In November of last year, 22-year-old Charda Gregory went to a party in Detroit, Michigan. WXYZ Action News reports that Gregory believes that while at the party she was drugged. When she regained consciousness in a different place, a motel room in Warren, Michigan. Before she knew it, Gregory was being arrested for trashing the room and was taken to jail located inside the Warren Police Department. Sadly enough, the police station did not prove to be a safe harbor.

A Warren prisoner, held down, kicking and screaming as a police officer, cuts off her hair. The video is intense for more on the story. Let'S head out to Warren and Fox who's wrong sevens wrong. You know guys it's common policy protocol when someone's taken into custody police will remove a wig or a weave, but natural hair. That'S different and right now Warren Police are saying cutting this woman's hair was seriously something that should not have happened. The stunning video shows Sharda Gregory of Detroit in the lockup at the Warren Police Department. In November, MS Gregory was under arrest, accused of disorderly conduct destroying property at a warren hotel. She was also charged with assault on a police officer, while she's processed watch as she's placed in a restraining chair. Her torso is strapped in a Warren police officer with scissors begins to cut her hair. Commissioner, green Deputy Commissioner glosso, and I we looked at that videotape many times, David Grimm, the attorney representing the city of Warren Grimm and Warren Police Administration, cast three deciding votes. It was unanimous. All three of us agreed. The only appropriate remedy was to terminate the police officer, the woman, cutting the hair is 10-year veteran warrant officer, Bernadette n'ajjer officer, nature was fired. I asked David Grimm. Was she following orders or freelancing? She definitely was freelancing on her own again. There is a policy about removing wigs, but that doesn't cover scalp Universal Grimm, said Charter Gregory of Detroit settled a lawsuit with the city of Warren out of court. He said officer, Bernadette nature's actions, cutting the hair were unnecessary and totally out of line. It'S something that should not have been done under any circumstances now the department will remove someone's wig, that's a that's a different story, but you don't cut someone's hair. There was just no justifiable reason to do that, and this incident happened in November Charta Gregory of Detroit settled a lawsuit with the city of Warren out-of-court. The officer was fired now the investigation into the haircut is not wrapped up, yet it's still open inside police headquarters. Here they tell me, other officers could be disciplined, they haven't decided, but that no other officer would be fired. No one else would lose their job over this incident. We'Re live in Warren tonight. Ron savage Fox 2 News,

Naziyr Ruwack: See this is the problem that I have with people saying that there are "good cops". Why didn't any "good cops" step in and say that this was wrong? Why weren't the cops that held her and tied her down fired?  If a "good cop" assists, or circles the wagons to protect an out of control cop then they are not "good cops".

Ricky Lee: WTF?

Sancho z: Hey , a free haircut. Did they charge her for THAT!

Imunique Bradley-martin: Ughhh I don't... mom but I fucking... mom ian gone say nun

miyah: How is that her real hair, those are tracks.
