put the wrong ending to this video uh. Putting your hair through bleaching just to cover up with a dark color kills my soul. Look at all these! No look at this one um 30 volume. Okay in the toner two is not brilliant awesome. Oh my God. Look at how cool she looks too she's, like um quality. What do we have Arrow when anyone brings up my money pieces stage that ruined my hair? Oh no, oh no. I asked for money pieces instead she painted on bleach and black dye. Oh my goodness! Oh that's! Oh that's! Terrible! We'Re gon na end this video on a little Story Time by me. Okay, so I had a client come in who wanted highlights, including a money piece, pretty easy to do right I mean take some time she had really long hair. The thing is she had Grays so consistently. She was putting box dye black level, one box dye on her hair at home for a very long time um. I did know that when I went in with some bleach, the bleach stayed on for a long time stayed on for a long time, and I'm telling you this box, I was like barely budging. I think I got it. Maybe three levels lighter than what it was, which is not very right for for people who do not know um yeah, and then she ended up paying like a hundred dollars because it was a lot of product and it was a very subtle difference. It was a very subtle difference, but you know in the end um I looked great. The highlights themselves looked great. It was just more of like a a black and dark brown, which is a lot more natural than she wanted anyways. So, if you this is this for everyone out there. This is my little advice to you. If you know that you ever want to do highlights, if you ever want some bleach in your hair, you want to do a money piece or something. Please don't put box dye in your hair if you ever want bleached your hair, just don't and that's my advice to you because it's really hard to get it out, see you next time. Bye!
