In this summer 2013 hair tutorial I'll show you how to adapt my favorite twist-and-pull technique to create a gorgeous vintage updo directly on straight hair. This technique works not only on medium long hair, but also on short (shoulder length) hair as long as it's thick. This hairstyle will also complete your fairy tale create costume for Halloween if you plan to be a princess, fairy or angel.

This glamorous updo with a romantic retro feel to it is perfect for prom, homecoming, graduation party, ball or a wedding. It will adapt to any formal outfit and embellished with decorative hair pins or twist-in accessories, will make you shine at any special occasions or formal event. This hairdo will also look great as a beautiful bridal or bridesmaid updo.
Hi guys today's video is going to be on this elegance app so with a glamorous retro feel to it utterly feminine and graceful. It'S rather quick and easy to recreate. In some of my previous videos, I've shown you how to use my favourites twist and pull technique to create gorgeous Aptus on curly hair well, interact. This technique in the also applies to straight hair. After you add one additional step to it so to create the beautiful curly shape and volume, I take a section of hair split it into parts and twist them around each other. Then I stopped for a moment and starts to tug on the twisted hair. This is that additional step that we're going to add to the basic twist and pull technique. So I keep on doing this all the way down to the ends, and then I grab a tiny strands of hair holding it still. I gently pull the remaining hair to read my roots. Next, I simply roll my twists into a tiny, bun and secure it in place with bobby pins. This is going to compress our twist giving us a perfect texture for this hairstyle. I grab the following section of hair next to the first one and repeat the same process. Once again, I want to create another twisted bun and secure it right next to the first one. This way they will create an illusion of a single, continuous structure. I keep on creating small vans along. My hairline are usually used to bobby pins for each one and cross them over for a good hold, but my hair is very thin, so if you're free to use as many bobby pins as you need once I'm done with my last tiny bun, this hairstyle is Complete, if you wish, you can further embellish it with decorative hair pins or twisting accessories.
