Hi I'm Lindsay, and I'm here to show you how to do a quick little 5-minute messy updo. So first thing you will want to do is brush back all of the hair teasing a little bit of the top of the hair to create a little bit of volume will help this updo last in order to create your messy volume in the top you'll rake. Your fingers through and push up and bobby, pin phishing straightforward into the hair with the bobby pins. After doing the crown, you'll want to section out the front part of the hair right behind the ear, so once you've secured at the top of the hair, then you will put a bobby pin on both sides of a small elastic rubber band. This will allow you to create a tight ponytail in the back of the head first to cure the bobby, pin down and begin to wrap, using your thumb to help you secure the bobby, pin, also going down on the last bobby, pin, leaving out the front part Of the hair is allowing you to use that hair as fillers with the hair. That'S in the ponytail going halfway down the hair and sticking in a bobby pin like so will help you to create this messy updo begin twisting the hair and then pinning into the ponytail hair left out or being messy. It'S all going to make the finishing touches on your up to second piece of hair. You can continue to separate small pieces of the ponytail to add to the look, so continue these steps by wrapping the hair around and sticking them into the ponytail to create your look, the more sections that you use, the more curls and definition you get so once You'Ve pinned in the ponytail, this creates a nice messy foundation for you. This is when you can pin in the sides to add in fillers or add hair pins in to open up the curls. You can always spread apart your curls with your fingers and place and bobby pins to help you fill in the hair. So with the final piece of hair, you can choose where you would like to place this in the updo, it's kind of just where you need it to kind of fill in, but you can also just place the hair in grab the Polly pin and stick straight In you can also do this on the other side as well and grab the hair here and stick it well. This is where you can just play with your fingers on how you can turn yourself around in the mirror and see where loose spots are. You can also go through and just stick a few hair pins in to tie in the answer. So when you're making the finishing touches on the hair, once you've added the sides into the back of the hair, you can grab hair pins here on any pieces that are falling out and just stick them in to just add texture to the hair. And this is how you get your 5-minute going out. Updo you
