Hey everyone Kayley your friendly neighborhood hair stylist here and today we are doing some workout hairstyles.. Every time I make a workout hairstyles video. I get comments where people are like literally, I just put my hair in a ponytail and go to the gym.. I'M not gon na go through this entire, like process this entire glam session, to put my hair up for the gym, and I get it. I feel like when I go to the gym, I'm either full Robin Scherbatsky or I'm ready to shoot a Lulu Lemon campaign And there is no in between., So I have made a whole lot of videos for the Lulu Lemon side of my brain, but I think today I really wan na focus on functionality.. I really wan na focus on how to make hairstyles stay super duper. Well, how you can do quick little upgrades to make sure that your hairstyle's, not gon na move and how you can make that a put together moment without spending an entire glam sesh on it.. But of course it wouldn't be a Kayley Melissa video. If I wasn't giving you guys little hacks to make it also like a cute like more Lulu Lemon moment, if that's what you want., So I hope that you guys enjoy this and let's just jump right into it, starting with the v functional stuff.. Okay, let's start off with more of a Robin Scherbatsky kind of situation., So we're gon na throw our hair into a ponytail wherever you like your ponytail. Okay, so we have our standard ponytail.. Normally this would be it and you would go., But if you wan na make it a little bit more functional and a little bit more vibe-y, here's what you can do. You grab your middle school favorite snap clips and put them in where you feel like you Need it., So if you have a lot of baby hairs right here or at the nape of your neck or wherever they tend to really get in the way, snappy clippy.. Here'S what I do because, like obviously right now, my baby hairs are hidden and they all look like they're super sweet and like follow direction very well, so we're just gon na kinda like give them a chance to misbehave by massaging the hairline. Okay. Now, if you're trying to look like cute and Lulu Lemony, you can leave these out., But if you're trying to work out, you grab all the pesky baby hairs and you twist them a couple times.. Then you pull it back., Snappy clip.! Now it's up to you.! You can do snap clips on both sides if you want, as I just did or if you prefer, just like the one and you feel like it's just way too much middle school. If you have both, you can use bobby pins., So you still do the whole twisty thing. Then you pull it back. You take your bobby, pin and you're just gon na pin directly into the twist in the direction that it's going just like so. And depending on how long your baby hairs are. You can get probably up to three or four bobby pins in there I'd say at least two.. That'S your best bet for getting it to stay., And that way you can have the same functionality.. The baby hairs are pinned back equally on both sides, but you don't have to wear the same hair thing on both sides. If you don't want.. That being said, I'm gon na go back to the double snap clips, because I liked it. And there you go. That'S our first option. Super super easy. It'S like 30 seconds to a minute.. I would give it like one Robin Scherbatsky, because it's super super easy, but it will keep those bobby pins out of the way.. It gives you a little bit of a vibe, and at least for me when I feel a little vibe-y, I work out harder. So it's also like, at least in my mind - it's like 20 %, more calories burned, which is very much worth it.. So this next one is for those of you guys who are like okay, that baby hair trick is cute, but my baby hairs are an army and I need full on defense.. I'Ve got you., Let's talk about it., So I'm gon na assume that you might not even need this little hair trick to loose the baby hairs. And if you do, you have like five times as many as I do. My condolences.. So here's what I'm gon na do. I got these Revlon essentials. Snap clips.! These are uber snap clips. Little dots here to help catch your hair, more. They're got a comb with teeth. On the back. I mean it's gon na hold., So I'm gon na grab a comb gon na pull these back.. You might need a little bit of like light hold gel.. You could go firm hold if you want, but you and I both know. That means you have to wash your hair after., Either way. We'Re gon na use the comb to pull it back and use your hand to grab the hairs. And then we're gon na. Take these clips and we're literally going to go all the way around the hairline. Putting them in., But that will look crazy. You say Just wait. I have an idea. Now I mean this is a look and if you feel it you can wear it, but you don't have to.. My next step is to grab a work out headband.. I grabbed this one specifically for this video because it's wide it's elastic, so it's gon na be comfortable and it has these rubber dots on it, which will help it stay in place., And this is from Scootsy their Fit Girl Club line.. So I'm gon na put the rubber on the inside, so it's gripping against my hair and I'm going to put the headband over the snap clips so that it covers them all up and adds an extra layer of protection.. So I can feel this guy already wants to kind of like slide back a little bit. So what I'm gon na do is over my ears, I'm going to pin into the snap clips with a bobby pin that same color as the headband and the snap clips are acting as an anchor, so the headband is sticking to the snap clips. So it's probably not gon na go anywhere.. The bobby pin is into the snap clips, so they're definitely not going anywhere.. This whole thing is a Fort Knox, defense against the baby, hair army., And for me I typically am betrayed by the treacherous back of the headband that likes to like pop up as I'm working out. So I'm gon na do a little criss cross bobby, pin action on top of that and we're gon na be done., And that is that hairstyle. I'm giving this one two Robin Scherbatskies, because it takes a little bit longer.. I can see where this would take like two minutes max once you have it down, and your baby hairs are not gon na get in the way.. Your hair is not gon na fall out., So whether you just really like to have it back for your like hour, long workout at the gym or if you're an athlete working out hours on hours on hours, and you really need your hair back. It'S gon na help you out it's gon na, be that line of defense that you need.. Oh, you know what this hairstyle would be great for for me Boxing, because when you've got freaking like lobsters claws for hands, you can't sweep your hair back and it ends up all in my face and I'm very sweaty in boxing and then I'm just like. To Round off the very most functional of the hairstyles, I think I need to mention a very important pony tail trick., And that is to do your ponytail in two steps.. It takes a little bit longer, but for those of you guys who have super big heavy hair, it's both gon na help. You not feel as much pain from the weight of your hair and it's gon na help your hair stay up better.. So essentially, I draw a diagonal line from my ears back and then you can either put the top half in a ponytail first or you can put the bottom half in a ponytail first.. I like to do the bottom half first, because that's gon na be like the anchor that holds your hair in place, and then you can just sweep the top back and do what you want, as you do that. That way. If you need a little bit of extra control to add in some gel or anything like that, as you're pulling the top back, you have that and you're not trying to wrestle with all of your hair at once. And from here you can do whatever you want. Really., You can add in a scrunchie, you could do a headband, you could do snap clips, you could do bobby pins or you can leave it as is, but I do find that this is the best, especially if you really want to distribute the weight of your Hair around your head., It's basically just a good all around extra little step that you can take it's very much worth it because it helps you know with the breakage, with the weight with the hairline. All of that is worth it. So to take our previous hairstyles and make them a little bit more like sporty spice, I'm walking around in leggings, because I wish I was in pajamas moment we're gon na loosen up the baby hairs.. Then you throw on a headband behind the hair that we've left out.. Then we wrap a little bit of hair around the elastic and then throw on your sporty spice jacket and you're good to go., See what I mean You're, fully like sporty spice, ready to like run around look like a productive human while feeling as comfortable as you Would in pajamas and a messy bun. Also, this hairstyle has a lot more consistently good results. Then a messy bun which we know can be very cantankerous.. You know, while we're talking about it, you could have some fully unnecessary snap clips in there too.. Oh, my gosh she's, so cool., She probably drinks so many smoothies and works out so many times a week. Like, oh my gosh.. Actually you know what forget it with the lime green ones.. Let'S go all in with like a bedazzled one.. Who is she? If you can pull that off, you're, probably like so much cooler than me. Okay, that was my sporty spice athleisure. Take on the first couple: hairstyles we did.. Now, let's keep moving on with our for the gym. Hairstyles. We're gon na move on to a bun.. I already have my hair in a ponytail, so I'm just going to wrap it around a few times and pin it in place. And from here we're gon na utilize. The exposed bobby, pin trend.. Essentially within this trend, you can get away with just bobby pinning. However, you want., I'm gon na make a little bit of a design because, like I'm me, but you really can go as crazy as you want here. And the fun thing is you can either do it on the side here or on the back to take care Of some baby hairs, but I do like to do it with a bun, because I find, if you do it with a ponytail, then the free hair in the ponytail gets stuck in the bobby pins, which doesn't look cute. And then basically on any area where you're, Not doing the decorative bobby pins, you can do the little twist and pin method from before to make sure that all the baby hairs, whether it's on the side of your face or in the back of your head, are secured and will not pop out throughout your Workout., And that is the bobby pin hairstyle.. I think this is both functional and pretty.. I'D give it like one Lulu Lemon, because it takes a minute to get the bobby pins in there right, but it's not super hard or time consuming. And another fun and even easier thing you can do in the back is use snap clips that way you get Like the functionality of pinning everything up, but also you have a little like peekaboo moment in the back of a hairstyle., This one is just ridiculously easy.. You can do it with your favorite messy bun or quick bun of choice, and it adds that extra functionality and a little bit of look to go with your active wear.. On that note back to athleisure sport spice, you could also do a little bit of like an Ari G moment in the back and have some bedazzled snap clips.. I think overall, it's a v cute style., Who am I V cute, Ari G. And finally, let's do something braided. Now I feel anytime you're gon na, like do a braid braid. It'S like three Lulu Lemons., It's gon na take a minute, but it's also gon na pay off and be very pretty. So let's do today's braided hairstyle.. I'Ve already got a middle part. Going., I'm gon na dutch braid the first side back from my hairline to where a low ponytail would sit.. Now the key to the prettiest of the braids is to take really tiny sections, because that gets you the most links in a braid. It gets you the most detailed, looking braid and I think it also helps the braid to stay better as you're working out.. So it feels like it's taking longer as you're doing it, but in reality it doesn't take more than maybe a minute longer and the result is much better. And then I'm gon na do the same thing on the other side.. Ah, I love it when there's this one random hair that didn't fully get pulled back.. If you have this little situation with like a little rogue bump like this guy, take a bobby, pin, pin it through that and then pull it down to the braid and pin it under the braid.. What bump? So I am going to pull apart the braid the tiniest bit, just because I want these links right here to look a little bit rounder.. That angle is a little bit acute right now and I just wan na expand, it. Acute expand., Acute expand. And that's it.. We'Re not trying to fluff we're just kinda, giving it a little exhale., And now we secure the braids together with an elastic., I'm pulling out the bobby pins that were in the ponytail and fluffing it out, and this is my athlete version of the hairstyle. It'S gon na stay in really well.. It'S definitely held in place, but you know you have the added effect of having braids. If that's what you want. Now, if we wan na like fluff it up a bit and make it more of kinda like an everyday hairstyle versus like a workout, workout, hairstyle, here's what we're gon na do.! First, I'm gon na pull this braid apart, some more.. So I'm going in and I'm pulling on the edges of the braid and just pulling kind of those outside hairs. Out. And the thing is, I could still wear this to you know a bar class or something nothing crazy.. No boxing maybe. See you can still work out in it. And you can fully leave that in a ponytail. If you want, I think it's really cute, but for the final option. I'M gon na grab a scrunchie and turn it into a shinion by putting the scrunchie on and on the last rotation, leaving the hair looped. And that's another really pretty version that you could definitely wear as like a sporty spice athleisure moment or you could wear for Yoga pilates or bar.. I think I might actually wear this to my bar class, this weekend., Okay, that is it for our workout and athleisure hairstyles.. I hope that you guys enjoyed it and got some good inspo for your time at the gym or just your time where you want your hair out of your face and still looking put together.. I actually really enjoyed this and I'm definitely gon na be using these. We're gon na change it after this one

Hannah Dare: Snap clips under a headband! Brilliant! How does everyone not already know this?!? You never disappoint Kayley

Annika Chen: SHE BACK I always love Kayley's workout videos, I'm so glad that she's like "your hair's gonna be practical but it's gonna look cute af too". And she gives tips for how to keep it in place??? I love her so much. (Also when she flexed? Arm goals AND hair goals.)

e batdorf: I usually just throw my hair in a ponytail and go, but yesterday, I did an afternoon hike with my man, so I had a bit more time on my hands... So, I did full-on Daenerys Targaryen Pyre scene braids! That video you did on them a few years ago was so helpful! *Thank you!* Maybe, I'll do that last look on our next hike!

vampgirltish: the bobby pin hair bump tip was so mind blowing i sat there with my mouth agape for a good two minutes. that was incredible. well done kayley!

Ginger mermaid: As a dancer I am always trying to find better hairstyles than just a bun. love these videos!

Balletomane M: If anyone thinks I'm going to buy enough of those rhinestone snap clips to make an entire headband with them and wear them not just to the gym, they would be correct. Also, the Dutch braid ponytail look is AMAZING. I wear mine in a bun and it takes me 5 minutes total; it works for literally everything. If I don't feel like washing my hair, it's braided like that.

smm855: lol Love the "baby hair army" bit. I'm digging the more chill Kayley :)

Liliana Noelle: KAYLEY! Those short hair tips are AMAZING!!! I just wanted to ask you to continue to do those, it is the most helpful thing, especially for girls like me who have short hair! Ily!!

psycicflower: As someone with thick hair I love those Revlon clips. There are times I might need two but they're so much better than the basic ones that just slide out in minutes.

Caitlyn Nicole: I was literally on Pinterest a couple hours ago looking for gym hairstyles and was frustrated it was all the same stuff. Then you uploaded this! You're amazing!

rebecka: the last hairstyle is the one I've just recently started wearing like in my everyday life as a "prettier" option to a ponytail haha! I just choose a bun instead of the ponytail because my hair is too short. but it's sooo pretty and it stays in place which is a BIG plus, whatever you're doing!

Laleigh Bot: Your personality is just the sweetest! I'm glad we are getting to know Kayley the person on top of Kayley the hair guru more and more lately. :)

Ana Kongsuwan: I love the ponytail trick for heavy hair; my hair is literally the equivalent to a car

Emily Wellman: Hey Kayley! I’ve been watching your videos since like 2013 (I remember the green background days, lol) and your videos have never ceased to make me smile! It’s because of you I learned how to do hair, which helped build my confidence as a teenager. It also helped me make friends bc I would do girls’ hair in my classes whenever we were bored, and it helped us bond. I’m so glad that you’re still making videos! I’ve been getting kinda lazy with my hair lately, so this inspired me to start styling it again! Hope you’re doing well

Cairistiona O’Loughlin: My workout hairstyles are: -french plait with the tail tucked under and pinned. -Crown braid (two stranded, not a rope braid but a wrapped version of it. Very quick.) Sometimes I do a Dutch three stranded lace, which is quick for me (under 5 mins) - milkmaid braids done in any old style and pinned messily. -annnddd of course the incredibly high bun. I hate ponytails!! All that hair on the neck and flicking forward! Bleurgh! I do braids to break from the high bun, which can get quite “depressing” after a while.

Sydney Rosser: Hey, my heart really goes out to you because I've been struggling with/hospitalized for anxiety and depression for quite some time. I understand that you're dealing with a lot and it's incredible that you've found the willpower to make a video when getting out of bed can be such a struggle. I'm sorry about your divorce and mental health struggles, and even though this season of your life seems insurmountable, from the perspective of someone who was inpatient at a mental hospital for a suicide attempt less than a month ago and is now feeling much happier, things do get better. In the meantime, I think I speak for all your viewers when I say we are here for you and will support you through it. I'll be praying for you during this difficult time. And this is an awesome video by the way! You legitimately just get more and more beautiful, inside and out.

M S: That last one, with the dutch braids, is one of my go-to hairstyles when I need to have my hairt up for work! I usually tie the braids into a ponytail with a cool scrunchie, and if I have time, I'll do a loose, pulled apart normal braid out of the ponytail as well ;) For sure gonna try those baby hair tricks! I have A LOT of baby hair, it's not even cute, and bobby pins don't seem to work. Gonna have to find me some stylish snap clips!

Celeste Stratton: For real though I nanny little boys and when we go to the park and it's all windy some of these baby hair solutions would be great!! They're basically quick easy things I can do on days when I'm just growing my hair up!! LOVE❤️❤️❤️❤️

JudyLovesNaps: oooo definitely like these tips and hairstyles Kayley! Definitely gonna try it while I figure skate. sometimes my buns can't handle all the spins and jumps that I do during practice so I wanna see if these hairstyles will work!

Amber Dawn: These are great!! I do both, but I'm always looking for more of the ath-leisure look for when my husband and I travel to his home country, Bulgaria. We love to hike in the mountains there and I'm always lookng for a hairstyle that holds in the wind but is also photographable. It is our vacation after all. :) Thanks for these!

DeAnna Rea: Thank you for these types of videos! I am a teacher, and every Wednesday we have a Warm Up Wednesday where we wear work out clothes and do a choreographed dance at the beginning if every class. Nice to not have to just put my hair in a ponytail, basic braid, or bun!

Areeba Siddiqui: Thanks for the tips Kayley! So practical and real. Just a few minutes into my workout and my hair starts coming loose. I actually have to stop and retie my hair (which is annoying) Definitely going to start using the double ponytail trick!

Thea Precht: For rowing, I do braided styles most of the time, so all hair stays away from my face and I don't have any bobby pins who could act up :) For competitions warrior braids are amaziiiing :D my favourite one is always your take on the wonder woman hairstyle... Because who does not want to feel like wonder woman when competing

Kirsi Ontronen: That braiding hair bump thing.... soo relatable and a useful tip for it!!! Thanks Kayley

Susanna Cain: This is exactly what I needed! I feel so much more prepared to kick it at the gym. I'm the kind of person that derives confidence from feeling cute and that will make me stay at the gym longer and try harder workouts.

snurfbee58: Just LOVE the double pony tail idea! I'm going to try it tomorrow!

LanfearEronaile: I feel your pain with the random rogue braid bumps. :) I always notice it, after I braided the most of my hair already. And then, I get this mini rage moment, and do it AGAIN. So, thanks for the tip, how to fix it more easily. PS Your expression when you realized the bump was there - priceless. <3 <3

Jorie Beil: I always get more motivated to go to the gym when Kayley posts some hair inspo!!

SmileCauseItsWorthIt: I love the short hair tips! My hair is a weird length so sometimes the long options work, but sometimes I need the edit!

Amber Gerrard: Loving these new videos ☺️ and so glad you’re back ❤️ this also gave me workout motivation vibes

Marissa Sharp: Yay!!! Way to go, Kayley! I was also searching for easy workout hairstyles on Pinterest. I agree with someone else. It all looks the same. Yours are AWESOME! Love how real you are and how you show us how to fix mistakes. Your outtakes at the end! Keep videos like these coming, especially workout hairstyles for those of us that get tired of the usual ponytail/messy bun. God bless you❣️ ‍♀️

Joana Meza: I’m sooo doing these....thank u Kayley....btw thx for leaving the little side note of how to do on short hair ily

Patricia Fernández: I love how cheerful you are in this video ♥️ I don't even go to the gym but I'd wear these hairstyles to go to work, those tricks really elevate the look ☺️

candidcait: Loved all these ideas! I tend to just do a quick pony since I'm usually working out by myself in my apt's gym, but def tempted to try these out! :)

Anna Kate Hoehn: Yes girl!!! This is the most realistic gym hair video I’ve ever seen! That bump in the braid- every time!!!

Maaike der Kinderen: The double braid hairstyle also works really well on bob length hair that doesn't quite fit into a ponytail, just tie the braids into tiny ponytails. A lifesaver when my hair was a little shorter!

Sára Békési: Yaas honey! I was just about to search for some hairstyles which i can wear to gym! Thank you so much and i love you!! Also notafication squad ❤❤❤

Theresa Marie: I love the options for short hair! I have a pixi cut right now, but I am growing it out and will need options like that. Thank you!

Juliette Maurer: I thoroughly enjoyed the How I met your mother vs Lululemon scale Awesome vid

longtimestuklat: I love to do two dutch braids for working out. I find ponytails or buns end up falling out or getting messy especially while doing high intensity stuff like running or HIIT, or if you're doing any move involving laying on on your back on the ground, like ab exercises or hip thrusts. The dutch braids can withstand any type of workout and still look cute when the rest of you is a sweaty, tired mess lol

Natalie Barrows: Love how you included functionality as well as the cuteness factor <3

Destiny M: I’m growing my hair out from a buzz cut and one thing I was nervous for was I would get bored of my long hair cuz I never knew how to style it. This is great I can’t wait for my length to come in (it’s like a super short pixie cut right now)

Emelie Brorsson: Thank you for this! I just started Muay thai and to make any other hairstyle than the ponytail stick during workouts has been a challenge

Joyansorrow: I actually really love this video I need those hairstyle tips and tricks to do my hair for work for the day and have the same hairstyle for afternoon gym session now I can look cute in work and while I work out

Christy Makes: I love these! The double Dutch braids is one I like to use a lot. I always seem to get weird part lines at the back though lol

Kassandra DuPont: I love all of your videos so much. I love them bc they’re totally practical, but also really cute, which is what I want so I can wear it to school and go to my after school exercise

Hannah Fox: Notification squad! The bell does still work from time to time. I’ve been following you since the OG green sheet days so happy to see you smile and to have some new hairstyles to try out!

nikki: I’ve been looking forward to this video for soo long! I really love these hairstyles, thanks for the video!!

Katelyn Barnes: I love this for like a chill weekend day, chores, dog walking, yard work, grocery shopping. You can be chill and also look cute.

Tiffany Browder: I love gym hairstyles ❤ I have to go to work right after I work out sometimes & having my hair look cute saves me time #showercap

Jilly & Georgi: Super useful tricks, thanks! Personally, I have the army type of baby hair that is curled upwards while the rest of my hair is straight :D So if you have any tricks to hide them even when the hair is not tied, I welcome them!

aishmachine: I love the short hair tips! Kayley is looking out for everyone!

Buffy Cary: I braid my damp hair after I wash it for heatless waves, so I use the snap/comb clips to hold the layers that tend to try and escape the braids as my hair dries. Because of where I place them, I can even comfortably sleep in them.

Angie: The last one is perfect for work. Love that scrunchy! Also that bobby pin trick to stick the hair under the braid is brilliant

Emma Kim: KAYLEYYYY. you are still my favorite hair YouTuber ❤️❤️❤️ I take jiu jitsu classes twice a week and in that class I roll around and like. Idk it’s messy and I never have time to do my hair cause it goes straight from school so this was really helpful :) also it’s hard cause I have bangs that are growing out so i can’t put it in a low ponytail cause they will fall out. THANK YOU FOR THE TIPS ILYSM ❤️❤️❤️❤️

ukichooch: loooove your workout hairstyle videos! I just got into working out at the gym a couple months ago, but i have hair down to my butt and it's hard to keep it in place! going to try some of these for suuuure!

Kayli Cullen: i love this video! i always go to your channel for new creative hairstyles and i’ve been subscribed for many years! thank you kayley!❤️

TheGalacticGrizzly: That ponytail tip is going to be a game changer, thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hannah Marie: LOVED THIS! Can you make a part 2 of hairstyles for people who need their hair back for work, such as nurses? Because I wake up so early, I often just make a pony tail, but I’m looking for something that is a little cuter and doesn’t take a lot of time. I have fine hair, medium length btw. Also, can you make a video of how to do messy buns with fine hair? So far, the only thing that works for me is adding lots of volume with a curling iron. Do you recommend any products? Thanks! ❤️

Rypley Feldman: I loved this video. You were so funny and chill and the hairstyles or ones I can implement into my life. Thanks for always giving amazing content!

Evelien van Montfort: What a great video Kayley!! I'm amazed by these tricks for workout hairstyles!! I absotely loved the video and the hacks you gave!!

Megan Berbaum: This video changed my ponytail game. Love the double ponytail hack! #gamechanger thanks!!!

Meghan McGowan: I love your vibe in this video! You're so funny and you seem like you're really enjoying yourself. Great hairstyles too!

AstridVM16: Loving all your references and these hairstyles i love doing braids for the gym, makes me want to "slay" more

antiviral13: I love the short hair changes throughout the video! Thank you for that! ❤️

Meghan Jenks: Hooray for snap clips! I use them all the time because I find them easier to use and more secure than bobby pins when it comes to my hair. I don't have any colorful ones though--maybe I'll have to pick some up!

Brenna Maday: I can’t wait to try these when i workout! I have the worst baby hairs around my face! Oh and I’m loving the HIMYM reference! Keep them coming Kayley!

helena: this makes me want to actually be active and go to the gym just so i can try these out!!! i love these!

Despina Sarakatsani: Hiii! I just wanted to say I love your content and I love your enthusiasm! Keep up the good work, you are inspiring people! ❤

Kira Veritas: The reason why I ask for workout updo hairstyles is because I can’t do the ponytail thing, my hair is too long and it gets in the way and if I’m dancing then it doesn’t seem to matter what I do, unless my hair is braided it just slowly works it’s way out of my bun.

Anna Capozzoli: These are so informative and helpful! love it! thanks!

Julia Finn: Love these sporty spice hairstyles! Also great for if you have bangs you need out of your face

SMA: Such a cute video! I’m always looking for ways to keep my hair tamed when I run because my hair is very thick and comes out of every bun and ponytail. I will have to try some of these and see if it works.

Katie Rundzieher: I’m 21 and snap clips are still my best friend... I actually appreciate them more than I ever did in middle school, thee are so much easier than Bobby pins especially when you get them to match your hair color!

Hannah Nicole: I don't go to the gym, but I work with children and will definitely be trying these out!

Dee: I love your hair tutorials. They are the best. Thank you for another video!!

Celeste Stratton: I'll definitely be going to the store for some clips now

Reagan Luker: Yay! I can use these for Track! I know you just did one of these videos but can you do a vid for hair with lobs (long bob). Great video btw!

J W: Love ur tutorials! Gonna try them out tmr in gym!!

Alissa Grettenberger: I absolutely LOOOVVVEE these hairstyles!!! So glad you’re back! <3 <3

Rebecca Blashock: Loved them... Sadly, I sometimes just do a cap. But these are inspirational! Thanks!!! :D

Erica Graham: The two step pony tail is brilliant... i have super long heavy hair and practice TKD... Im doing this tonight! Thank you

HilBG: That layered 2-ponytail hack that you did a while ago and showed again in this vid is literally life-changing. I tell random women on the street, I am not even kidding. It completely got rid of ponytail headaches and allows me to have a perky, voluminous pony even though I have a ton of heavy hair. I try to part it differently every time to minimize damage. 11/10 hack.

Kay Candelario: I love your video tiled Totally Up Hairstyles For Work, Nurses, and Moms! I think that's what the everyday woman needs

Terry Nichols: Thanks I love all of these hair styles and I do gymnastics so this is great for my classes

Noe Marie: I would like to see graduation/prom easy hair styles.

MissLouisecaramel: That hairpin trick for braid bumps is life changing! OMG I have seen the light, never thought of this before :)

Bees & Yarn: Okay I’m just going to go and hunt through my hair collection for some snap clips also, thank you for the short hair tips!

Natalie M: Oh man that headband trick would've been useful years ago! I used to line my head with snappy clips and just left em cause all the headbands I ever wore just popped right off my little head haha but gotta keep the baby hairs in line! Somehow never thought to clip the band... maybe I was out of clips at that point haha

Samantha Lee: This girl is undeniably cute. What caught my attention was the braided hairstyle but I just loved her attitude and personality. I stayed through the whole video. She does offer some great ideas and I just love the way she says “snap clips” lol.

Courtney Pratt: Braid bumps are my enemy!!!!!!! I love dutch braids and I make them tight with lots of links, double dutch braids into a bun is my go to formal updo. Love you and your videos!

Laura C: I wear a wide headband at the gym close to my hairline so it keeps all my baby hairs in check! I have one from Nike that you tie in the back and it’s long enough to wear in other ways too which is cool. Plus it’s a sweat wicking fabric so that’s a bonus

jessa🦋: Love your channel Kayley!❤

SAmaryllis: I hadn't worn a ponytail in like a decade bc the concentrated weight of it would give me a headache - definitely going to try out the two step ponytail method! Otherwise, french braids have saved my life for workouts lol

Allison M: Kayley, you are too cute!! Gonna try some of theses for yoga and running this week!

Skylar Smith: Yaaaas Kayley! Keep bringing us the realness gurl!

Hannah Dare: Love you Kayley! Loving this video!!!

MsWhiteLeg: I get headaches very easily if i were a ponytail so your trick to do the ponytail in two parts is really going to help me ! Thank you so much :)

Kelly Maldia: My daughter is super excited by this. She's a runner and NEEDS functional hair to last 9-10 miles plus an hour of core. Her hair is super thick and long. I usually braid her hair. She just started to braid her own hair and is addicted to your channel now. She's a braidaholic now.

Chelsey Sterling Coaching: The ponytail one is gonna be a LIFESAVER for my very thick, waist-length hair. I've always wanted to look like Ariana Grande, but ponytails have always HURT. Thank you!!!
