Hello, everyone. This is Breanna Rutter, author of the book, the natural hair Bible and founder of howtoblackhair.com and for the special videos I left. As all of the questions you all send me via email, so you have any questions that you would like for me. To answer. Be sure to check out the description box below for additional information so without further ado to get right on into the video in this video is by a question I received from a woman named Crystal Crystal emailed me because she wants to know any type of hairstyle Suggestions that I can give her that she likes to work out, so this is great for anyone who just likes work. I may be one of the way twice a week 3,4,5,6 times a week. It doesn't matter to give you some good suggestions of hairstyle that you can wear, so that way is not getting in the way of actually working out. My number one hairstyle that I think is awesome for anyone who is working out hard on cornrow braids know. I know a lot of women like to wear weaves instead and don't really like to get into extensions, and I really honestly think that you should try them out, especially if you're getting into working out for your someone who likes to work out. Especially if you even sweat a lot on your scalp, I think wearing so was, will be the greatest thing, because it's hard to get the washer released on your hair for to evaporate over cornrow braids are a lot of your scalp is usually exposed. So that's why it's a great style to wear if you work out, so even if you're, not really a big sweater or you are, this will be a really good style to where now you can also wear individual braids and tewists was, of course, like Senegalese twists Or yarn braids or box braids of patra braids anything goes, but the way that I should just that you where to so your hair, don't get in the way it is no longer than actually past your shoulders. You can wear them as long as you want. This is just a suggestion of what I think you should wear when working out, so that way, you can focus more on working out instead of wearing my your hair falling all over the place for being too heavy or just being in your way. I would just to stick with a length of about shoulderlength or little bit longer, but I one hand braid all the way down my back up if Im trying to get in at the gym. So this is just a suggestion of how long you can wear them or the length that I would prefer that you wear them now. If you're someone who doesn't like to wear extensions, then I suggest that you were styles that are kept, as is so I mean by that. Is that when you, if you like wearing twists outs, instead leave your hair in twists because, as you know, if you do have a natural hair or even if you have relaxed hair, when you wear your hair out and you begin to sweat, your hair cut become Frizzy and poof, because of the humidity and because of the sweat that coming from your body and also from your scalp. So I will suggest that if you like to wear your natural hair were relaxed hair without extensions that you wear your hair in braids, worked with you just don't want your hair out. You want to be contained in some kind of bun, orbraids or twists hairstyle. So Crystal, I hope those suggestions is help you, if you love where box braids, just with him a little bit shorter than what you normally would, especially if you wear them past your shoulders, but the all-around best hairstyle that I'll suggest for anyone to wear. If there really get into working out is to about cornrow braids every now and again, so I hope this is help you and everyone else was watching it before you go make sure to sign up for my email list, because there you will automatically be entered for Giveaways and receive exclusive content so until next time I will see you all my next video

Natural_ Lista: I go to the gym almost everyday and my natural hair is always looking raggidy! Thank you

Ashley Allyouneedtoknow: Hello, I personally work out 4 times sometimes 5 times a week. I have always been this way since forever. I have had relaxed hair and worked out, braided (releaxed) hair and worked out... I went natural about 3 years ago, I relish in the fac that I can workout and wash my hair whenever I want. Or you can just twist your hair and workout with that. Cornrow braids are good too, but beware your scalp will dry out because of the chemical reactions of sweat drying and leaving deposits behind that cause your skin to dry out as well. I currently have havanna twist in with extensions, and personally I think it is okay however I noticed the extensions are accumulating an odor, I still wash, but not sure if it is the best style for the gym. Anyways, dont be afraid to work out because of your hair, just know that your hair is apart of you and requires attention too regardless if your workout a lot or not. One love
