It'S not bad, it's all good! It'S just it's like a lot going. You know on days you can handle the world about life. It'S cool, i'm just saying it's friday, thanks bro, it's been a long week. All right, hello! Everyone happy friday. Welcome back to easy. Canada live dallas, always so excited when you're here always so much fun. Morgan how's your week been pretty good yeah. It'S been good, a lot's been going on, but i'm going away to the caribbean for work this sunday. So i literally have nothing to complain about tough gig, tough, gig morgan. It'S always so much fun to do this with you. We have a lot one pound. Oh yeah, heather morris is sharing a wild claim about jennifer lopez, plus cheryl burke calls out a cheating x, but first prince harry helped lead his team to victory during a polo match in aspen colorado yesterday in support of his senta. Bali charity, which works with children in south africa yeah and after their big victory. The duke of sussex delivered a heartfelt speech sharing his hopes for the upcoming 25th anniversary of the death of his mother princess diana, while revealing how he will celebrate with his two children. Archie and lillabet next week is the 25th anniversary of my mother's death, and she most certainly will never be forgotten. I want it to be a day filled with memories of her incredible work and love for the way that she did it. I wanted to be a day to share the spirit of my mom with my family, with my children, who i wish could have met her every day. I hoped to do her proud. She was tireless in the win in the work just in her work to support and destigmatize those experiencing hiv and aids. Fittingly her favorite flowers were forget-me-nots. I hope we can remember my mother's legacy by recommitting to those that we serve whoever and wherever they may be. I just can't believe it's been 25 years. It'S pretty incredible. I remember where i was when i first heard that news i had walked downstairs into my living room and my mom's, not a very emotional person. She'S, not a very you, know, dramatic person, and she just looked at me and she said you will not believe who just died, and i thought it was a family member. I didn't know what she was talking about, because she was really quite emotional, and i just always remember having that moment because, like i said, my mom doesn't share a whole lot of like emotions, and that was a really big deal for her. And then i remember just watching it on tv, the everything going on it was yeah, it was wild. I was fishing with my dad, i believe, and we were driving back yeah in the car and i remember hearing on the radio what had happened, and you know i think everybody felt the same type of emotion, because what princess diana represented was so much more than The royal family - she is just such a force and she did so much good in this world and it what a tragic loss 25 years later. It'S true and - and you know i think, when you're a kid you're like. Oh that's an adult, but then you realize she's in her 30s, her mid-30s and you're. Like that's me like that's so young and you know as as horrible as it is. What happened? You know it's really interesting, watching prince harry, especially and prince william talk about how, in terms of talking about the death, the grief that that wasn't, potentially you know handled properly, you know, obviously, a lot of people especially years ago. Didn'T really talk about that. You just kind of ignore it, so the fact that you know they speak so openly about the importance of mental health and they can go back to those days and realize you know you do have to talk about your feelings and how much that's really shaped them. As as young men and and fathers - and it's just really interesting - to see kind of this full circle moment now to have this 25th anniversary, i think princess diana would be so proud of harry because i do feel, like harry, has kind of followed in the footsteps Of princess diana in the footsteps of his mother, you know, i think, harry's kind of taking charge of his life breaking the mold breaking the mold and i think diana would be so proud of him for doing so. You know i love prince harry. I love what he represents too. I think prince harry. I would love to go out on the town with prince harry yeah he'd be a lot of fun. Funny fact: meghan markle used to be my next-door neighbor. Are you? How am i hearing this? For the first time i don't know i've, never i don't talk about it because we weren't, like friends but yeah. She lived around the corner, so the funniest thing is there used to always be lines of black suvs in my neighborhood. Didn'T know what it was until a neighbor was like hey, i think, prince harry's here stop and then it all happened. I swear how have i known you for three years and you were just telling me this story for the first time on live. I don't like. No but yeah so yes, meghan markle at one point was my neighbor uh. I'Ve never seen harry in person, but in the end i think princess diana would be so proud agreed. Solo studios is saying i remember watching tv in my basement when i heard the news, it was surreal and it's still tragic. Yes, yes, it is quite tragic. All right. Moving on wendy's, canada and sports illustrated are the latest brands to show support for lisa leflam. After her controversial firing at ctv news yeah, so the shock continues over lisa's sudden departure from ctv's parent company bell media. After a massively successful 35-year run and outrage quickly followed when it was reported that company exec michael melling, questioned lisa's choice to stop dyeing her hair. During the pandemic, yes, this has since raised several questions over sexism and ageism in the workplace and rightfully so, with many people and brands showing support for lisa's gray, hair dove. Canada was the first brand to seemingly call out bell media in a new campaign urging women to keep the gray and embrace getting older and now wendy's has followed suit by changing the mascot's iconic red pigtails for a shade of grey. They directly showed support for lisa. In their tweet writing alongside because a star is a star regardless of hair, color, hashtag, lisa, flam new profile pic and sports illustrated also showed their support. Changing the color of mae musk's swimsuit cover writing on twitter. We are going gray with dove in support of women. Aging confidently: on their own terms, we were so proud to feature mae musk on our may 22. Swimsuit cover living proof that beauty only gets better with age. Hashtag keep the gray, keep the gray indeed now. This is where things get interesting, since the latest campaigns have been capitalizing on the backlash. Marketing experts are warning that brands could face blowback from customers and employees. Retail analyst bruce winder says this is a high risk move explaining every brand has skeletons in the closet, and this does very much open them up to scrutiny. So you better make sure your house is in order before you start throwing the shade out there. I understand i get it and sure, whenever anything is all over the news, the way that the the firing of lisa leflem has continued to be in the news. I have not seen this slow down, i'm glad it is sure there have been times in the past where we have seen companies kind of uh not take advantage, but capitalize on that. Oh do you mean like kendall and the pepsi commercial? Maybe maybe that is one example, that is the example that comes to mind. That was really that was that was distasteful yeah. So but i don't see it with this situation, because what this has turned into a whole other conversation, it was once uh, you know at the beginning about lisa laflamme and it was the outrage and here's a woman who's been in this career for 35 years. You know people who had had this position in the past. They were in their 70s before they got to retire at their own choosing. Hair color clear has never been an issue for men. Why is it an issue now, but then it has spawned this huge conversation around the world about ageism, yeah about sexism uh. You know this is something women are dealing with constantly and, as we've said, not just people who are in front of the television people in their jobs in general. So i love that these companies are doing it to me. They'Re not. You know just kind of writing the coattails of this of what's happened, they're they're, showcasing that they are supporting what has happened and and the injustice of what women go through. I understand that, but i also understand how sometimes it can seem a bit opportunistic. So, in my own mind i am curious. Uh has wendy's pulled their advertisements from bell media yeah. That'S a good question. I don't know um, so i understand both aspects. I love the fact that this it wasn't just a news story that you know broke and kind of disappeared disappeared, because i feel like that's what happens a lot, we're always moving on to the very next true. It'S true we're upset and then and then something else happens, outraged and then we're over it. But no we can't get over this. She is an icon of canadian broadcasting and for her to be fired, this way is disgusting. It is and that's why i actually love that these other companies that i did not see coming. I had no idea dove would do this wendy's, like i just love, because they're continuing this very important conversation, uh vanessa's saying. I think this is awesome that these brands are capitalizing on lisa leflam's controversy embrace the gray, uh visario, saying hey the firing, elisa flam should be reversed or she should sue ctv hire a lawyer. Stillwell studios is saying: hey. The hulk was originally gray when he first debuted, maybe marvel should do a grey hulk promotion too. I like these various brands going grey campaign. I i it's hard for me. I agree. I love that we're continuing it. I love that they're showing their support, but there is the other aspect that you know. Are we actually doing what we're saying we're doing? Are we still airing ads on these networks? Yeah, let's get a little deeper here. I don't know good question good question. I, like it all right now over to uh my favorite story of the day, because i love talking about astrology glee. Alum heather morris is speaking out about her days as a backup dancer. I didn't even know she's a backup dancer. I love that sharing a truly out of this world claim about jennifer lopez. This is too good. So during an appearance on justin martindale's, just saying, podcast heather shared a story in which jlo cut a bunch of backup dancers based on their astrological side. What'S wrong with that, it's wild morgan! It'S virgo season season! Let'S divulge yeah, jennifer lopez held an audition for dancers for one of her tours most of the time, a dance, audition you're not getting paid you've been there since 10 a.m and you're auditioning until 6 p.m. Well, it's like stand up: yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah and you're, not getting paid yeah exactly you don't get any money um! I love working for free, yes, people! Judging you the whole time she walks in the room and she said um. Thank you so much. You guys have worked so hard um by a show of hands um. If there are any virgos in the room, can you just raise your hand, so a bunch of virgos raised their hand and she shot them on site shut up savannah george. What did she do? Did they have to she whispered to her assistant? She looked at them and she said thank you so much for coming get out of here, oh my god, and they had to leave after a full day of auditioning for jennifer lopez. This is true. This is hearsay. I love that this is true. This is security. Now listen. We can either confirm or deny this story, but after our own research, jlo is a leo, a sign that typically isn't compatible with virgos. I mean it's in the stars guys. We can't make this up an astrologer, uh writer january. Nelson explains that leos and virgos are going to struggle with their communication and compromises. So there you go so she already knows virgos and leos just don't get along. I think this is true. Do you think this is true? Oh 100, i do listen. I say what you will about astrology, but there are tons of people who know their astrological signs. I know people who won't even date people whose signs are not compatible with their own. I'M not saying. That'S me, is it you? No, it's not is it you? Are you sure it's i'm aware of every person i interviewed just so you know call me, you know what you want, but i'm always curious as to people's astrological signs. I ask everybody here: i'm just always so curious. I don't treat you differently or not want to work with you, but even when i do interviews with celebrities, i always look at people's signs wild i've. Never once in my interview, career looked up somebody's sign. I do because it kind of gives me a bit of an indication of how i think the conversation could go, how i should approach it differently. I'M not saying it always works, so i'm always right. It'S just something, i'm always curious about. So i actually think this is true now does it get dangerous when you are literally making big choices? Yes, because it's almost like based on their sign that i don't agree with it. I think i think it's the same thing as saying. Listen i like astrology, but i do think it's the same thing as if i was hiring somebody - and i was like i don't like blondes. Oh that is so not the same. It is so the same thing. Yeah, that's just an appearance thing we're talking! Okay, but who's proven that these astrological things are accurate. Okay, so you tell me that i'll tell you well, there's listen and i get it and i understand: there's gon na be a lot of people who say this, but i'm not somebody who, just like looks in the magazine or online i'm like. Oh, what does my ass my astrology say today? If you go really into it, you read somebody's chart, there's a whole lot of other elements into creating someone's chart. I'M just saying - and i think it's in my history and people i know - and people i've dated family members - i think it all kind of rings - true, i'm just saying, but to cut someone based on their astrological signs, not give them a job that sucks that's. So it does suck. I wouldn't do that, but we're just saying just be aware, could be the worst feeling in the world to go. Think think you have a chance, like the smallest chance ever to be in a jlo, video or tour and then seeing a whisper and being like. Thank you. That'S it you're right you're like what i didn't even dance. Fine, i know, and that sucks, but i will say something about jennifer lopez she's, the boss. She gets to do what she wants, but also leo's they're, basically the boss of the uh western astrology. So they don't like conflict. Don'T don't tell them what to do. They'Re. The boss, i have a follow-up question. Okay, i just need to know i'm not an expert. Well, i just need to know this. For my own okay go my future fine. Do we believe in psychics? Are you a psychic believer uh? I in my uh past i have not had any luck with that, so no i'm just only basing you know what i say on my experience, so i think when other people have really wild stores, i think it's cool, but i've never had that experience. So i don't um here we go yazzie. I love this as a leo, i didn't even know i was supposed to have issues with virgos. Well now you do i'm just kidding as the little studios are saying, i'm a libra. So i'm chill it's actually very true. Libras kind of get along with everyone, uh alexander, this is kind of my favorite astrological signs. Uh are good for justifying toxicity. Solo studios is saying too by jennifer lopez, isn't a libra. She wouldn't have done that then also, probably true, you want to know who's a virgo who beyonce well, they get stuff done. Can i also say i'm a cancer and you're a taurus. We get along famously well, it's true and we're actually such good friends in real life, i'm just saying so. Maybe it is true joe. What sign are you sure he's a tourist we like joe joe's behind it rings? True, all right dancing with the stars pro show burke is going after a cheating ex uh in a pretty explosive new takeoff. Ouch do not cross her so in a video set to adele set fire to the rain so funny cheryl recalls finding out her partner was unfaithful. Now the million-dollar question is who many are speculating. This is referring to her estranged husband, matthew lawrence, following the announcement of their split earlier this year after three years of marriage, take a look and be sure to pay attention to the text on the screen. Oh calling out the viagra, that's just a low blow. That'S a lo, that's a very low blow, however, what a woman scorned i'm you know she's speaking of truth, all right now, cheryl continue to go after this person in the caption. Writing this. The last time is absolutely right. Goodbye forever, hashtag xsuck the last time. Goodbye forever hashtag hope it was worth it hashtag hashtag, let's chat, hashtag viagra, all these the necklace. What kind of necklace that's not important do we think it's matthew, lawrence 100, it's 100, and is it because we saw matthew lawrence on the beach with a certain person? Is this what's prompted this, i mean i don't want to start the rumor, but if you do a quick little google search, i believe matthew lawrence was seen on the beach with chili from tlc. What i see them, i see them all wrong. August 10th. You are correct, they look like they're having a great time. They look like they're happy. I haven't seen her in a while. I love tlc. I love tlc fan mail such a great album anyway, cheryl burke in waikiki and waikiki. That'S a good spot. It'S a pretty romantic. It is right, yeah! Well, that's tough! I mean i listen. It'S never easy to go through a separation, a divorce any of those things. It only gets a little more complicated when you're in hollywood and in the public eye, and then you see this online. I don't know if i personally would put stuff like this out on my social media, i'm a pretty private person. I keep my personal life yeah. Pretty private but then again i'm not a star like these two, but still, i just think it's ugh just move on girl move on it's yeah. There'S a lot of anger there vanessa's saying 100, i think, is about matthew. He'S got a ton of explaining to do. I don't think she wants to hear it. I don't think she cares. I don't think there's explaining to do she's over it. After that i don't know. If there's i don't think she's over it, you don't think no. I listen. I guess, in order two reasons why you do this: in my opinion, you want to embarrass the person, yes, and you know we're talking about it. Clearly this has gone viral uh. I think when famous people do this to each other in the limelight, to your point, like you know what you're doing oh you're going to cause headlines, he's going to be everywhere, uh and then also you want support. You want people to be. Like sorry went through that - and i mean it's a horrible thing: if these claims are true, it's horrible and i feel bad for cheryl. I do too yeah i mean, but the tick tock was pretty funny, i'm just gon na like i would never do it, but i still think it's pretty funny yeah and it's it's totally about him. Nicole saying, i completely understand the desire to post like this, but if you read all the comments, it may not have been a great idea, it's kind of like that thing like i do this. I do this whenever i'm really upset i'll, like type out a text message and pretend i'm going to send it to someone like that and then you're like get it all right, select all delete. You know it's gone forever, but i feel better when i do that. Right but just don't hit set just don't hit the door you're right, listen, i get it, and now this is going to be everywhere. It already is too late for that too bad, though that's i hate when relationships end messy like that yeah, that's part of being in love. I guess so. I guess i guess i could say so many things about that. Let'S move on former zoe 101 actress alexa nichol nicholas is the latest child star to criticize nickelodeon over its traumatic and unsafe environment yeah, so alexa, who played jamie lynn spears best friend on the hit series, staged a protest outside of the company's headquarters in burbank california, While calling out the numerous execs who've been accused of child abuse, i did not feel protected at nickelodeon as a child personally, and so i'm demanding that nickelodeon starts protecting children and not the predators. Okay, so we got here dan schneider and to me he is the creator of childhood trauma uh. He is a huge uh. He played a huge role in my personal childhood trauma. I did not feel safe around dan schneider while i was working at nickelodeon. Actually, every time he came on set, my body got extremely tense um and later on in season two. He yelled at me made me cry in a room actually at nickelodeon all right, so we have sharon lee blind. She was the vice president of talent. I have her here as enabler because she was in the room the day that i got verbally abused by dan schneider over there. She said to me: why are you crying and was basically making fun of me at 12 or 13 years old, telling me that it was not called nicole 101? It was called zoe 101.. We have one two three, four, five, four predators who worked at nickelodeon around children. One of them here was a production assistant for adam sandler's, eight crazy nights. He worked at nickelodeon. He was convicted trigger warning of molesting a child at nickelodeon. Children on nickelodeon were not safe, at least the time when i was on it, i'm not sure if they changed anything. But what's deeply concerning to me is that nickelodeon still has not given a comment to, for example, jeanette mccurdy um. Even to me, i've come forward. Multiple times, they've, never given me an apology, and it's like: why not do we not deserve an apology whatsoever? Aren'T you guys supposed to be the adults um and we were the children and if we were traumatized on your sets, we deserve an apology, wow visario's, saying wow. I believe her good for her. She has courage. She definitely does to it's one. How many times have we heard stories and there's no judgment here? I appreciate it where people say this happened to me, but they don't name names, yeah, just name names yeah. Now, as alexa mentioned, other nickelodeon stars like jeanette mccurdy and jojo siwa, have also spoken out about their negative time at the network. Meanwhile, demi lovato recently opened up about the abuse she experienced as a disney child star during a recent appearance on the call her daddy, podcast demi, recalled several traumatizing experiences and revealed her controlling management team sparked her year-long, her years-long battle with drugs and eating disorders. What people don't know is that the amount of work we had to do every year i filmed a season of a tv show. I went on tour, i made an album and i shot a movie, and i did that for like three or four years. I think it was three, but if i had a hiatus from my show, i would have the tour bus pull up to the studio and take me on tour for one week or i would fly to london to do promo. And i remember one day i woke up, i was so tired and, like just drained from how much work i was doing as a 16 year old, i woke up and i just started crying and my mom was like what's wrong and i was like i'm so Tired and so there was this extreme workload that i think put a lot of pressure on us and that's why some of us turn to i personally turn to if you're gon na work me like an adult, i'm gon na party like an adult and that at 16, 17 wasn't healthy at all, but there was one time where i had binged and purged one night and i came clean to my team and said: hey this happened. You know i snuck out of my hotel room because they didn't. Let me have phones in my hotel rooms because they didn't want me to call room service. I didn't have food in my hotel room like snacks in the mini bar, because they didn't want me to eat the snacks. My security guard walked by my room or was made aware that they had built. They like barricaded me into my hotel room. They put furniture outside of my door so that i couldn't get out and sneak out and eat if i wanted to, and so it was that level of controlling when it came to my food, which just made my eating disorder. Worse wow, like that sounds so shocking. To us, but unfortunately i think that's very common, especially children in hollywood, uh been saying children and women suffer the most. In hollywood i mean you just have to look up: shirley temple, one of the most famous kids ever and the claims and and the things that she you know came out with as she got older, obviously judy garland. We know that she was given pills so that she wouldn't eat and they weren't she had these long days on set. I mean we've heard this time and time again. I believe everything that these these uh women are saying. It'S so tricky too, because in general this is an adult job, and these are these are long hours for adults. This is. This is a lot for adults to handle this. So when you have kids doing it and then and and it's you know, you can have your parents on set and things still happen. You can have a supportive management team there's that one director or that one production assistant like unfortunately when kids are involved - and we know this in every single industry that is very kid-focused uh. If you're, a predator you're gon na go and find a job in that industry um, so it's a it's a really tricky uh a place for kids in hollywood, but i think, what's great is that more than ever uh they're feeling like demi lovato they're. I get the sense of feeling empowered being able to say what actually happened to them because years ago we didn't talk about it. You just didn't talk about. It just happened and no one said anything. Look at jeanette mccurdy with her book. I'M glad my mother died. You know it's become a best seller and in that she talks about her experiences on set. Listen. Hollywood is a very weird place, but beyond that, i think it's a very dangerous place for a child, a child, especially for a child, especially i think, but even for an adult. It'S quite dangerous um, it's just a different world, but you know there are child stars who have great experience. I'Ve heard some kids, who are adults who are like. I literally had the best time on set yeah, i'm so happy. But unfortunately it's not always the case. No and i think the bigger the star you are, you know you think these kids have power like the macaulay culkin and they don't they. Don'T they don't i mean if, if these huge actresses uh didn't have power against harvey weinstein, kids don't have a chance. That'S that's a great point, but i am just so proud of these women speaking their truths at this point in their careers. Demi has nothing to lose. I don't think at this point and that's something that i love so much just the honesty and the vulnerability that is coming out lately and same with jeanette same with alexa, like props to you, and these conversations i think, are gon na get those studios start thinking. Maybe saying maybe we need better things in place, so this doesn't happen again. It'S true. It'S true. It seems sometimes like it's. You know never going to change, but we've seen great changes in hollywood in the past couple of years. So it's time we focus on the kids. So, while studios are saying like all big studios, things can only change when they are called out and the spotlight is shined on them. It'S tough, but that's how you start they're brave. They are very brave all right. Well, that's our show for today. Thank you so much for all your comments, thanks for joining us dallas, thanks for looking so sharp, that's so much fun. We kind of matched today totally, but before we leave you, our favorite duo, jennifer, aniston and reese witherspoon are giving us some major nostalgia recreating one of their iconic scenes together. This is so good, so any fan of friends will know that the pair go way back before they became co-hosts on the morning. Show reece had a guest starring role on friends as jill green, the younger sister of rachel, which of course was played by jen. That'S right clearly feeling the nostalgia herself rhys shared a clip of an interview from 2019, where they recreated one of their most famous scenes from the show. Take it away. Ladies and bye to you have a great weekend. Bye! Oh, that's sweet is this where you say the line that you love so much? Yes, this is well. We could say the lines. Do you remember your line? Uh uh, you said i say you can't have ross can't have can't have. The only thing i can't have is dairy. You

OkayImBackWhatever Jones: Astrology didn't always always work for me but the whole 8 functions with things like introverted feeling etc (an extension of the big 5 that dictates how different big 5 personalities act normally and under stress) definitely has been helpful in the past!

Susi Siebert: Many of us have been Lisa LaFlammed! Was just recently laid off for no reason with a very millennial company.

Stephanie Muise: I came home from being away. Diana, my friend Kevin and my colleague Irma all died the same day. We taped Diana’s funeral to attend Irma’s funeral. That was a rough week. My dad gave Diana a plaque when they did their honeymoon tour and were visiting PEI. My stepmother got up in the middle of the night to watch the wedding. Diana had a great impact!

For the Love of Dog: I support companies who support women....Dove, Adidas, and now Wendy's....feeling like some french fries!

Retha Blair: I am going gray with her

OkayImBackWhatever Jones: Great outfit coordination

good vibes general store : The casting director and executives of this Canada version need to all be fired

OkayImBackWhatever Jones: Re: Lisa LaFlamme, I want to see if yall can actually get stuff done in Canada. Will she be back on air?

OkayImBackWhatever Jones: Naaahhhhhh, Wendy's. Yall need to focus on that food quality bc those sea salt natural cut fries used to be scrumptious and those seasoned crumbly nuggets stupid delectable and now... both taste like dog food. You need to address and reprioritize smgdh

Joan Jenny: Dancing while Virgo???? What a ridiculous discrimination if true, ask them up front if you are that narcissistic. Peace to the World.

Mike Wood: We now know it was because of her cbd business on side not her age.we always jump to age race and sex when there is any disparity
