When you see runway images like this, it's no wonder some of us are scared of fashion trends. In this video, i'm going to share some stylish, simple, subtle ways that you can rock the trends, no matter what your age hi. Ladies, it's erin and welcome back to my channel today. I want to talk about fall fashion trends again because we love them. If you missed my whole, like trend, roundup, video, we will put a link to that below in the description box and up here in the cards. So in this video i want to talk about some of my favorite fall fashion trends, but then also show you some subtle, effortless ways that you can wear those trends i feel like, especially as we get older, we're walking this fine line or doing this dance. If you will, between wanting to look modern, current sophisticated over here and then not wanting to go over here into the like, i'm trying too hard, i look desperate to reclaim youth. Then i look like my teenage daughter like this is the zone we don't want to be in, but we still want to be here. There'S this happy ground in the middle, and that's what i want to talk about in this video today before i dive into these trends that i want to show you, i want to say huge, thank you to every who is sponsoring this video. I only partner with brands and businesses that i love. Nobody does effortless casual, elevated style like every the buyers there just get it. They understand what the everyday woman needs. What types of pieces she needs to effortlessly weave into her lifestyle. Her active dynamic lifestyle, everything from running errands, to picking up kids at school to go into the grocery store to going to the office to weekend casual. They understand women and especially, i feel like mature women, because after a certain age, you just don't want to spend money on pieces that are gon na fall apart in the wash after three washes. I don't anyway, i'm not interested in that anymore. I wanna buy pieces that i know will stand the test of time that will wash and wear well. That will again integrate seamlessly into my lifestyle, but then also remember over here have that modern, stylish element to them. That really makes it feel current thanks again every for sponsoring this video. Let'S get started trend number one is strong shoulders. So on the runway, you may see something like this and go no way. Am i doing this, but i want to show you that subtle version, so, let's start out by taking a look at one of my favorite t-shirts t-shirt lines nation ltd. This is a black t-shirt. It has a very subtle puff, shoulder there's a lot over the top puff shoulders going on right now. Here is a very simple way to do it that you really can rock no matter what your age or even what your body shape, is unless you're an extreme exaggerated, inverted triangle with white shoulders. It'S a very subtle puff shoulder. It adds a current twist to an otherwise very basic piece, a black t-shirt. That'S really what i'm talking about here is taking the trend and really dialing it down, so that it integrates seamlessly into your lifestyle and then, with this fabulous very subtly, puff shoulder t-shirt. I paired it with some really cool olive, green level, 99 joggers and a pair of croc embossed loafers by vince camuto. Let'S talk about the next trend, which is definitely one of the trends that might perplex you or feel like it's, not you. It'S the sweater vest. The sweater vest is making a comeback this season and i wanted to show you just how wearable and versatile it really can be so that you don't take a look at it and go. Oh, i can't do that. Oh it's too preppy! Oh, it's light clueless in 1990.. I want you to see it in ways that are very attainable and wearable. The first look i want to show you is simply by wearing the sweater vest alone. You don't have to wear anything under the sweater vest. You can just wear it on its own and then style it with some jeans, some great jeans and some tall boots. So i chose skinny jeans in this outfit because i wanted to really highlight these boots and wear them over the jeans and then just a really great yummy brown tan belt with some gold hardware. A second option for your sweater vest is to wear a longer white button down shirt underneath it now. Here'S an example of a white button down that actually covers your bum a little bit. So if you are wearing a tighter fitting jean, you can have a little more coverage in the back with your white button down sure. It'S also a way to extend the hemline of your sweater vest, but the sweater vest, as i've talked about before, especially in my recent video. We talked about looking slimmer on the waist. The sweater vest creates the waist and then the shirt underneath gives you the coverage that you need or want to kind of cover the hips and the bum. These are the same boots. By the way they are a brown suede boot by vince camuto. They have a square toe, they have a stacked chunky heel, making them really easy to walk in. They have a side, zip, so they're easy to get on and off. I will say they are a bit narrow. So if you have a wider calf, i probably would skip these boots, but if you want a pair of just gorgeous brown boots, these are beautiful. Personally, i love how kind of fitted they are to the leg, because i feel like these look so good with dresses and skirts too, making them a little more versatile. The other thing that's really nice about these boots is that they have the scrunched look but they're not actually scrunched, like they're permanently the way they are they're not going to fall down. You don't have to pull them up because sometimes when you have the scrunch boot look and you scrunch them down, you feel like you always have to pull them up, or you always have to push them down in this situation. They stay put just really nice and then one last option for your sweater vest is to layer it under something. In this case, i layered it under a ponte knit black blazer with a zip and zip out dickie hoodie, underneath this blazer. By the way, you guys may remember from the last every video i did very similar to that jacket. This jacket, though, is by ever eve. They, for the first time ever have launched their own line of clothing, based on what you love, what you buy, what you need, what you want, and this jacket is in their collection, which i'm so excited about, because the last time i featured it it sold out In like a hot minute, don't drag your heels. If you like this jacket, scoop it up, you can easily zip out the hoodie. If you don't want it, so it's a more elegant, streamlined! Look! If you want a more casual look, you could zip the hoodie back in the jacket is perfect for travel because it doesn't wrinkle. It'S wonderful, you're gon na love, it you're gon na. Thank me, you're welcome and then on my feet with this look a pair of sneakers by gola. They are, i believe, just only a couple sizes left, but i found a pair that is in the same sort of color family. With this camel and white and black by p 448. We will put a link to those below in the description box, they're, really cool they're, more of that high chunky, dad sneaker. I know a lot of you resisted the dad sneaker. Even i resisted the dad sneaker, but i feel like these sneakers with the really elevated platforms are so nice for those of us that really need a little extra height like me and 5'4 they're slightly more streamlined now, but they still have that chunky platform. So you can see in these examples that the sweater vest can be incredibly versatile. It'S very wearable, it's very simple to style. It'S also lovely, it looks cool, but it also looks accessible. The next trend i want to talk about is actually a shoe trend, so i did show you those really cool vince camuto tall brown boots brown very much on trend. We talked about it last season, still going strong, very beautiful, color, wonderful, neutral brown is the new black, but loafers are also having a moment have made a comeback and they are incredibly wearable comfortable functional. That'S another one like why, wouldn't you embrace it? Why wouldn't you embrace sneakers with dresses, because that's a no-brainer or the chunky, sneaker to add the height here? You are loafers flats, comfortable, easy to get on easy to get off like go for it. These are by vince camuto. They have a croc, embossed leather and the gold chain across the top of the shoe, so they look very luxurious again, very comfortable, very easy, very wearable, very effortless. So i just paired those with some straight leg jeans, which i'll talk more about in a minute and also a sweater with some subtle cutouts at the shoulder, which i will also talk more about in a minute and then that same brown belt. By the way, this necklace is a multi-strand necklace, which i love as well, because it does the work for you. You just only have to do one clasp and then you're done. That'S my favorite kind. You don't have to monkey around with too clasp and layering it and detangling it, and all that it's just very simple, but cool, modern, great. The next trend is definitely one of my favorites, and that is lux leather and it doesn't have to be real leather. There are tons of vegan leather options. These pants by commando are a vegan leather option for you and well done commando, because these are like my new favorite pants. They are so wonderful. They feel silky on your skin, somehow they're more breathable than every other vegan leather garment i've ever put on. They are stretchy. I know you're like what vegan leather stretchy, you just pull them on. It'S no problem because they're so dang stretchy, you can just pull them right on. Then you tie the paper bag waist. In this case, i like to put the tie off to the side a bit, because i don't want the dangle hanging in the crotch area for lack of a better term. I like it off to the side, i think it's more elegant and then i paired these beautiful vegan leather stretchy pants with another every piece. This is a white sweater, it is ribbed, it also has a wide neckline or boat neckline. So it looks great on the shoulder or it looks great off the shoulder. It does have some room, it's a dolman sleeve, so it has some room in the sleeves and the nice thing is. You can tuck this sweater in because it's so lightweight and thin. No problem tucking it in doesn't add bulk or you can wear it out, which is really great wait for it. For those of you who are busty. Yes, this is a lovely piece for those of you who are busty, because it gives some room around the girls and then it's a little more cinched under the empire waist and at the at the hips and the waist on my feet by the way are a Pair of stiletto suede booties by shoots these are fabulous. I wear them all the time you will love them: they're, lightweight, they're, comfortable, four heels and they're just so elegant and gorgeous. It'S like these are a slam. Dunk you'll love them. I wanted to show you these same faux leather pants with a different top. This top is by sanctuary and it has a big, dramatic shoulder cut out, which is quite sexy but mind you it's a t-shirt, so it's very comfortable, very functional, very wearable, but this is a great look if you're going out on a date, but you still want It to be again comfortable, confident you know you need to move and walk and be, and do this is perfect. The t-shirt is low in stock. So i wanted to show you another one with a very just subtle cutout at the shoulder that you could actually wear a regular bra with that. I think, is even better than this one, because it has sleeves too and we will put a link to that below. In the description box, the reason i wanted to show you this is because cutouts are another big fashion trend happening right now, and that could be one where you're like no and i've talked about it before like you're like i don't. I can't do that. I don't want to do that. It'S too, it's not when you have some strategy behind it, and it is a simple just one subtle cutout, it's very wearable here is a perfect example of how doable it is and then remember the outfit. I showed you with the loafers and the sweater with the cutouts at the shoulders. That'S another option that you could do again. Very subtle can wear a regular bra with it, no problem very versatile and wearable. Now i want to go back to that. Look, i showed you before with the straight leg jeans. These jeans are a little different than the baggy jeans that you're seeing more and more of now these are more of a fitted jean. They fit more like a skinny jean, but they have a straight leg. That'S a great way, a much more wearable subtle way, effortless way to dip your toe into the more relaxed fit jean trend without going all in you're, not dunking yourself into the water you're, just dipping the toe in, and so this is the way you can do It ease yourself into the water just that fitted silhouette, but just more of a straight leg versus the real tapered leg. Now, there's still a place for the tapered or skinny jeans in your wardrobe. I showed you a look with them. Okay, when you have a boot that you want to show off you wear over the jeans, wear just a longer top, maybe and then you've got your skinny jean look, but where we're going at this moment in time is more toward a straight, more relaxed fit jean Or flared pair of jeans, which i've talked about a lot in my video, where i talked about how to make your legs look longer. So if you want to go back and watch that one after this one have at it, we'll put it in the description box below and up here and, of course, all the links to everything i featured in this video are in the description box. But i am guessing that a lot of you have pieces similar to these in your own closet right now so play around with that think about what you might have, what trends really speak to you and then think about easy or subtle ways that you can incorporate Those trends into your wardrobe that feels accessible and comfortable to you, the thing that gives you that little extra pop or that little extra you know pizzazz or spring in your step, is the trend. Don'T totally stay away from them. I would try them, but this is a way that you can do it where it feels a lot more effortless you're not going to veer into that zone. I talked about before of looking like you're trying too hard, because we don't want that. No make sure you put all your comments and questions below the video. Thank you again every for sponsoring this video and thank you to all of you for watching it. I sure hope that you will hit that subscribe button. If you haven't already and maybe share my channel over on your facebook page, i would really really appreciate it thanks again, you guys i'll see you next time. Bye,

LisaLisaD1: Hey Erin! Loved this, I had never heard of Evereve~ thank you! Lisa

Kimberly Perrotis: I think you said this in another video, and it really stuck woth me: “dress to look modern, not young”. I think that’s great advice. Many women my age, 61, are still dressing and doing their hair and makeup, as they did in their 20s or 30s. I love classics, but make sure my outfit is still up-to-date, by wearing just one older pieces, perhaps, with more current pieces. I don’t want to get stuck in a previous decade!

Michele McFadden: Love the trends and suggestions for making them wearable. Would be great to see a partner that offers inclusive sizing. There’s no reason Evereve couldn’t offer their own and other brands that have inclusive sizing-look at Nordstrom, Universal Standard, Old Navy, JCrew, Madewell, Anthropologie, Athleta, and now Abercrombie.

Jennifer Ann Fox: I'm in the middle of switching my closet clothes from summer to fall/winter and love these videos. I have things from many years ago I can reuse now. I bought a pair of flared jeans the other day, high waisted and when I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe how long it made my legs look!

Stacy Davidson: I am LOVING the trends right now! They take me back to my high school/college years. My teenager is now wanting the clothes I wore, and I am getting to wear a more sophisticated version of some of the things as well. So FUN!!!

dsison18: I love the sweater vests and loafers trends! It does remind me when I went to my all girl Catholic high school in the 90s. I’m so nostalgic right now for that time in my life when life was simpler and more carefree. Also I love Clueless and those looks and want to rock them so hard now!

Roc B: You are gifted in the fashion arena! Love your detailed descriptions and advice and how you gently nudge us to take some risks, even small ones. You are a neat gal for sure!

Kristine Malik: Hi Erin, I am so excited about the sweater vest. I have been a sweater vest girl since the mid 1990s and was so sad when it was not fashionable for quite a long time! I succumbed to purchasing short sleeve sweaters so I could use those as 'vests' and wear a button-down underneath. Thanks for the great video, love the strong lip color on you:)

Kasey: I agree with you about quality. When I was in my late teens, I stopped buying clothing with acrylic, because it is a very cheap fabric that doesn't last. I am 64 and have a closet filled with beautiful quality, timeless pieces that I treasure.

Anna Tonino: Erin, you're not only sweet and beautiful but also smart. I love your fashion programs. So helpful. Thank you. Love from CT, USA

Elizabeth Scott: I can't stop noticing how great your hair looks with this cut! Also, these are some fabulous suggestions of being trendy but not overdoing it--I'm in! Thanks!

Jami-Lee Razza: Love your channel Erin. You have helped me feel more comfortable in my body and learn to buy quality over quantity. ❤️

gretchen: I love Fall fashion! I just wish it would finally get a little cooler here (Northern IL), we’ve had a very warm summer and early Fall. I also appreciate the options you presented, especially with the sweater vest and “baggy” jeans! I also LVE Brown and loafers…and platform anything. Lol. Not because I need the height, but because they’re usually sooo much more comfortable. xoxo

Kimberly Perrotis: Thanks for this wearable trends video. I love a lot of trends, but am very selective in buying them, they have to suit my style, body, coloring and age (61). They also have to work well with what I already have. That said, I pick the most classic, less extreme, versions because they have greater longevity. For example, an enormous collar might look dated in a year, but a smaller, non-exaggerated version of it might pass for five years or more. I won’t be buying any of this fall’s deep, bright or saturated colors, but that’s because they don’t suit my coloring, style, nor work well with the rest of my wardrobe.

Erin Hogan: I am not over 40 but I love watching your videos to explain style! I think this can apply to everyone...thanks for all your tips!:)

Marnie Hill: Thanks for the tips, I just started watching a few months ago. I am a 50 year old stay at home mom with teenage boys, I have updated my wardrobe with great style thanks to you. I love Evereve every piece I have purchased fits great, I love how the clothes feel and the quality.

J H: Thanks, Erin for more inspiration! My Fall /Winter and 80% of my other clothes and shoes are currently at anchor in a container ship off Long Beach, so i do need some strategic pieces whilst i'm waiting for it (3 months, and counting!) Will grab the sweater vest and might start wearing neck ties again with the long shirts underneath, or just the baggy shirts over leggings with a heavy hipster belt at an angle that i wore back in the late 80's! Just nabbed some caramel-coloured faux leather pants, so i'm looking forward to trying them with the vest! x

Beach Town Girl: The “don’t want to look like you’re trying too hard” brought back a memory. I have a girl friend that I love dearly. People, over the years have made comments behind her back about the way she dresses too revealing. Too tight. Even my husband and mother in law said something to me. We’ve been friends since we were 40. We’re now 60. She had started picking on me when we go clothes shopping. Pre pandemic and for years before that. Telling me I’m dressing too conservative and like an “old lady,” For the record, I don’t. I just prefer elegance as opposed to overt sexiness. I did that in my 20s.. I tell her the same thing now that I did 20 years ago. “ I don’t want to look like I’m trying too hard” to be sexy or young. Cleavage, short skirt, high heels, lots of make up. Just looks cartoonish or like a costume if worn all at the same time. I probably should have told her years ago the things people say, but, she seemed oblivious to it, so, who am I to offer my opinion when not asked… like she does to me.

Alison Calhoun: So excited for you and happy you are taking October off! I hope it brings you some time to reflect and to enjoy your time abroad!

valkiriie: Loved your video! I recently “discovered” Evereve and love their styling. I hope you partner with them in the future

Barbara Brooks: Fall is my favorite season. I'm sharing this fab video in our next newsletter for our 40+ women, girl. Thanks as always for keeping us up to date - and modern .

Ragdoll Libby: Yeaaaa, for taking those fashions and making them 'doable' for us regular folk!!! I love the jacket with the zip out hoodie attachment! It's cute and sporty without looking sloppy.

julia vazquez: Thank you Erin I wish it wasn't still 90 in Florida I want to wear fall fashion without having a heat stroke lol

Angie Tolbert: Love the vegan leather pants. I just bought that cut out top you’re wearing in black. Love! I also bought the off the shoulder sweater in white. Thanks for the suggestions Erin! ❤️

Gail Petersen: I love all the outfits you’ve shared. I completely forgot about shopping at Evereve! Pretty good pricing too. Enjoy the Fall season in Spain. Adios

Jennifer Kamarad: That lipstick color is on you! Loving everything leather! I bought a white t-shirt with a cool balloon sleeve and my sister said "Erin would be proud" we are both over 40 and we love you!

Maureen Rose: Wonderful and informative video Erin! You look great in everything and give us such inspiration! Thank you!

Tanya Williams: I love all the items featured in this video. I ordered most of the items that were in stock. I love your videos and your style.

kari reyes: Thank you for another fantastic video. My favorite piece in this video would have to be the white sweater. Continue to enjoy your time in Italy!

Regina Rico: Such exciting trends! I’m 53 and sometimes a bit leery of going full trendy, but your suggestions really help me envision where I can and want to go. I always look forward to your posts! Besos a mi querido Madrid

Louise Gillan: Great video. I LOVE fall, it's such a cozy season.

Beth Etheredge: Thank you Erin! Great video! I live the sweater vest! And I’m thinking about that Blazer, never pulled the trigger on the VB one as wasn’t sure how much I would wear.

Jane Rothrock: I love Evereve, I really never knew the brand before. I liked all the outfits you wore in this video. The sweaters have unique small details that make them not just plain sweater which I tend to buy.

Christina Truchon: This video is so helpful and inspiring. I have those boots and just counting the days to wear them. I love the sweater vest alone for us Southern California girls. I really like the blazer/sweatshirt.

Justine Barton: I absolutely love the sweater vests. I love the look and I find them really useful too. I can wear one over a shirt and then still easily get a coat or blazer on without all that bulkiness you get on the arms and shoulders if you try and wear a long sleeved knit under a coat or jacket.

Cathy Lehman: I am so happy skinny jeans/camel toe is on the way out. Erin, last Fri I took your advice and tucked in my button down shirt with a Lucky leather belt (I am a belly girl and stay away from tucking). I received two compliments from strangers. Thank you! Elevated

Joyce Penn: Loved everything!!! You're looking fantastic!!! I did wear my black leather pants, top and black boots which have a low block heel, but similar to yours.....got several compliments!!! Love it when I learned how to do that from you in previous videos, but confirming here still on trend. Thanks, Erin!

Christina Daggett: Thank you for showing ways to wear the sweater vest. I have a long shirt, that I've had for a while, but am not ready to get rid of. It feels like the style this season, is more of the tucked in look, for shirts, but this particular shirt is too long, and looks sloppy tucked in. I think it would look better and more up to date with a sweater vest. Thanks for sharing the trends, Erin.

Maureen Austin: I agree with the previous comments and want to say thank you. I get lots of e-mail but always stop to read yours and then of course I have to watch the video. You really do give us women of a "certain age" confidence to dress with style and have fun without looking like someone's daughter. Thank you so much for doing this!

Hannah Mann: Thanks for translating runway to everyday, Erin! xo

Jeannie Cummings: Your body looks great! People say weight loss (not that you needed any) is easier in Europe—walking everywhere, smaller portions in restaurants and less chemicals in food. Do you think so? Whatever it is it’s workin’ for you Girl!

Stephanie Kaufman: Love all the looks in this video ! Loving how you wore the vest 3 different ways!

Teresa Myers: Another great video! I'm wanting to try a sweater vest. I'm an inverted triangle. I've noticed that many of the modern vests extend onto the shoulder in almost a cap sleeve. Would it be better for my body type to get a truly sleeveless style?

Victoria Fine: I snagged that black blazer from Evereve after your last video and I LOVE it! Mine has three white "Adidas-inspired" stripes on the sleeves and it's the perfect blend of "corp-leisure." Always feel very hip when I wear it. This Fall I'm embracing all the new footwear styles: lug soles, shearling, mules, etc.

Caro C T: OH ERINNNN! I bought the Vince Camuto Brown & Tortilla color boots!! You were not kidding, they are SUPER snug around the ankle. I love the fit BUT be prepared for the slight discomfort going up and down stairs - OTHER than that! Love them. I am so glad I invested in them.. I have a BAD habit of buying things I like in different colors.. in this case..the Tortilla colored ones are going back.. The brown feels more versatile for me… the tortilla is creamy and light and beautiful but I am sure I wouldn’t get the wearability and versatility out of those - so back they go. I am glad you pulled these into this video. You’d mentioned them before and I am glad I finally broke down and bought them!!

Andrea Littlefield: Hl Erin, love your Videos, I keep every one of them to reference by such good advice. question-can a 70 year old wear fake leather pants without looking ridiculous? I love the look.

JND 0630: I'm crazy for the Moussy Tapered jeans, has anyone else fallen in love. One of my other obsessions is "Only Natural Fiber" clothing. I started implementing this a couple years ago and it is increasingly difficult to keep this commitment, cotton panties and bra's are a real challenge, real leather is easily accessible in Shoes and Bags, 100% cotton clothing is a journey. Is anyone else trying to be 100% sustainable with their wardrobe?

Cindy Lavertue: Yes to Evereve! Thanks to you I have become a huge fan of this company. I even just purchased my first Trensend box from them. And yes, I purchased the entire contents of this box minus only one item!

Margaret Ames: The straight jeans have been my go-to jeans since skinny jeans don’t work for me. So no need to dip my toe into wide leg jeans — I decided to dive right in and bought Everlane’s Way-High Baggy Jeans. I love them because they cover my mom belly, are fitted in back and are so comfortable because the legs are loose.

Leonor Juan: Erin, my favourite one is the golden sweater vest and why not the cutout top. By the way, you look amazing

Bel Bush: Thank you for a very useful video and great tips! PS - I can’t wait till half tuck goes away. Honestly

Alma Backstrom: Gosh girlfriend, you look so gorgeous today. Thank you for your enthusiasm and inspiration. You are the best. ❤❤❤

Carlijn van Tijen: THANK YOU! Just what I needed. I'm from the Netherlands so I can't order from the stores you mention ( shipping costs) but the fashion translation to everyday wear are just what I need.

Dstar1125: Great video as always, you look amazing! Some of the trends I can’t bring myself to wear again LOL. Love the boots and sweater vest!!

Michelle Mohammed: Thank you so much, Erin. I get to your videos later now that the school term has begun. Work is just too demanding. I really enjoy your videos. Hope you are enjoying Spain.

Markett Harkinson: Erin, I will miss hearing from you so much during the month of October, but understand wanting to enjoy your time in Europe. I look to you first above all the other Influencers. I get compliments all the time about what I wear, and it’s because of YOU! Enjoy traveling and stay safe. (Love your makeup in this video.)

Amy McIntosh: Thanks Erin! Keep the videos coming!! I need fashion help!:)❤️

It's All About The Taste: Thank you I'm so excited for the fall.

A. Alberts: Love those cutouts! They are sexy but not vulgar. Hope we see lots more. They seem like a more wearable option than those "cold shoulder" shirts--seems like the cold shoulder cutout is never placed right, or too big or too small. I tried about five or six types of those, but couldn't get it right.

Angie Tolbert: The skinny jeans are the most flattering on me and I think on you as well. To many of the new jeans look like Mom jeans to me. There’s a reason the SNL skit “Mom jeans” became so iconic.

Shelley Nielsen: Leather pants always makes me think of the Friends episode with Ross.

Marysia_ ML: Erin, I like most of looks you showed us

ipunzer O: The sweater vest I love! Sometimes in fall I can get hot towards end of day! Keep me warm without getting too hot

Inalvis rodriguez: I loved all the outfits! Thank you so much.

Lorraine Farnon: Hi Erin, again a great video. Could you do another one about the differences between European and American women in style?

Annie Yahu: Thank you for the video and all the great ideas!! ❤

Connie Pleasant: Erin, that EVEREVE site is lovely. I like their version of the dicky blazer and it’s a lot more affordable over a VB one. Oh, and the sizing looks like it could work for my girls, & short thick waist. Thank you for all of the suggestions, I think for the first time in a few years I’m a bit more on track with having a great foundation for my wardrobe because of your suggestions.

lilac G: That first vest outfit is really cute and wearable here in the tropics as well!

Denise St. Pierre: You look great in all of these outfits! You have it all - smart, pretty and sweet. We love you!

Phyllis Fisher: Another way to look at trends in magazines is to pick one trend from a look they display. Most often they have many trends in one picture which can be confusing....

Jane Dunlap: Really love all the outfits. Thanks Erin

Kimberly Davis: I'm 44 years old and I love fashion and have since I was a little girl. I have disabilities and limitations so sometimes I just can't wear certain things because of my physical mobility. Do you have any ideas of some stylish ideas that's more easier to get ready for everyday and for going out? It's nice to be able to get creative ideas from others. Nice outfit ideas for individuals in wheelchairs also.

Tanya Flynn: I'm going to Nordstrom today... I love my lofers!!! YES!! I need real gold necklace. I'm not sure the necklace you recommend is real. You have any good recommendations? I do love that style. Thank you!! ❤

Diana: I love your play on current trends. I was all set to buy the jacket with the hoodie, I'm obsessed! I've been looking for something similar since you featured one almost a year ago. Unfortunately it's sold out already. Any other suggestions, I'd like black because it's so versatile. This also fits my budget. Also curious about,, How are you feeling about the square toe on shoes, do you think it's a passing phase or will it be around for awhile? Great content as always Erin...thanks!

S Kades: loved the tips, I am actually willing to try a sweater vest, you make it look so cute....you're such a lovely spirit! thanks

Lyndsy Melly: Great ideas. BTW a bright lip colour looks fab on you Erin

Kelly Bonanno: That lipstick is perfection on you! What color is it? Love that cut out T-shirt. My Vincent Camutos are my most comfortable heels. Those boots are great, I may have to treat myself I've recommended your channel to my FB group, you just gave me a great idea to do a round up of my favorite Youtubers on my podcast, you are of course at the top of that list!

Rhonda Isenhour: I agree about the lipstick color, it looks beautiful on you. You are beautiful and kind and definitely talented. I love the trends and also try to be modern but not trying too hard. I’m 58 and 5 ft tall and petite so enjoy your videos.

Heather Valentine: Hi Erin, so good to have you interpret the runway styles to everyday. Thank you for all you do for us. sarahelum: Checking out your Paris videos as we have a trip on the horizon over here! I spent a few months there in 2017. I'll be curious to see if anything has changed when we go! I'm guessing not too much since they tend to lean pretty classic. Hope you are well!

Cheryl T: Thank you so much for all the info! I have a pair of more traditional loafers that I bought last year and never have worn. Is it ok if they do not have an open back?

Sarah Borders: I bought those boots on Zappos for $160! They are gorgeous and fit great
