Foreign, I hope you're doing really well. If you celebrate Christmas, then I hope you're having a lovely day and if you don't, I hope, you're having a lovely day whatever Christmas is to you. I wish you all the love in the world, so this video see you and I hanging out together talking about skin and hair care products when I often see in the comments or do you use on and your skin, so I thought well I'll just get it All out and we'll have a look together. The answer is lots of different things. I like bottles and pots, beauty products and nice things like that. They popped everything in this vegetable bag, because it was the nearest thing to hand at the time. It'S actually quite thinking. So I'll get everything out, think I'll start with the skincare. Shall we and I've got my cup of tea to add a few months ago? It'S kind of nice! Isn'T it I like the color and the shape of it. I'Ve got black tea with oat milk, okay, okay, you've done so. That'S that's her stuff! Oh and I've got some perfume as well scrubbed everything so really just everything. So that's skin face perfume, two perfumes skin. So we'll start with the one thing that I use every single year and I'd say it's my most important skincare product every winter. It'S really good for hydration and um keeping the skin comfortable with the central heating is on or the fire is on or outside in the cold and it's hyaluronic acid, and so, when I buy a is from the ordinary is hyaluronic acid, two percent plus B5 a Hydration support formula with ultra Bureau, your hint I get the bigger bottle. So I use quite a few ordinary products and I tend to do a book order once a year, because I know all the things I used so when they have a very day or whatever and no reasonably reasonably priced anyway. So it um comes in this dropper and you're only supposed to use a few drops, but I use most - and I wouldn't say my Skin's dry, particularly this as soon as it goes on. My skin just absorbs all of it like a sponge and I don't experience any dry patches or dryness during um. I find that I don't need it so much in the summer, though, sometimes I'll use a little bit um, but it doesn't ouch in the summer. So it's definitely for me, a winter product and um. This I've been using lately for bedtime. Sometimes - and this was in the Advent calendar I opened last year - it's by awake, Organics and and the frankincense brightening serum and it has ACC and E vitamins the best it's um see with the light. Tess hemp oil, um rosehip has evening primrose pumpkin seed oil, see books on which is really good for the skin. It has frankincense resin oil lavender Rose and carrot seed. Oil patchouli as a geranium smells really really good and as soon as I opened it the first time, it reminded me of a scent that I haven't smelt for a long long time. I was in San Francisco years ago doing a live, ASMR event and um stayed in an Airbnb there. It was really nice place. I dropped something on the floor. One day, one of the cupboards was a an aromatherapy roll-on and there wasn't much of it left. Somebody had obviously I opened it to smell it, and it was this and it was just amazing thing ever smelled that combination of oils before really really nice, and I think it's the patchouli frankincense and the Rose just says her a really specific scent. It'S a nice combination, so it reminded me of San Francisco and peeling Solutions. So for scrubbing I don't use a scrub that has particles in it. You know um, some of them have Pine apricot kernels or anything like that. Nothing abrasive like that I used to, but now my skin, my skin, I prefer the um, the AHA exfoliators. So this again is the ordinary and it's the AHA 30 percent 82 appealing solution and it's red. It'S very fruity smells nice and you don't need to use a lot on your skin. You leave it on, for. I think it's 10 minutes yeah leave it on for no more than 10 minutes. So if you have particularly sensitive skin, then less you can actually just feel it on the surface, so that one is quite I'd say an intense peeling solution. It doesn't peel off it. So it's like a chemical peel if you like, but it's um, it's fruit, chemicals and um. There'S this one, that's really good as well. This is more mild and it's by Madara, organic skincare and again brightening. Aha, peel mask it. Doesn'T peel off it's just the same fruit as it feels with a super dose of natural origin. Fruit acids, this non-mechanical, aha exfoliator, unveils brighter more, even and radiant skin removes dead cells, enhances the action of other skin care, both so the the exfoliators with the beads or or the um apricot kernels. They would be called clastis mechanical, so those Appeals and hydrators. I like to use oil in the night time a night cream that you may have seen before on a video. That'S a nice is, and this again was in the Advent calendar last year. I'Ve seen this brand around quite a lot since it's called up Circle and it's the night cream, with repurposed blueberry, extractors fragrance free night cream for all skin types with replenishing, niacinamide, hyaluronic, acid and rosehip oil. So it's all hydrating foreign, it's quite thick, but not too heavy. It just smells like um, not perfumed. Obviously it is like ladies and smells kind of Mumsy light greens from the 70s, because I used to smell on my mom's coming it's like waffles on the bottom. Okay, so, as I take time moisturizer all year round, I use this one using this for you, I used to use products by um Aubry Organics. They had a green tea moisturizer and it was kind of gloopy and green and it was really affordable at the time. It was a seller and then they changed all of their range to more sort of high-end products and it became more expensive and I remember seeing one of them and the bottom of it and I could get it, and I thought I felt such a waste expensive Than the creams I used to use - and then I couldn't use all of it as well, so when the ordinary came out - and they were really reasonably priced like this - and it's well - which my skin really likes so and it's a little goes a long way as Well, so I get through probably about three tubes a year. Maybe it's even that much! So that's the skincare and this company, awake Organics, is really nice. So one thing I grabbed to show you something I use every night before bed and that's the Avalon Organics nourishing lavender hand and body cream. They have lots of nice body creams. This is just the one I have at the moment. Where did I buy this from? I can't remember now I've forgotten where I got it normally, when I'm shopping online and like on Organic website website or something they. They often have these on so sometimes throughout the year, because I know the things I use all the time I'll grab a few at once. So I probably did that first time with this, but yeah they have a lemon which is good as well, and I have that one by the sink downstairs to use after washing up and the lavender is really good for before bed and I've used this in videos. As well and I'm sure that um, it helps to send me to sleep as well - hopefully perfume two perfumes I've been using for quite a few years and um I'll be using them for many years to come, because the bottles are still. I don't use a lot of it at all for Christmas last year and um. Look how much you see been used. Hardly any really small one before then, and I finished it um. So this one will last many years. Do You Love perfume by Lush from the perfume Library and um hand blended with fine, essential oils? This sincesty fragrance was first created in 2004. and what Drew me to it to start with when I was reading it um, but it has cinnamon Rose and Jasmine Bergamo and lemongrass and um strongest scent in it is cinnamon. So so, when you first smell it, you definitely smell the cinnamon, but everything else is mixed in with this really really nice. Obviously, because um it's really nice for daytime, I think, all year round, it's quite Christmassy as well and then for for going out sort of an evening. Wear one is um Botanical Essence Number Nine by lizelle, and I really love this. Oh, it's so good! I really tell you what's in it now, because I don't have the box, but I think this has got Jasmine in it as well. Have a look on the website, but um Botanical. Essence: number: nine! It'S really nice! Of course. I love the color of the bottle and so um yeah. This has been think I'm on my second or third one now and I've been using it for years. So I don't wear a lot, I'm not someone who wears perfume every single day. Couple days I'm quite cheap to buy, for my husband said to me: do you want any perfume this year and I said no I've got plans for it, so I only need to so. Finally, we have heparagues, so I used to use all the time green people put. One here is to use this shampoo and conditioner all the time and is the green people intensive repair, conditioner, green tea and orange peel for colored damaged hair and it's strengthening so um. I'Ve tried quite a lot of organic hair shampoos and conditioners, and I tried quite a lot before I ended up on this one, and this was the only one that didn't really clog up my hair, all that, so I stuck with it and um thing. Nowadays, the options are much more vast when I was investigating they were a little bit um sense to say on so this one's really good and they do shampoos and conditioners for different hair types um, but at the moment, using faith in nature. So I've got the lavender lavender and geranium shampoo and I have a really big five liter bottle of the Rose conditioner, and so I pop it into this so into this. This bottle but um, but the Wild Rose conditioner. Oh my gosh, it smells amazing. It'S just! It'S so good, and it goes really well with the lavender and geranium they do a rosemary shampoo as well, which is strengthening the thickening um, so yeah. I just really like they're a bit more reasonably priced than most brands. I started selling them in supermarkets as well. Over here it's made in the UK, how do you wash shampoos conditioners are all really good, so this has more or less run out now so I'll be meantime, I've got a big bottle of this at home and everybody uses this one at home. This is the Avalon Organics, which is the same company as the body lotion hand and body, and this is their biotin B, complex, thickening shampoo, supports and energized scalp and thicker fuller hair. It'S um, formulated with a blender bites in saw palmetto quinoa protein and vitamin E to build a body in fine hair, the cleanse and nourish hair from root to tip a strengthen, hairstyle hair strands and contains organic ingredients without GMOs. Synthetic colors and all of that to no animal testing the bottle is made with recycled materials, but it's just a big value bottle that everybody uses and um. I was going to show you this as well, because I've used this quite a few times and there's still a lot left. Let'S try. It is the awake Organics, which is, which is the same as the the brightening serum and it's uh caffeine and rosemary shampoo. So it's good for hair growth and enhances more human shine, protein rich coconut milk and with naturally cut it um, and this is a powder. So it's a water free shampoo. So you just pour 10 pence piece amount. Uk 10 Ben space amount um, they're cool, pour it on your hand and then add a little bit of water with it and you flow through it. In your hand, suddenly you've got a liquids and you will share with them. So it's pretty good and the shampoo bars used a shampoo bar before too good too so they're definitely good for for not taking us up as much space and then treatment oil before styling. This is pretty good um. I use basically any hair oil or leave-in treatments that I find I have a look in TK, Maxx, sometimes or anything that friends recommend I to something as a Heat Protector and my hair can take oil quite well, and this is a hydrating treatment. Oil dry hair tie hair tie, and this has Argan and cranberry oils, and I've used this in the video - it's not too heavy, but you can make your own essential oil mixture for your hair easily with anything you want really sweet home and there's a base. Oil and it's a bit of Rosemary or whatever it is, you sit near to the roots unless you've got really thick dry hair, you can pop it anywhere now your hair better, and for me, I just pop it at the ends like this protect the ends with It the ends of my hair, got really really dry during this year, because I've been to Serbia the times and, and it just goes really frizzy. So I need to find something to sort out the humidity affecting my my British Islands here, which is not used. So, yes, that's it! That'S all my um hair and face and smelly products. You know, there's a lip balm. I use this one all the time. It'S uh Moon, lip balm by hurray, they're, not cheap, so I get them different places. I try and find Brands. That'S a bit cheaper smell is really looking, hardly see what's in it, but it's um your seed butter and all kinds of vanilla and also but yeah. It'S really nice so hope you enjoyed that. I hope you're having a lovely time, as I said, and I wish you all the love in the world and having said that about all these things and all these things that you can buy and put on your skin beauty comes from within. Doesn'T it and it's more important to take care of yourself health-wise with what goes in your body drinking enough and eating good food being happy, and all of that shows in your skin, it's more valuable than something in a bottle. So these things are just to enhance what really matters is what's in here, because it all comes out all right. All my love see you at the next video dreams.

So between these two I have seen 65% difference all over in 4 months. I look and feel so much more confident! I do use Elemis for nighttime deep and a heavyweight hydration when super dry!
