Arctic Fox Poseidon On Brown Hair Review

Hey welcome to my channel. My name is sarah. Thank you so much for clicking on this video. Today, i'm going to be dyeing my hair using the arctic fox poseidon color. It'S this deep, beautiful, blue color. I have used arctic fox before and i enjoyed it. It does wash out a little bit quicker than some other brands, but i'm actually going for that because in like about a month or so i'm getting my hair re-balayaged. So i thought in the meantime i would dye it blue and my hair stylist recommended this because it washes out easily or comes out easily with bleach. So i'm going to be going over the whole process of the application, how it looks afterwards, dried and all that and then give you my review of it. I think i am going to put it on my entire head, but i'm really going to focus it on the hair that is lighter down here right now, it's like a pinky tone because after a couple washes or even after one wash, the brown hair probably won't Have much of a blue hint at all? Currently, i'm gon na comb through my hair, i got this hair dyeing cape from amazon. That'S come in really handy. So i will link this if you want to check it out. This has helped me with many a hair color. I actually like my hair today, so i'm kind of sad that i have to dye it. I'M going to section out my hair through the top half and then just clip it up. Now we usually do like two sections up here: two sections down here so normally i would put this in a bowl, but right now my hair dyeing bowls are somewhere else. So and i don't have any like disposable bowls, so i'm just gon na be pumping it into my hand. I guess not the preferred way, but not about to go get them now. There'S the color, so it's a beautiful blue, i'm actually also going to take half of this strand and also pin it up just so. It'S easier to work with take the strand and i'm so excited for this now make sure it's coated on both sides so that nothing ends up still being blonde there uh all right. I think we are all covered, i'm glad i got the eight ounce bottle. I almost got a four ounce of manic panic, but that would not have been enough because i used up a good portion of this - probably at least three fourths leave it on for at least 30 minutes. I'M gon na leave it on for maybe 45, because i want the most color i can get out of it. Okay, i rinsed it out stained my hand and my face. I am loving the color so far, i'm going to style my hair and then let it dry and see the final results, but so far i am loving this color. Alright, as is extremely obvious. This is not the blue in my hair once it was styled. I just like kept getting busy and forgetting to film once the my hair was styled and i just kept washing my hair and forgetting to film the second part of the video. So i'm sorry, that's that's really dumb of me, but this is what it looks like after it's been washed several times. I applied it in my hair on april 27th. Today is may 17th, when i'm filming this right now, so the color did not last a full month. I honestly think it lasted more time when i used arctic fox before so. I don't know if they went through a formula change or, if i'm just remembering it differently or maybe, since i've tried out other dies that were better. My standards are just higher, i don't know, but if you're looking for something that's like really long lasting arctic. Fox, probably is not it for you, or at least that's how it performed. On my hair with the specific color poseidon that i used. However, i was also wanting something that would wash out pretty easily because i will be getting my hair done and i want something. That'S not going to be a pain to come out with bleach, because the good day young that i used before i will link it in the iron down below the red dye, absolutely gorgeous loved it. It lasted for such a long time like it was amazing. The best dive ever used, but it would not come out of my hair with bleach according to my stylist. So that's why i decided to go with the arctic fox, because i'm going to be getting my hair done soon and i wanted to wash out all of that to say i am going to be washing my hair tonight and i'm going to reapply the blue arctic Fox not to my roots, like i did last time, probably just on like the blonde parts and then lord willing, i will show you what it looks like on my hair once it's dry and styled so my deepest apologies, i i'm a procrastinator and i'm sorry. So, let's hope this next clip is blue, hairstyle, okay, so this is my hair. After a second application, i didn't leave it on as long as i did before i mean it is a beautiful blue and i absolutely love it. I actually left this on. For probably a little less than the recommended time, the stuff on the that i started with probably was the full half hour, but i just i had things to do so. I had to wash it out i'll try to insert some pictures so that you can see what my hair looked like when i first did it, because i don't have any video footage of that, but yeah i'm getting my hair redone like balayaged again next month. So the blue will be probably coming out. I might, i might keep it like brown and blonde for a little bit, but we'll see whenever i think like i want to go back to like a natural hair color. I then get bored and want a vibrant hair. Color so we'll see but yeah. This is what it looks like you, don't leave it on for the full amount of time, and i also didn't bring it up to my roots, like i did before when i did before. It definitely darkened my whole head of hair, like my naturally brown hair at the roots, looked like a much deeper brown uh, but this time it's more, it's just like my natural color, and i think i actually like it better, where it's just like my natural brown Into the blue versus putting it over my entire head and having like a blue tint to my brunette, you know i feel like i'm just talking in circles now, so i'm gon na go ahead and i'll try this video.
