Hi I'm Peter Joe gage image owner of glass, hair salon in London. I hope them leave tips you'll find useful at home. I'M going to show you how to create a curly updo for problem. First, you need to prep the hair that we created a lot of curl. I decided to use rollers today to create a full bouncy curl and then we brushed it out. So the curls not all separate and if you had a problem, probably going to be dancing all night. So we're going to make the back foot really secure and firm and we're going to start with just twisting the back area first, so you the maintenance and brush, and you brush it into the palm of your hand and an upward motion from the corner of your Nape area, if your hair is really fine, you might need to do a bit of backcombing first. But if you have a lid, it's got a bit more hair like there. You don't need to do the backcombing, see prob heading up volume or reading now to get a twist just a and secure what you need to do is put a section clip open it up, scrape that against the scalp grab, another one, let's great this nexus, scalp And you cross hatch, so you cross one with the other and that keeps it in a lot more secure. And then I do one more and this should be slightly off center and you'll see why in a minute and another one. But this time I'm going down the hair. Now we did brush here the opposite direction and recreate a twist in this area. Here and you've opened your grip and you get a bit of hair from the scalp and your role and you go down the hair shaft that way, and through the theory here, you just use a tail comb push that in and grip that into place use a Bit of hairspray just to smooth off those end and through the top we're going to go for more of a loser and structured, look and we're going to leave the end hanging out a little bit. So it's nice and formal through the back area and gripped in really tighten those. They know it's not going to last all night through the top, I'm going to keep it a little bit more soft and natural, so we're just going to grab pieces of hair and literally just grabbed it about halfway down and pin it into the scalp area. And if you've got curly hair, the more random and the more you kind of just take pieces of hair rather than sectioning off of the kind, the pitch that looks, so this should be a sense of freedom with curl. A little picked up through that side as well, so with curly hair, they left you touch it and with it that usually the better at logs. So, that's why the kind of you need to get a little bit almost don't spend too much time fluffing with the hair. Do they have the final updo? So it's nice and form on structure at the back. So that's going to make sure it's really secure and then, through the top, just loosely, pin your curls and keep it nice and soft and quite random, and that's how you can create a curly updo for prom
