I started TheSalonGuy brand 5 years ago after the passing of my Mother and discovering a role model of mine who has a few books on turning your passion into a business. I have spent the last 20+ years in the salon industry, tech and fashion. I left the industry at some point to become a Fireman and Aux. Police Officer. I did 6 years service and resigned shortly after 9/11.

My videos will be focused on celebrity hairstyles, athletes, models, actors, social media stars and event videos.
This is an undercut trend for 2021 and what i'm seeing is one the undercut itself is not so high and not so low, it's right kind of in the middle, so typically for an undercut. You want to have this a little bit higher in through here to match up with the recession line or the corner hairline, but this one in particular it's just a little bit lower, and what makes this unique is that it removes a lot of weight in through Here, without not having to shave a lot of your hair off, so if your hair is really really thick, then you can create this type of undercut so that you're removing that excess bulk that allows the hair on top of it, to lay much flatter. If you have it too high, what happens you're actually removing too much of that weight, so it makes it feel like there's really nothing here. So try that and it's a trend that i've been seeing a lot and you can extend that throughout the entire back of the head as well. So if i bring this a bit closer, you can see. This is where the undercut is starting right into here, and then we go on the other side into here, and you can see it's not up high, it's not super low, but it's just enough so that you can get some nice flow to it. Next is the length so a lot of undercuts. We see it's super super short like a one guard or a zero guard in this particular haircut. What i'm seeing a trend is that it's not that short, it's maybe like a number three guard or a two guard, or even a four guard, so you're leaving some length. What that does is it actually makes the hair blend in a bit softer? So it doesn't. Look like a traditional undercut. This is something i'm definitely seeing a lot more and i think it's going to be a huge trend for 2021.. You

Will: This is my exact haircut except I get a low/mid fade for more of a contrast. To be more subtle you could get a taper fade. Looks neat while letting the length on top grow. Works well with wavy hair.

Maybe because my hair is wavy but I don't know, and yea this undercut now.. I realized that type is what I need. So it blended perfectly, no fading, and make your hair even looks better

Shelia Ball: I've been doing an undercut since 2017 that's what happens when your female and get old. You need to get rid of that hair so you can stay cool. I usually have it shaved close to my head and no one even knows unless I put my hair up or show them. It's a great idea for us old women with hot flashes.
