Hey guys and welcome back to my channel so on today's video, i am going to show you how i dye my hair. My hair is very jet black. This is my natural color. I started having grays during the pandemic, especially i don't know if it's the stress or anything, but i have a lot of it now and i've tried a lot of over-the-counter hair dyes and those just doesn't cover my gray very well, and i know a lot of Asian people with jet black hair can relate for jet black hair, it's just so hard to cover grace. This is my crusted product. This really cover my brace so well, but before using this, the most important thing to do is patch test. First, with anything that you put on your face your scalp with everything we really need to patch tests first, because we don't like any allergic reaction, especially if you're putting it all over your scalp. If you get allergic reaction, it's going to be all over your scalp. So it's going to be a hard thing to remedy. You have to go to the hospital each other each other. So my point is just patch this person to do this. You just have to put a drop of water in your container, just a drop, and then you put a little powder from this mini bottle. You get a q-tip transfer. The powder like this would be your spoon kind of mix. It just mix it together and then put it here, make sure that this part is clean and dry, and then you let it stay there for 48 hours. If you have any redness any allergic reaction to it, then don't use it. It might have a little sting to it. That'S fine like if it's just a little little, but if it's thinning so bad and it makes your skin really red upon contact immediately, don't use this product. I grew up in a place where they told you what to chase, told you how to run the race. Every move was on the page, but i didn't like their way had to fight and misbehave. I had to find a way to change. I had to leave to find my way so, as i've shown you before, they would give you this plastic container, where you can measure the water. If you only need to touch up your roots, just use the 1 4 like the bottom line and then use a quarter of the powder now for me, i usually go with this half line. I don't go full because i don't have long hair, so my hair is just armpit length, so i usually just use half of the water and half of the powder in this bottle. So we're gon na put half to that much and then we're gon na pour it into the container. Make sure that your container is not metallic, so plastic or your like glass bowl is fine and then i'm gon na put half i'm just gon na eyeball it because it, the bottle, is not clear. So i'm just going to eyeball half of this bottle using this comb. You can just buy this from the dollar store you just swirl it until you have a paste. I forgot to tell you guys you. They also provide you with gloves. So when you're actually mixing put this on already because you don't want to get your hands stained and also with your petroleum jelly, just put it on the perimeters just so you wouldn't stain the side of your face and even like on your neck. Here also make sure that you have a damp cloth. So if the hair dye goes onto your face, you can easily wipe it. So just have this handy also put our towel on and also put towel on your furniture. Like say, if you have a white chair also put it there, because this would really stain. So this is how the mixture looks like now. It'S really dark now from what it is before. I'M gon na concentrate like where you part your hair concentrate there, because that's usually what's gon na show and you want that to be fully saturated the most. Luckily, for me, i don't have to worry about my ends. My ends are still black, it's just the top that are turning white or grey, but if you also have gray ends, it's helpful to have someone else. Do it for you, so you can really see where it's being put so make sure that the middle part is covered okay and then you're gon na part. The next section, i'm also gon na put it in the front like you can see like i have grease there section i part very thinly, because you can easily miss those gray hairs and when you part like this, make sure that you also do the top again. When doing this, you shouldn't feel any stinging, it's normal, to feel like a little coldness to it, but your scalp shouldn't sting or burn and also make sure that your hair is free of tangles. So you can just easily separate and section your hair. So now we're going to the other side, i'm scooping the product, i'm just using the bottom of the brush, scooping not too much, maybe that much and then applying also when it comes to color. I know i have jet black hair, but when i tried the color black i'm using actually the color dark brown when i tried the black color, it was super loud like it doesn't look natural on me. So if you have this colored hair, i i suggest you start with dark brown and if you think that that's not enough, color then switch to the uh the black one. But if you also have a lot of gray hair like top to bottom, i would suggest doing dark brown, because that this color looks more natural. I also like that this doesn't have any ammonia, because ammonia really irritates my my eyes, but this is not henna because um, i look at the ingredients and thought oh, so this is the natural like henna hair color. No, it's not! So it's not like a hundred percent natural, but it's better because it doesn't have ammonia again. I'M gon na comb, my hair, because sometimes you're gon na see like one strand popping out and it's white and you didn't cover it because it's just like you know those baby hairs. It can easily escape so make sure that you also comb away from your face and then apply the hair dye so like make sure that you saturate in all angles, i'm gon na remove my gloves, because i can see some hair dye on my face. Now. I'M gon na section halfway. I don't have any eyes on this, but i'm just gon na spread it. I'M also gon na put just a little on my ends, because sometimes my ends tend to look lighter, but again, i'm just gon na check. It'S like fully saturated again, if you have grace like from top to bottom, it's easier if you have someone to apply the hair dye at the back of your hair. But for me this is just my concern see i see that gray there now that my hair is fully saturated, i'm just going to leave the hair dye on for 20 to 30 minutes. I usually go with 30 because i really want that darkness. But if you have chemically treated hair, you can only leave this on for 15 minutes so make sure that you have your timer on so i'll, be back in half an hour. So 30 minutes is up, so i am going to go to the shower and rinse. This off, you have to rinse this off until the water runs clear and then, when the water runs clear, you put your shampoo and shampoo. Normally, i would suggest not using a clarifying shampoo, because that might remove the actual tint on your hair. So just use um a very mild shampoo and then i'm going to condition the ends of my hair. And then i'm going to be back and i'm going to show you the results. So i shampooed my hair and let me just go closer. You can see that it really covered my gray. I noticed that my gray turned dark brown instead of like a really black color, which i like, because that looks more natural to me. This part used to have a lot of gray. I know it doesn't and it's shiny it didn't make my hair dry or anything. So i'm just going to style my hair and show you the final results. Okay, so i finished blow drying my hair and you can see there's no more gray and it was so easy to use. It is so inexpensive i'll, put the link down below and again it didn't dry out, my hair, it didn't burn it didn't stay. I like that it doesn't have any ammonia, so when i was applying it, it didn't actually hurt my eyes and i like that, it's just so easy and i like that it's a powder form, so i don't have to worry about storing it and i only use Half of the powder, so i can use this after four to eight weeks. If i need any touch up or if i need to redo it again, i have that in stock and i actually get to use out of that powder. I also like that. You only need to use water to mix with the powder to make the hair dye, because some of the over the counter hair dye at the drugstore, you have to have this specific toner or something to mix with, but with the vegan regen. Can somebody tell me how to pronounce it, but with the vegan, it's just so easy, because you only need water to mix the powder with, so that's it.
