Hey guys, so today's video is going to be on the must-have hairstyles for 20 21. So i really hope you enjoy this video and that the hair tutorials in this help you and you get a little bit of inspiration on how you can do your hair a bit differently for 20 21. So i hope you like it and let's get into it. So, to create this first hairstyle, you want to make a clean straight middle parting in your hair. I'M just doing this by using my comb and finding the middle by measuring up from my nose. Next, i'm taking a small section at the front and splitting it into three equal parts. So you just want to braid your hair like normal, so i'm taking the left section and placing it over the middle one and then taking the right section and placing it over. The middle one and i'm just repeating that all the way down the hair, you don't need to tie the end off for this hairstyle. You can just leave the braid when you've braided down enough. So then, i'm repeating the same process on the opposite side, making sure the section i take is a similar size to the first one, because we don't want one braid bigger than the other, although maybe that might look quite cool, i don't know next, i'm just taking A hair slide and placing at the top of the braid on both sides, and then that is the first look. This hairstyle is really taking off and i just love how cute it looks. This next look is so simple, but it looks like you've made a lot more effort so again, i'm starting with straight hair and a middle parting, i'm separating two small sections at the front as these little pieces will frame our face next, i'm gathering the hair. Above my ears to the back of my head and i'm just taking my brush to get it as neat as possible when you've gathered all of the hair at the back in a ponytail position, just take a claw, clip and grip it in place, and that's it. If you don't have a claw clip, you could always just tie it into a ponytail. If you wanted to. I just love this hairstyle just because of how quick and easy it is, and it makes you look like you've, made a lot more effort than what you actually have. So this hairstyle is the quickest out of all of them. I'M just taking a simple jersey, headband and putting it over my head and then sort of positioning it at the front and pulling tiny bits of hair near my ears down again, this is such a quick hairstyle honestly, that was it, but it's such a huge hair Trend for 2021 - and it's so good to just get all of your hair out of your face. So next we have the flippy, 90s ponytail. So to start, you'll need to create a little parting to the side. It doesn't matter which, whether you prefer on the left or the right, and then you just want to take quite a large section and separate it away from the rest of the hair, as this will be the hair that we'll have down outside of the ponytail. Next. I'M gathering the rest of the hair up into a high ponytail. So now you want to try and get this as high as possible, and i find it easiest to flip my head over to really gather it all up high and keep trying to keep the hair. As neat as possible too, by brushing it up the higher you go next, i'm just tying that off with a hair tie and just pulling the ponytail up with my fingers. Now you want to take a small section from the back underneath the ponytail and wrap it around the base to hide the hair tie. Then, when you nearly run out of hair to wrap around it, take some hair grips and grip. The strand at the back underneath the ponytail, so you can't see it now. Actually, you could just leave the hairstyle here, but to get the flipped out, look, i'm taking my curling wand and placing the barrel behind the hair and wrapping the ends of my hair around the wand, holding it for a few seconds and then letting go tuck this Front section behind your ear, as this will help set the curl in the right position, then i'm taking the wand again and curling the ends of the ponytail upwards and holding them into the curl position with a hair clip so you'll see here, i'm actually wrapping the Ends of the ponytail over the wand upwards, and it's only the bottom of the hair too. That'S how we get it to flip out, instead of being like a neat curl, so you'll want to leave the clips in for about 10 minutes or longer. If you can just to set the curl into its position and then you can remove them and brush out the curls, and that's it again, this is such a cute hairstyle. It does take a little longer than the other ones, but i just love the result of it and you can have the front piece down or tucked behind your ear, if you prefer it that way. This hairstyle is a lot more casual and messy than the others. So you just want to curl your hair to add some waves and texture to it. This will be really good for second day hair too, i'm just picking up random sections and curling the hair away from my face. Next, i'm gathering up some hair, the crown of my head, leaving out two little pieces again just to frame my face, because this is quite a messy look. You don't have to worry too much about it. Looking perfect once you're happy with the height of where you'd like your bun, to be take a hair, tie, pull it down the hair halfway and then gather the rest up and twist it into the bun shape. Then i'm taking some hair grips and gripping the bun into the style and position i want it to be in next. You can just take your wand again and curl the pieces we left out of the look, and that is the hairstyle. Next, we have the half up, pigtails, look so again, i'm starting with a middle parting and i'm gathering up one side of the middle part and again leaving a little strand out. Then i'm taking a hair tie and tying it into a ponytail. Then you just want to do the exact same on the opposite side, picking up a similar with a section as well just so they don't look uneven. This is such an easy hairstyle to do and you can do it with curly, hair or straight second day hair. It'S such a good, go-to look and then one of the biggest hair trends at the moment is the crimped mermaid waves. So if you don't have a waiver, you can make small braids in your hair when it's wet and you've just washed it and let them dry into the waves. Or if you haven't just washed your hair and your hair's dry, you can just make the braid and then run over it with your straightener just to make the crimped look. But i just love the mermaid look and you can create any of the hairstyles. I just showed you with the mermaid waves in your hair, [ Applause ] too, so that is it.
