This video shows how I created a "Goddess Bun" using kanekalon braiding hair with my natural hair.

My hair is set on an old twist out, that I have brushed up using a: denman brush, bristle brush, olive oil ecostyler gel, Jamaican black, castor oil, and a few light spritzes of water.

What you will need for this video:

2 packs of kanekalon braiding hair

A small piece of colored hair from another pack (optional)

4-5 small rubber bands

One elastic hair tie

20-30 small closed bobby pins

Hey guys it's Sherrod today, I'm going to show you how to do. I find up dude. You think - and I go on braiding here for this video you're - going to need two packs of kanekalon braiding here, which you're going to take out of the pack and leave it over the end. Then it comes with attach and you're going to twist each section down. So you should have two twists for each pack of hair, which you'll have four twists when you're done. You also need a little bit of hair from an OPEC or from one of the packs that we just mentioned just to take a little bit out and you're going to just twist it down, and you can either put already a note about it or you don't Have to because you're going to use bobby pins for it later, you're also going to need about twenty to twenty-five small clothes bobby pins and, as you can see, my hair is already up into a bun. I use eco styler gel and jamaican black castor oil to brush my hair up, and then I apply the scarf for a few minutes. So to start the video off you're going to take your two packs of hair rubber bands at the ends of mine. So you'll need for our bands and you're just going to put one on one of the exo braiding here on the top of your hair and then the second peg you're going to put on the back everyone next you're going to roll up the twist. All the way up into the top of your hair, you can pin down this section, the middle if you want to, but it doesn't really matter right now, so you're just going to take the end and tuck it in like you would do a pin, curl and Roll it up all the way to where it ends once you get it all the way to the top you're going to pin it down so you'll use about four to five bobby pins per section and you're just going to want to make sure that the twist Is secure and it doesn't unravel so you're going to pin each section down and you're going to do the same thing throughout your whole head. So you're going to take your second twist on the front and do the same thing and just roll it up and then you're going to pin it down. So if it starts to come out just add some extra body pills to make sure that it's secure and then you're going to move to the next section once that section is tight enough you're going to go to the back and it doesn't matter what side. You start out, but you're going to do the same thing and take the twist and just roll it up and you're, going to roll all the way to the top and pin it down so that it covers your bum and you're going to do the same thing And you're just going to add a couple bobby pins until it's tight enough, so you're just going to pin it down and then, as you can see, my butt is covered by the hair and the loose part comes I'll, just tuck it into the middle and put A bobby pin in the middle of it, and then you can kind of fluff it as you get to the end. Once you have all of the twists pinned down so now we're onto the last twist and you're going to roll that up to, like you, did with the other ones and you're just going to pin it down like you did all the other ones. So when you're going to pin that down until it feels tight enough freedom and then once you get all of them, pinned down you're just going to check to make sure it's no loose hair sticking out anywhere and if it is just add a couple more bobby Pins and now you're just going to kind of shape it like how you want it to look so you're just going to kind of shape it with your hand, to give it like a full up and for the last step, you're going to take your small piece Of twisted hair and you're just going to add it to the middle and then you're going to tuck each part under the back of your hair, so you're going to talk each piece under the back and then you're going to pin it down. I don't know why. I keep five and you're just going to make sure that you pin that down tightly so it doesn't fall out. Then you're going to kind of just fluff it again and add anybody bobby pins as needed branches thanks for watching
