I kid you not. I get asked about this. I want to say every single day, but like every other day, let's say, and that is how I keep my hair so healthy. While I bleach it, I dye it and I do to it all the freaking time. If you are new here, my name is Evelina and I literally change up my hair color like every month, ish, sometimes many times per month, and this is all my own hair. This has not been a easy journey. I have had such damaged hair. It'S not even funny. I'Ve had to cut it all off. I'Ve had super super short hair. Just a couple of years back, my hair has grown so so much so quick and it is so healthy and voluminous and thick I mean I have Scandinavian hair. I'M from Sweden, so my hair is not thick, but I have a lot of hair if that makes sense. The number one thing that people ask is how I bleach my roots every single month and not damaged. My hair, I mean bleach, will always damage your hair. That'S just how it is, but I have found a way to bleach your hair with a minimal damage, and I've done this for a couple of years now I have a video on it uh from a few years back, but I just wanted to do a new One, so you guys can see my new tricks and uh yeah, and you can also see from that video and this video how my hair has just gone from. Okay to this, my hair is super. Super greasy right now uh excuse that, but that is also how you want your hair when you're gon na bleach it so Step, One is have greasy hair, it really won't affect the um bleaching process. It really won't affect the damaging part either. I think, but it will just help your scalp not burn, so what you will need is gloves. Obviously I cringe when I see people and bleach their hair without gloves, you need a brush, a hairbrush hair, dyeing brush and a bowl. These are from Arctic fox they're. Super cute, then you will need water. I just have a little bit of water here for my water bottle. Then you need a shampoo. The shampoo is what you mainly use to soften the damaging part of the bleach and also obviously make the bleach not as effective. I should say that I am a natural, I was gon na, say redhead, but I'm not I'm a natural blonde. I don't know if you can really tell honestly. I don't really know how my hair would look now, but when I was a youngling when I was young I was very very blonde, so I don't have to bleach my hair at that many levels. Also, it depends on what kind of color you are going on top of. If I were going for like a pastel color, you would probably go in with full-on bleach and not that bleach bath. Just have that in mind, then you will need a shampoo and preferably a anti-dandruff shampoo or a similar like deep cleansing, shampoo um, I am using the tea tree, one from the body shop. I also really love the ginger one, and then you need bleach, obviously, and a activator of the board um in Sweden. We only buy Bleach like this. I have never in my entire life bought bleach separately and then the um I mean. What is that even called? I never needed to know developer so um. I always used to buy the source of boxes. The ones that I usually go for is from the pen. It is cruelty, free and vegan, but I do know that a lot of you guys don't have that brand. It'S a Swedish brand so therefore, I'm actually going to use the Good Die. Young and I've never tried this one, but I'm really excited. I also love love, love the arctic fox uh bleach. Please, the higher developer. You use the more shades, it will lift your hair. So, for example, Good Die. Young bleach has a 25 volume developer and Arctic fox has a 25 volume developer, meaning artifacts bleach will lift your hair the most, but also it is the most damaging out of the tube. In theory, it would probably be smart for me to get a hold of a 10 volume developer and bleach by its own, but I'm not sure how to do that in Sweden. So I just keep on using these box bleaches and create a bleach bath instead, and also, if you guys, saw my last bleach bath video, I also used olaplex, but that is the olaplex number one and from what I've understood, it's not uh. You can buy it. If you're not a hairdresser, I don't know how I got it, but nowadays I can't find it anywhere. But if you have that go ahead and use it, it's always nice to get some olaflex in there. I don't really know what it does but yeah. So as I have a really fun little studio now whoops, I can't take the camera and put you guys here there we have our Bowl. Now, let's open up this okay, I don't love how the powder lining uh comes honestly, but yeah sure, let's put it in there, the cream developer. So, let's mix that together just to see how it looks now we're going to go in with the shampoo and don't be scared of putting in a lot foreign with a little bit of water. So there we have it. The bleach bath is a dawn. You guys have seen me bleach my hair a lot and I'm not that careful so excuse what you're gon na see, but this is how I do it. I wanted to be quick. I heat bleach. I love hate bleach because I have once fainted from bleaching my hair because of the fumes, so I just wanted to go quick. Okay. So let's get started. I start at the bottom, so I just take a peace. That is a good piece. I don't really look where I put it. I just feel and uh. I hope for the best Trust the process there we go done. Let'S take another piece, another little section always make sure you get the sides as well. There we go, and now we've come to the part where I can actually see. That'S very nice and I like to go on the back and then forward because I feel like the back is always darker and needs a bit more time and up here by your crown, uh or Apex. It gets the most heat from your scalp and therefore it processes a lot quicker now, when I only have this part left I'd like to uh, I like the powder here in the back and just work on the parts like this, and I always go in with My bangs and the hair next to my face that last and you might think that I'm using very thick sections, but it actually doesn't really matter because I have used so much um water and that shampoo and mixture. So it's super liquidy and therefore it's just easy for the hair to get saturated without much work and the top of the head is done so now I start to put the bleach around the face on my sideburns and I always start with this part of my Face because if you guys have been seeing my other videos, I have a huge cow lick on this part of my face. So I actually go in with a relaxer and laminate like a brow. Lemonade chin, brow, elimination, but I put it on my scalp and if you're wondering about the um, a relaxer or elimination of cowlick, I have both a Tick Tock. I have a reel on it and I also have a YouTube video on it. So I can link it right here, the last part, and this I'm only going to keep until everything is a like a light yellow. I guess, then I will rinse it. So I can't really tell you how long, but it usually only takes like a few minutes. Honestly, okay, let's put some on here and then we are done now. I wonder: uh I've been thinking about putting some bleach on my tips, even though I really don't want to, because I don't want to damage my the tips on my hair. I really love this shade, but what if I had like almost yellow tips which I've had before like this is when I ruin my hair and I have to starch all over again. I don't know if I said, but also when I changed up my hair completely when I'm going from one specific color to a completely different one. I do bleach baths all over my hair, so it's not like this is uh new that I put it on my ends. These have been bleached a couple of times, I'm sure, but I don't like to do it now when I'm going for the same color scheme as you guys can see it's already starting to get really really light. I will have this on for like maximum five minutes. I really do not want to damage it that much so five minutes max and then I will back when I have rinsed everything out and I am back, and this is how the roots are. Looking it's looking absolutely perfect, and I mean you tell me if I missed anywhere back here, probably have whoa so now for the hair dyeing part uh. As you guys know, I have done multiple videos about how I do my hair. This color, I use different brands and different colors and different mixtures from time to time, but what I always come back to is the sunset orange and then I usually go in with a little bit of cosmic as Sunshine from artifacts. I just love these two. I'M not really going to do much for this color because I like it still, but I do want the roots to be a little bit darker, so I'm just gon na go in straight in with sunset orange on my roots, I'm going to put some Cosmic sunshine On my tips - and I am going to mix it with neon moon, not because I really want to, but because I only have like this much left and I couldn't find anyone anymore and I'm gon na put them in my tips, and I might just drag the Collar off a little bit just so it Blends in a bit better. Oh my God, I literally have no left. That'S all. I have okay, wait! I'M gon na shake in my hair dying stash. If I have some more in the back, I found a brand new one yay. Now we're talking just go in with a little bit of Neon Moon just to lighten it a little bit here. You guys can see the color difference, another Bowl, sorry for being a little bit all over the place. But I am, I wonder if we should put this straight on or maybe I can use a little bit a Neon Moon to lighten it a little bit or no we're going for Cosmic sunshine. So here we have the two shades, the dark go on for the roots and the one forward, and then I put some there I feel like that is the perfect shade. Semi-Permanent colors were the best when you use it on driver, but I do not have the patience to dry it and then diet, so we're just gon na go for it all right. So there we have one side done with the roots. Let me go ahead and do the other side I'm going to do the bags with both colors, so I've now layered, like half of the bags, with the root color and now I'm going in with the yellow next layer, some orange on there we'll see how this Turns out but yeah, then the yellow, as I said before, I'm probably just going to put it here in the tips and then lightly with my fingers, make it blend upwards. So this doesn't have to be super uh carefully done. I'M not gon na bore you with content like this, so let me just go ahead and put this all over my hair and then we will see each other when I have it all in my hair. Now the problem is: how do I stop recording when I have hair dye all over my hands with my very expensive camera, so there we have the the end um as I applied this in wet hair, I'm going to wait even further until I rinse this out. So I'm going to wait, I don't know two hours, perhaps one and a half. Maybe then I will rinse it out and I will of course show you guys in three two one and there we have the finished result. What do we think? I love it? I am shocked that the tips actually are yellow. You couldn't really see that it's um lightened that much before, but now with the dye it you can really tell um the Ombre. You know I just feel like a new person and I feel so fresh and clean when I don't have any roots. Oh this feels so nice. It literally looks like this. Color comes out of my hand, naturally, and then I love it. Just look how perfect this is, oh, I'm so happy and for the hair quality. My roots feel exactly the same, but the tips is for sure a little bit lighter. But it's not, I mean I remember when I had super super damaged hair and I could hold my hair like this, and it would just straight out because it was so damaged and dry I mean my hair is damaged, but not that damaged. So that is it. I really hope you guys enjoyed this video be sure to comment down below if you have any questions or anything really. Alexandra: **cries in thick, dark brown hair that needs two bleach rounds with 30 vol. to get it that light**

Jade: As a professional, what you’re doing is called a soap cap. It’s not used to bleach roots, it’s to use in the bowl to lift yellowness really quick on already bleached hair. You should use a bond builder like olaplex or something similar bc they’re sold in places like Sally’s now (sorry idk what’s in sweden) and a 10 or 15 vol developer since you already have naturally light hair. There are also lighteners that have bond builder already in them. Sorry, I just wanted to clear this up & give safe advice to you & anyone who reads bc you can be sued for giving unprofessional advice if someone listens to you & something goes wrong

DoorsToHideBehind156: You made this look so easy ugh it sucks having such dark hair naturally bleaching for me takes such precision and dedication and I still have to go in twice. I'm so jealous you look amazing and have such thick luscious gorgeous hair

redshoulder18: Thank you SO much for this!! I’ve been so looking forward to an update on the hair process ❤

Theresa Lapsley: Your hair looks amazing!

Элла Беликова: I’m always so happy when a new video comes out ❤❤

Mr. Impressions: Your hair would look so cute with the butterfly cut trend that's going around

Taliah 💜: Girl I love your hair!

Tasha R: I wash mine like 1-2x a week. I have pink hair and can't wash it every day. I also use bleach baths!

Perry Skye Phoenix: I bleach bathed my hair to death a few months ago. It literally started breaking off. I can't even think about bleach until August 2023.

Kimbee: MIX CONDITIONER INTO THE ALMOST EMPTY BOTTLES TO USE AS COLOR REFRESHERS !!!

Stuart Binnie: You should try the K18 leave in mask,it’s next level & waaaaay better than Olaplex

Ceci Lane: yeeeess queen! i love that color on you! Honestly who can pull it off more that herrrr I don't bleach my hair since 2020.. This video its a sign (? Hahaha

Nicki Cox: Will you do a video on how you grew your hair out so much so fast

mari gallegos: I bleach my hair without gloves. Hahah yeah it’s not good but it’s the only way to get a precise bleaching job for me anyways idk why

Lisa Goetsch: Kinda missing your gray hair. Love the orange/red on you, one of my faves. But the gray was always great on you. Maybe if you get bored for a hair change. Lol

Amber crystal: My favorite is iroiro hair color idk if you can get that brand I live in the states but if you can and haven't tried it you should the neon yellow is amazing and glows in black light

Adriana Tomic: Yellow roots and orange the rest.. looks so good on you. Fifth element vibes

Miaow McDonald: beautiful!!!

NADINE FORLIZZI: Your hair lifts so good. My hair.. not so much. A bleach bath wouldn’t lift my roots that blonde.. I need a 20 vol developer and I use blondeme lightener. I need maybe 2 rounds of it. I wish I could just lift my roots with a bleach bath

Katie Jasukow: Absolutely love it so beautiful .. ur so beautiful

Linnéa Wallin: Thank you for this video ❤❤❤❤ massa kärlek ❤

Laís: This color is beautiful

Barbie Metalface: Tips är att skära upp såna plastflaskor med hårfärg, de brukar vara sjukt mycket kvar fastän man tycker att man skakat ut ”allt”

Claire R: Looove your make up ! Its done with your palette ?

Amanda Walter: I desperately need to get my hair trimmed I can do it myself went to school for it but I'd rather be pampered for a change I just won't ever have a salon bleach my hair considering they fried it and burned it off I've never done that to myself or any of my friends. That lady had no idea what she was even doing and was the owner of the salon a older women who didn't have much experience with trends or bleaching I told her what to do and to check it etc and she didn't listen and while she was applying bleach was telling me a story time about how she bleached some clients hair then attempted a perm on her client and then her hair was falling out right then and there I saw red..but the damn bleach was already on my hair and she was laughing histerically about how she made this poor girls hair fall out. I went quiet and then told her to please wash the damn bleach outta my hair she wanted to charge me 198 dollars for frying my hair I told her I wasn't paying that much. And then she even had the balls to try to sell me a hair treatment..I couldn't believe the nerve she had. Needless to say I gave that salon a bad rating. Im Sure other men and women who work there aren't all bad hair stylist but I had enough and a bad service. It was the cutting crew here in upstate new York in Oswego county

melissa: You really make me want bangs.

MiMi Destino: AMAZING

Leticia Lee Salmon: So beautiful do u take any vitamins for your hair growth... asking for a friend

Amanda Walter: Your beautiful and have awesome tats

Amanda Walter: I only have three tattoos atm but many piercings and my ears are stretched to 25mm which is an inch.

NickFX: You can buy Olaplex products all of them in CVS in NY

Melanie Y:

Gena cat: I wanna try using hydrogen peroxide and baking soda instead of bleach but that sounds drying

Nataphat Metmethakul: สีสวยมาก

hayley ortega:

Aquirillia: make up tutorial from the outcome

Mel the vintage cat: I got tired even watching it, too much work a lot of time wasted, process. I am happy with my natural auburn hair. I can't deal with dyeing bleaching hair ..

melinda mayer: You could just use a lesser volume
