Two block anime hairstyle; okay, that's what we're talking about today. So, firstly, let's talk about what the two block is. Simply it's an undercut. Okay, as you can see, all this hair under here is undercut throughout the entire sides throughout the entire back. Okay, what makes it unique is that you know it's not super super short into here. So what you need to do when you're creating this type of haircut, is you have to understand and and pick out? Where do you want this kind of to live right? You can have this all cut, you know to here and then have the undercut underneath uh. You know you can have it much longer. You can have it much higher. It really depends on you, but the key to this type of haircut is really determining where you want the length to be, and how far up you want this to be with these types of haircuts. You know i've noticed that the undercut section is not way way. High up like this all right, so that's what gives a little bit of uh, texture and roundness into here all right, so you're, creating a little bit of like a bevel or some weight right in through here now. The key to this type of haircut, especially if you're looking to do like an anime style haircut, because a lot of anime characters have this kind of really nice sleek hairstyle, right, which i've done numerous tutorials on. But i also know that a lot of you want to try to achieve this hairstyle at home and you're not really sure how to do it. So you know if you don't know how to do an undercut clip up the hair right. I sell hair clips on my website shop.thesalonga.com, you know section the hair off pick out where you want the section to be as far as how low you want the disconnection clip up all the hair right underneath and then buzz away. Okay, this would probably be like a number three guard, or so so it's not super super short, but once you have that done, then all the hair will come over the top, and then that is where you can begin to get creative and the key to these Types of hairstyles is not just having like an undercut, but the key is to making sure the ends of your hair are very, very wispy like this wispy or thin, or you know very, very uh, pointy sodas. If you don't know the terminology, but wispy means it's very soft towards the bottom. Here, it's not just one solid chunk. How do you get that? That'S the most important thing by using a tool like this, which is a feather razor? It'S a professional tool which is a razor or and or thinning shears thinning, shears, okay. So, let's start with the razor now the razor. What that's designed to do is give remove a lot of weight from the hair, so you're, basically like scraping off layers of hair. That'S really really really thick, and how do you go about doing that? Well, you can find where you think the hair feels the most heavy. Alright, you can even push this out of the way you can clip it out of the way. If you want just just feel for where the hair is really really really really thick, then what you do - and this is where you have to be careful - you do it section by section you're, going to lay the razor on top. You want to actually point it upwards to be safe at first okay, and then you can turn the razor down just until you start to skim a little bit of hair. What you don't want to do is turn this all the way in and scrape down you're going to chunk the entire section of hair and create like a hole, you're gon na literally chomp, all that hair off so you're better off, pointing it upwards and start to Slowly, work down and turn the blade down to where you start to light, barely feel any hair coming off and you'll start to see right there. Okay! Now this is what you're going to see don't freak out, but that's all weight that we're removing. So you want to only do it in areas towards like the bottom here right or areas that you feel very very, are very heavy and where you want the hair to be wispy. Okay, where you want the hair to be very wispy and pointy. This way you can go in and you can accentuate those pieces and the only way to do that is by creating and removing weight actually by removing all that heavy heavy weight. So just feel right. It'S all about feel. If you take this big chunk of hair and you're, like oh, my gosh, it's way too much hair than there you're you're, literally removing that excess weight from the hair - and you can do this yourself. You know what i mean like this is something that you should be getting done at the salon, but i would say you can do this all yourself next, if you want to use thinning, shears again feel where it's bulky and go in and then you're going to Be doing some chomps towards the ends of the hair, where you want it to be very, very soft and textured and pointy and and wispy, and that's how you're able to get these really thin type of points in the hair to make it look. Super cool kind of, like you, know a gaming character or anime character and uh. You know, then you blow dry your hair, depending on how you want it, but most of these characters have very, very smooth soft hair and the way to go about doing that is using like a smoothing iron or blow drying it very, very smooth. Obviously this works best on straight hair. If you've got thick hair, fine hair doesn't matter really helps if it's straight, but you know this definitely works. So please, let me know if you found this video helpful thanks so much for watching and i'll see you soon. You

Aydan Schlaffman: Two video ideas: 1. How to stop long hair from separating into little sections; how to keep long hair hanging together. 2. Jim Morrison hairstyle (either his famous Young Lion style or his shoulder length style)

Mert Blablabla: I watch your videos for many years (even before the Luca Fersko video) and this is really helpfull. I cut my own hair since 1 year and I did it like an asian kpop bowl cut, but this video helped me with the sides. I will try thinning them.

John Doe: I absolutely love this, I was looking for Chifuyu's hairstyle (Tokyo Revengers) in a way that would look normal outside of cosplay/ without bleaching the top part and dying the bottom. I have naturally brownish blonde hair so not many straight- up anime styles work unless I use color lol

djcig15: I'm wondering if getting a undercut on my sides would be good idea or not since I'm wanting something like this but will slightly longer sides. My sides are almost past my ears and my back is about chin length, but my front is not as thick as my sides and back. I'm trying to thicken up the top and front more.

dannyS1913: that's a dream cut of girls from my highschool who are addicted to anime "soft guys" era

stormzys: Hey, I have naturally curly hair but I haven’t combed it in a while which resulted in it getting bunched up and forming dreadlocks. I was wondering if I combed them out and straightened it, would I be able to get a middle part

Danial Rooz: Hey Stephen, thanks for the great videos. Could you please do Colin Farrell's "true detective" haircut?

rohit chauhan: Could you please do a video on the hairstyle Timothee Chalamet spots in the movie " Lady Bird" during the coffee table scene where he is sitting outside the coffee shop when a girl (the lead actress in the movie) comes to talk to him? He has a very eye-catching hairstyle in that scene. Please do consider making a video on it.

SimplixPS: You know he’s a pro when he is bald ️

Janloyd De Dios: I envy my hair, it's always frizzy and dry and then straight

Drunk Dionysuss: a question : I have dense hair and maybe thick too, can I have this cut? and should I tell my barber to thin hair cause sometimes it's hard for them to be under control by wax etc would really appreciate your answer

ClutchGamer: Is there a way to get wispy ends with wavy hair?

Nelson B. Win: Two years of Stephen in Anime Arc.

Jenny Rose: Not my type of style.( I can hear my mom screaming" get your bangs outta your eyes!" Lol) But for those who like it great tutorial.

Pinemarten: personally my favourite haircut

isaacseitl: Could you do a video on Ryan Reynolds hair! Like side parted with layers or like Ryan gosling. I'm thinking about getting a side part and they hade the same head shape as me and i like theirs hairs!

韩鲁: Aye sir please do Tom Holland's middle part hairstyle from infinity war but I want the front long and sides short

Nikhil Mahi: Can you also do mikey from future(tokyo revengers)haircut ?

Tao: i try to do my hair like this and my only issue is my hair is curly and very very thick. but i straighten it everytime so its okay i guess..

BurgerAcid: 1. Hey man can you do the Wilbur Soot haircut?

Burning Ashes: hey mr if ur reading this i am a 14 year old and in my fathers family like my father my grandpa my uncle everyone lost their hair but in my moms family my uncle and grandpa still have thier hairs soo theres a 50/100 chance i might loose my hair and my hair already started to get thiner and light every day so is there anyway i can avoid getting bald from an young age

Recalled_Heart: I was glowing my hair but it bothers me very much because it was touching my eyes , i went to the Berber yesterday i look like a shit now , I never understood how to make your hair look good, since i was a kid i feel like a shit after taking a hair cut , that's why i shave once a year .
